I walked down the hall, wobbling a little, as the laundry basket was held firmly between my hands. I heard something click-clacking in front of me, coming closer really fast. Smash! I was flying towards a wall while the same happened to... Mey-Rin?!
I was ready for the impact, but instead I hit something that was hard yet soft, and warm like a cozy little blanket. "Mey-Rin, please make sure you don't kill the new maid on the first day. She almost got thrown in the wall. Just imagine the mess you'll have to clean up." A husky, velvety voice said behind me as I looked up to see Sebby smiling down at me in... Surprise?
I couldn't tell cause his eyes went automatically closed in a second, turning into a grin. "Are you alright, Ivory?" He questioned me, as I slowly nodded. "She don't talk that awful too much, no she dont." I heard Mey-Rin say that behind me in a span of 10 seconds.
"Maybe because you do it for her, Mey-Rin." Sebastian replied calmly to her as she was too busy looking for her glasses. A simple alarm went off as Sebby and Mey-Rin both got stiff and Mey-Rin threw her glasses to me. "Hold 'em, deary. We gotta go." Her eyes looked at me as she looked like a freaking cat!
Sebby held his hand out to me. "Let us go help the young Lord, Ivory." I grabbed his hand as we entered the Master's quarters not too long ago. "Sebastian, Ivory, we have Elizabeth coming over soon. You know how to act." Ciel ordered, sitting in his chair with his fingers tangled together.
Sebby and I both bowed down while saying, "Yes, my Lord." And "Yes, my Master." Simutaneously. Sebastian looked at me a little weirdly before leading us down towards the front doors to greet Elizabeth. On the way, I saw through the windows, people being killed.
