One day, in the White House, a messenger rushes in to the Oval Office. When George W. Bush asks him what's going on, he informs him that 2 Brazilian soldiers have been killed. George sits for a few moments, looking confused and sad. He then tells the assistant the assistant that, while this has shocked him, he doesn't know how bad this is. "How much is a Brazilian?"
