You told yourself to don't buy anymore magazines but sadly you did. And to make it even worse, you are now skimming through one. Michila is together for three months now and the fuss around them still hasn't died. Guess they are every ones OTP.
The first magazine is one about the VMA's and the red carpet. Michael and Camila are decorating one page with their amazing looks. Michael wears a suit and looks incredibly happy at the camera. Camila is standing next to him in a gorgeous red dress who hugs her curves perfectly. (Exactly, those curves you don't have) and is standing on enormous black stilettos, something you only wish you could wear without tripping.
The other page is also dedicated to them with pictures of them kissing, holding hands... just everything that makes you sick and jealous.
You throw the magazine in the corner and sink back down into the couch. You look at the other magazines next to you and you catch sight of the words 'Mich...' and 'baby'. You frown and grab the magazine skimming to the right page. You gasp at the headline.
"Michila might break up because of family addition." You read out loud and you swear your heart just stopped. Did Michael make her pregnant? How could he! You are beyond pissed and rip the magazine.
The first girl who crosses his path and he makes her pregnant while you love him for almost six years and throws you away like garbage.
Yeah, that's right. You and Michael barely had contact those three months. Partly because you are angry with him because he didn't defend you when Camila made a nasty remark about your figure and partly because it hurts you to see him so happy with another girl. You feel a tear rolling down your cheek and you quickly wipe it away. Not another day of crying.
You get startled by All Of Me. You hesitate if you should pick up or not but your curiosity gets the best of you. You embrace yourself for the long waited discussing with Michael which you not looked forward to.
"Hello." You answer with a small voice. You hear quiet sobs coming from the other side of the line and you heart stops.
"Michael, are you okay?" You ask concerned and press the phone even closer to your ear. You hear him taking in a sharp breath.
"C-can you come over please." He asks you, his voice rough from crying. You literally just heard your heart break.
"I'm on my way." You say and you quickly hang up, rushing for your coat and keys. No time to change your comfi sweatpants and jumper.
Only one minute later you messily park your car in Michaels driveway and you run up the path towards the house. Since you are so impatient you grab the spare key from under the doormat. The most cliché place to hide it. You let yourself in and throw your coat on the floor.
"Michael." You whisper yell and as an answer you hear sobs coming from his bedroom. You run upstairs anxious for what you are about to witness.
"Michael." You says again and you knock softly on the door. When he doesn't response you push open the door and awkwardly stand in the doorway. You see that Michael is curled up in a ball softly crying into his knees.
You make your way over to the bed and you kick off your shoes before slipping under the covers with him. Just like the old days. You scoot closer towards Michael and softly removes his hands.
He looks at you with bloodshot eyes and you feel yourself starting to get emotional too. He looks at you kind of afraid and guilty and you speak the first words that cross your mind.
"It's okay. I'm here for you." You say and immediately Michael wraps his arms around your waist and buries his head in the crook of your neck. You feel hot tears sliding down your neck and you comfortingly rub circles on his back. Minute by minute the sobs become softer until you hear nothing anymore.
"Michael?" You ask again and you feel him looking up at you as you look down at him. "What's wrong?" You ask the poor boy and he sighs.
"You know Camila right?" He says in the most annoying way possible.
"Yeah, your girlfriend right?" You ask him, confused about how he acts. He wrinkles his nose which you find quite adorable.
"Ex-girlfriend." He corrects you and your eyes widen. Of course on the inside you are partying all night long now Michael is available again, but of course you don't say that.
"What happened?" You asked again and he sighs again in response.
"Well, we were talking with a group of fans and everything went quite well until a fan asked Camila about getting kids with me. At first we were surprised and laughing at all, but then suddenly Camila said something." Michael explains and he frowns.
"What did she say?" You ask him carefully, curious about the answer.
"She said that she never wants to have kids, with me." He adds and your jaw drops.
"How could she?! Every one wants a Clifford baby." You exclaim and Michael smiles amused.
"Even you." He teased and your cheeks heat up.
"We weren't talking about me. So what did you do after?" You say trying to switch the topic.
"I got mad at her and we had an enormous argument which ended with me breaking up with her." He says and he hugs you tightly again. You stroke his hair.
"Is that why you were crying?" You ask him softly as you look into each others eyes. He shakes his head.
"No, I was crying because I've been such a bad friend towards you. And I'm sorry for that. But on the other hand, being away from you and being with a girl I really despise right now made me realize something." He says as he moves his face closer to yours. Your breath hitches in your throat.
"What did you realize." You ask, your voice hardly more than a whisper.
"Her comments didn't bother me, because every time she said something nasty I thought of you and how you would never say that. Y/N, the whole time I was with her I only thought of you." He says and your eyes widen.
"Y-you did." You stutter and you look completely mesmerized at his eyes.
"Yes, Y/N. I like you." He says as he inches even closer, your noses almost touching.
"I like you too." Are the four last words before he crashes his lips on yours, you finally getting what you wanted.
