Everyone wants to rip a piece off us and make gold from it. During this time, I've learned that every single human being has the same roots. They're like wolves; they'll pounce on anything that's not exactly like them. It's been a year, and everyone I've met since the incident has wanted nothing but fame, recognition, money, or praise by feeding off of us.
I suppose you want all the dirty details and elaborate plans on how the underdogs plotted to get revenge. But it wasn't like that, really, not in the beginning. I guess all that hatred kept bottled up in such a small space kept increasing in temperature and pressure until everything just sort of exploded.
But I'm telling the truth when I say this: it was a complete accident.
