He stared at the door for a long 5 minutes. 'Is he really a demon?'

Sebastian entered his masters room quietly and began to open the curtains just like any other day.
"You're late," the Earl grumbled as the earl sat up from the comfort of his bed.
"My apologies, young master. I was a bit held up with one of the servants. Todays tea is a breakfast blend from India. Would you like a scone or danish to accompany the tea?"
"Scone. Its unlike you to be late."
"Again, my lord, my apologies. I won't let it happen again," Sebastian said bowing slightly.
"It better not. What is my schedule today?" he asked after sipping the hazel coloured liquid.
"There is paperwork to be filled out, and you have a meeting with Lau. That is all, unless Lady Elizabeth decides to pay you a visit"
Ciel groaned with frustration.
"Ugh, Elizabeth... Why do I even have to marry her?"
"You are the lord of the house and with great power comes great responsibility. Plus, she would never let you break it off."
"I don't care about responsibility. As you yourself said, I'm the head of this house. I can do what I want. And you're going to take my soul anyway so its better to have her hate me to lessen up the grief of me being gone." rebelled the young lord.
"I suppose you are correct. But if you do wind up breaking the engagement off, just remember that your actions do have consequences." warned the raven hair butler warned.
Ciel looked into the teacup to see his reflection.
"I've never really thought of anyone romantically. Especailly, Lizzy. She's more of a sister than fiancée to me anyway." Ciel looked up at Sebastian. "Tell me, have you ever loved anyone?"
Sebastian stared at the young lord then smiled warmly.
"Demons do occasionally pick mates in hell to reproduce, but that really doesn't have to do with love. I have heard of some rare occasions of a demon falling in love with a human though. But me personally, have only slept with people for personal gain," he answered.
Ciel set the empty teacup and extended his arms horizontally for Sebastian to begin to undress him. The two stayed silent until Sebastian started to pull his masters socks. Ciel broke the silence with a question.
"Which of the servants were you with?"
The butler buckled the sock to the boy's calf.
"Bardroy, sir." He answered. "He was having a nightmare so I comforted him. I lost track of time. Again, I apologize." He bowed his head and continued to dress his master.
"Was Bardroy the one you were with three days ago?"
Sebastian had to admit, he didn't think his master noticed. He pulled the other sock up the porcelain leg. The butler sighed before answering the question.
"Yes, master."
"You two seem like your getting along rather well these days.
Sebastian grabbed the silk eyepatch from the nightstand by the oak canopy bed and tied it around his master head.
"It certainly seems like it."
Ciel hopped of the bed and walked across his room. He then turned to Sebastian.
"Please refrain from spending your free time with Bardroy. I need both you and him to be completely focused and not distracted by relationships.Sebastian, do I make my self clear?"
Sebastian kept his poker face but inside he was worried about Bardroy. How would he take the news? Both him and Bard obviously liked whatever they had. How could Bocchan be so cruel? But it was an order from his master, and he could not disobey. He got on one knee and bowed his head.
"Yes, my lord."
************************************
"Good morning, young master!"
Greeted the three servants.
Ciel mumbled something at the three incoherently , but was probably along the lines of good morning.
Bard caught Sebastian looking at him, with a untranslatable look on his face.
'Is he mad at me for making him late?'
worried Bard.
He turned his gaze to the floor as his cheeks flushed with red.
'What the bloody hell is wrong with me?'
*le time skip
Bard was in the kitchen helping Sebastian prepare for lunch. The two worked in silence until Bardroy spoke up.
"Sorry 'bout making ya' late. Lost track a' time," he said laughing nervously.
Sebastian smiled at him warmly.
"Its fine. The young master didn't really mind."
Bard looked back at the small pile of garlic in front of him and continued to mince. Sebastian stopped chopping the cabbage he was working with, and looked over at the cook.
"Bard, he knows."
