when I opened our house door I was greeted by the smell of pancakes I inhaled it ahh
how much I love my aunts' pancake
"Honey is that you?" my aunt asked me from the kitchen our kitchen was at like corner
"yes it's me" I went into the kitchen and she was making pancakes
"hey" I kissed her cheek
she scrunched her nose and said "gross you smell bad"
"I love you too aunt" I replied sarcastically but sure I love her
we both laughed "go fast get some bath"
I saluted her "aye aye captain " and climbed up to my room to take some bath
I took bath and currently standing in front of my cupboard no I wasn't naked
I was in my black color bathrobe I wore my inner garments and black skinny jeans which fitted perfectly and grey sweat off-shoulder shirt and then I dried my hair I smelled my hair aahh strawberry flavor shampoo
I have this weird thing I love the smell of shampoos I brushed my hair let them fall on my shoulders I applied some mascara and lip balm
I took my black sneakers I love them and wore them and took my things and went for my breakfast.
"I'm back," I said to my aunt who now was sitting at our table and sipping coffee
She smiled at me and gestured towards my plate of pancakes I grinned at her and sat down across from her and took my plates and ate my breakfast.
"How was your dinner last night?"
"It was good " I replied without looking up.
"Ok, so when's the wedding? I need to prepare so many things"
I have not said anything to my aunt till now about our court marriage thing I guess it's now time
I looked up and "actually we decided to have court marriage"
I bit my lower lip waiting for her reaction
She put her cup a little harshly may I add and asked
" but why baby? It is every girl's dream to have a fairytale wedding right?"
"Yeah... But I don't want to waste my all money on the decorations instead of that we could just donate that money and that would be so helpful"
She stood up and came across and hugged me while I was still sitting and kissed my forehead
"You have become so mature baby, your parents must be so proud they are watching from up you know."
I looked up she had tears in her eyes. I stood up and wiped her tears and kissed her cheeks
"Now common no more emotional things. "
"Ok"
"Now I need to leave before I get fired, bye "
And I left home and started walking
The cafe was near only so the need of taxi or car and I love walking
So I was just near only two blocks away I heard them laugh and stopped in my tracks it wasn't any laugh it was Max's laugh.
I turned where the voice was coming from and looked around but no one was like max or shall I say max wasn't there I sighed
God, I love his laugh it wasn't like normal people's laugh it was different. You know that people's laugh that would be funnier than joke like that
I shook my head to remove max's taught and walked to the cafe.
I entered and noticed Sam taking an order from an elderly couple.
I smiled at him and he came running to me and gave me hug
"Are you okay?"
"Yup, I am fine "
"Ok now get back to work" I nodded and went to counter
My phone beeped with signaling me that I have a one msg
I looked at my phone and saw it was none other than the devil
"Hey!! Pooh bear how are you? don't wait for me at the cafe won't be there."

I rolled my eyes at his msg and decided to reply to him
"I wouldn't wait for you in million years. I have more important things to do."
Hate ya
"Texting lover boy huh?" Sam asked
Without looking up I showed him my middle finger
"Bitch" he muttered And we laughed.
The whole day went peacefully laughing and teasing and it was time to go home so I decided to visit Jerry I said goodbye to sam
I took a taxi and went to the hospital.
I was just about to enter room no 203 I heard voices from inside
Strange I thought and went inside
Their jerry was sitting in his hospital bed his very short brown hair pale skin dry lips talking deeply to someone whose back was facing me
So I could not recognize him he was wearing casual clothes
I clear my throat to get some attention from my dear brother
He saw me and grinned
I did the same and the man turned around and I was shocked there was sitting Alex
He smiled at me and I return it with a small fake one because jerry was staring at us
"Hey Mia.... Alex is so nice you know" he gestured me to come near him and I walked
"He brought me PSP to play and in that there are a lot of games and even Mario"
He was so happy he loves playing the Mario game
I looked at him and smiled he was rambling about how Alex bought even chocolates for him.
I looked at Alex he was blushing and was trying to stop jerry
I smiled at that sight and I mentally awed... wait I did not do that
Yes you did
I sighed and mentally taught to thanks Alex later for bringing back that smile on Jerry's face
"How are you?" I asked jerry
"I am perfectly fine, but I want to come home"
I sighed " yes, definitely you will come home soon" I patted his head and kissed his cheek
I stayed there 2 hrs which were very short but I was tired so I decided to head back home
Alex was also sitting there but after some while, he excused to give us some private time
But jerry did not Alex want to leave
But he promised that he will visit soon
I said goodbye to jerry and left the hospital
I noticed Alex sitting on the hood of his car
What was he doing here?
I walked over there so I could thank him
He saw me coming towards and stood back on the ground and smiled
" I thought you left half an hour, what are you doing"
"I was waiting for you"
I sighed " you didn't need to"
He smiled and "I wanted to so...I did"
I looked up at him he was still smiling at me
"Thank you for the things you did to Jerry"
"I wanted to do for him no need to thank and he is my buddy now"
I rolled my eyes but still smiled
"So do you want to say something, you were waiting"
"Common" he gestured towards his car " I will drop you home"
"No thanks I will take the taxi " I started to move back but he took my hand and stopped me I frowned and pulled back my hand
He sighed " common I am not that bad and it's getting late"
"I'm alright"
"Please let me drop you I won't touch you" he raised his hands but still smiling and muttered "nor kiss you"
"I heard that" he just smiled
And next we were sitting in car
It was an awkward silent
" So when are we getting married "
I sighed and shrugged I have no idea what's in his mind
" I want to get married soon"
I looked at him and shocked but he was still looking straight and driving
He looked at me and raised his brow perfectly
"Nothing" I muttered
"Maybe this end of the week" he suggested more like said
I could not say anything I was completely shocked
Finally, I said "I don't know"
And at that time my home came
He looked at me and said, " I will talk to my lawyers, will you inform aunt or shall I?"
I looked at him and said "no..no I will talk to her"
" I must go now bye"
"Bye"
And left the car and ran towards home.
