If a poet is ment to write
Of loves and strifes
Why is it now that I should find
All these things to be of no delight?
My mind could think of no such rhymes
And now left ponder through the night
Why should I write of love and strife?
The peaceful sea and pretty birds
Are now at a loss for words
For could you not yet be satisfied
If I should write of these calm delights?
A gentle breeze or a sunny day
Watching children joyously play
Could this not yet satisfy?
For one might not wish to write of loves and strifes
