Do having parties for them really mater? I mean that's hundreds of dollars going done the drain on gifts you only use once a cake that doesn't get finished party supiles that are,only used once. Yea sure you may like them because of the presents and yes I understand that it is another day to see family that you never see much but the thing is the ones that do come I can see anytime I want the once I want to come don't like my aunt in Florida or my great grandma or my cousins I don't get to see. In my opinion birthday parties are their to mask the fact that ever minute every hour every day week month and year of,your life you are getting older and are closer and closer to our graves each day. But that is just my opinion on them. They are fun yes and I enjoy going to my friends birthdays but still it's kinda just easier for your birthday to get a pizza and go to a park with a bunch of friends but that's only my idea.
