I saw this girl walking by,
I saw a tear in her eyes.
'Hello' I said to her,
But she was in her own world.
I wanted to know her well,
So that with other people she could dwell.
But when I went near she got away,
Maybe there is so much that she can't say.
People say I'm a fool,
I should be friends with people more cool.
But, I'm too curious to know her,
I want to know the reason behind that tear.
I said 'Hello, can I talk to you'?
She said 'Ok, but who are you'?
I said 'I'm just a girl who wants to be your friend
I'm ready to stay there till the end'
She told me about her for a while,
I cracked a joke but she never smiled.
I asked her 'what makes you sad'?
She said its all something very bad.
She lost her father when she was 1,
Her mother left her alone with her grandmother.
Her grandma past away recently,
So, how could she live happily?
She misses everybody in her life,
Which hurts just like a sharp knife.
And that's why she's afraid of people lying,
That's the story of the girl who never smiled.
