The pain was unbearable. She couldn't take it anymore. She wasn't a little bird locked inside a cage. She wanted to be free. And not to be kept hidden, in case a fight breaks out.
The stories she heard from the Watchers were pleasant, a little silly even. And sometimes a little sad. These humans sounded like they were living the dream. She knew what she wanted the most: she wanted to be one of them.
After many, many pleading, she finally got her wish.
And right now, everyone is staring at her wish to become true. It doesn't matter what she would give up. She would gain freedom.
She's asked if she's certain of her wish. She answers with 'yes'.
She takes one final look around. She won't remember any of this. Only one being catches her eye. Tall, a little muscle, blond hair and a pair of the blueist eyes ever created. This being sparks a little light inside of her.
The blue eyes find her green ones. They look hurt. Mixed with deep love. They're begging her not to go and kissing her 'goodbye' at the same time.
And then everything starts to fade. Everything is being replaced by darkness, with only two blue lights in the far distance.
