This is a very commonly asked question and I decided to tell you in a chapter instead of continually repeating it in my PM box. This won't be an extremely long chapter. I make videos (on Youtube) and chapters about periods to help girls out. I know that not every girl has a motherly figure or someone to talk to about these things. I do reviews and absorbency tests not because you need maternal advice, but simply because it is helpful in knowing what pad or tampon is right for you so you don't waste money.
