- Extra From Chap 6 -
Aka 6.5
Mirai ran away from the so-called Grandfather's clock. She ran far, far away as she reached the Time Forest. She noticed the cloak had reached its limit that it made her visible.
Not wanting someone to see her stained in blood because of committing murder, she tried to touch her skin with the remaining handle of the knife which has a small remaining piece of its blade left. She tried to make wounds on her arms and legs so that she would be recognized as a victim.
She put the knife in her pocket and continued running. Until she slipped over a log and fell, receiving a scratch from the ground.
"It's painful..." she thought while trying to stand up.
"Hey! Are you okay?" a voice, somehow familiar to Mirai.
She looked up and met the boy with familiar star purple eyes, who was using his magic board.
"K-Ken.. nii..." Mirai muttered.
"M-Mirai!?" Ken immediately jumped off his magic board, which later disappeared, and ran over the 'wounded' girl. He reached her arms as he held her.
"Mirai, what the hell did you do?!"
"Ken-nii... I'm sorry..." the girl pulled his bluish-lavender cloak as she sobbed on it. Ken sighed and hugged the girl back.
Seeing her in pain is not what he wants but to see her happy.

"You better explain to me what happened earlier."
The warlock just finished curing Mirai's wounds. White gauzes were seen on her arms and legs. Mirai tried to touched one but Ken slapped her hand, saying,
"Don't touch it.".
With a furious expression on his face.
Mirai made a small pout and covered herself with Ken's blanket
(FYI, she's on his bed).
"D-Don't ignore me either!"
"Hey Master! Oh, tweet~"
Mirai knew who was it. It was Lenn, the bird. Such a nice name to name him like that. Lenn, the bird. The bird, Lenn. Yes, she liked it but she hated him a lot.
Because wow. He's annoying as hell-
"Are you trying to say 'sweet'?" asked the warlock, with a hint of annoyance in his voice.
"If I did, I know I'll be trapped on that cage." chirped Lenn while pointing the small golden cage hanging on the ceiling with his feathery wing.
"... I'll count up to three."
"OKAY!" the bird flew away to the window, not wanting to be trapped in a such nice cage.
( But its beautiful dammit D: )
' Why did you fly away... '
thought the girl. She knew Ken doesn't forget things even this. He'll continue to ask until he got the right answer.
"So, answer me." said the warlock as he sat down on the floor crossing his legs.
"I won't." answered Mirai as she gripped on the blanket. Later, the warm feeling on her skin was gone. She noticed Ken just pulled his blanket away. She knew it will happened because of his crazy trait.
"No answer, no blanket."
"B-But-"
"I said."
Mirai puffed her cheeks.
" He's a meanie "
she thought. She jumped off the bed and grabbed the blanket. She stucked her tongue out and hugged the blanket like a five-year old girl. The warlock pulled one of the sides of his blanket, Mirai pulled one too that made the blanket stretch.
"Give it!" she yelled as she gave Ken a kick on the leg.
"Nope!" yelled back the warlock while pulling the blanket with great force, thanks to his magic, and accidentally, made Mirai slammed on the floor. She whined a bit while pulling the blanket.
Ken saw how she was hurt. A small thing means everthing to him. Mirai was hurt and it means everything. He didn't want to see her like that. He decided to give up on that blanket by letting the blanket go.
Mirai noticed it.
"A-Are you-"
"No... take it. Only for today but not tomorrow." said the warlock who removed his hands on the blanket and looked away.
"Oh~ Is Ken gonna be a nice, good-looking man tomorrow?" teased the girl, making Ken blush seven shades of red in embarassment.
"No! It's not like that! I-I'm just giving it to you because..." Ken got blocked in his words. He shouldn't have said that word 'because'. Damn, stupid warlock here lmao ( //slapped ) .
"Because..?" he later saw Mirai closer in his vision, who was smirking.
"I-I just... l-"
"Oi, Ken nii, when are we gonna-?" a voice, familiar to Ken but not to Mirai. They both glanced over the door which was opened by a ravenette guy wearing a green scarf and white coat with gold linings.
"... Ken-nii... did you bring your girlfriend here?
You could've told me so we could plan the next day or something.."
"W-What girlfriend?! S-She's not my girlfriend!"
The guy pulled his lips into a thin line, trying not to laugh. Ken was blushing more than seven shades of red.
Mirai... well, staring at the person who was at the door. She was curious to know more about this guy because of him, looking like a warrior.
"I thought she was, so!"
"Get out of here, Rei!"
... Rei?
Mirai heard the name her friend was mentioning everyday. A simple name with three letters. Rei. Is he the one who is the sibling of-
"Wait!" she said, making the ravenette stopped walking and glanced at her. "U-Uh... y-you are-"
"Rei Shunri." said coldly the guy as he walked out of the door. It left her silence.
What would she say to Taka?
