My basement isn't the cleanest area, with the tan shag carpet and floral wallpaper. It was always a mess, mainly because my mom and dad usually fuck here when they think I'm not listening. Grandpa usually isn't home.

Alden is finally here. Aelfy likes him, has for the last four years. Everyone thinks he likes her, too, but she's oblivious.
I put on a playlist and my jam comes on, The Ballad of Mona Lisa, by Panic! At The Disco.
"You're such a dork, Brand! Panic! At The Disco is tired and old!" Aelfy says.
"No way, bitch! They're the literal best fucking thing ever!" Libby retorts.
Alden speaks up, "I don't like them!"
"Oh! You and Aelfy don't like them, eh?" I question.
"Wh-what are you talking about, Brandy?"
"Yeah, Brandywine? Whazzup?" Aelfy says, using her pet name for me, because her name is Aelfwine? Get it? Meh, never mind.
My thoughts are cut short when Dane speaks up. "Spin the bottle time! Just finished this Snapple so... yeah."
Snapple? Really, Dane? I think.
"Spin! Spin, Brandy!" Aelfy says.
I spin, and it lands on... Oh shit!
