When the nurse left I stood up outta the hospital bed and walked over to the door, almost falling against the wall from the aching pain. It was flowing swiftly through every part of my body. "Ugh." I thought to my self, "Imagine when the pain medicines wears off." I peaked my head around the corner and looked around no one was in the hall but some people walking the other direction into a patience room. I stepped into the hall way and tip-toe jogged to the wall crossed from my room that led to another hall way. It had huge windows it looked beautiful out side. I started walking down the hall then realized I still had a robe thingy on and no shoes. I went into the bathroom and put the robe on the sink, I still had my regular dirty jeans on and on of Seths dirty t-shirts. I looked in the mirror. I'm still the same Isabell. The long brown wavy hair and the petite. But different: I'm bruised, I have stitches on my head, I'm dirty, I have bags under my eyes, and I have lost weight. A lot.
I was about to walk out of the door, but I heard voices so I waited a few minuets until the hallway was silent. Then opened the door and stepped out. The hall was clear and I quickly walked down it. I got to the front room with the main doors of the hospital. There was a waiting room. Just before I started to walk in I seen Mr. P walking very fast out of the building. He was alone. I seen Tairas bumble bee purse laying on the floor under one of the seats. "Oh know... What if he knows I'm gone where are Seth and Taira. This can't be good. Are they ok? Where is he going." I began to worry to my self I waited for another minuet to see if he came back in. When he didn't I went over grabbed Tairas purse and walked out side. The heat hit me pretty hard. Stinging my face. Making me sweat almost instantly.
I started walking to the road, being sure to stay low just in case Mr. P was still around. Once I got to the edge of the road. In knew I was officially free. But what about Taira and Seth I still don't know where they are or what exactly is going on. I looked down at the edge of the road at the gravel and rubble and seen foot prints.
