Kalani's PoV
"Nani, wake up!" A voice yelled. A soft cushion hit my face roughly. My eyes had snapped open. Standing above my bed was my beautiful, purple haired best friend, Jaylee. Her lips formed a teasing smirk, having seen my reaction. I rolled my brown eyes and scowled at her. I moved my right arm to shade my eyes from the harsh sun rays pushing through our curtains. "Naaaniii!" Jaylee continued to whine.
"Whhhaaaat?" I moved my arm to glance at her. Jaylee crawled onto my bed, plopping down onto my stomach. "Oof." I grunted from her sudden pressure on my abdomen.
"Let's go do something this morning!" Jaylee spoke. I sighed. "Hey! You shouldn't have been up so late!"
"I was editing a video!" I retorted, looking down at the used-to-be-blonde that was still laying on my stomach. "It's not like you would do it." I muttered, letting my head crash back onto my pillows.
"Well, I'd help if you taught me how to use the program." I heard my best friend mumble into my blanket. She lifted her head to look at me again. Her blue eyes practically widened and pleaded. "Pleeeeaaase??" She begged.
"Fine.." I sighed again, knowing she wouldn't leave me alone. "But I'm not rushing." I gave her a look that meant I wasn't kidding. She flipped her hair off of her shoulders and nodded at me. Jaylee pushed herself off of me, heading out to get some more food. I sat up and rubbed my eyes. "I don't understand why you wanna go somewhere, when we're going out tonight!" I yelled so Jaylee could hear me.
"Cuz I'm anxious and I needa do something!" Jaylee had called back. She paused for a moment, before continuing to scream. "Now hurry your ass up and get ready, so I can!" Jaylee yelled, knowing that I take a shorter amount of time in the shower.
"Don't rush me!" I reminded, sluggishly moving around the room to gather my things for a nice morning shower.

Jaylee and Kalani were both showered and heading to Starbucks, their sanctuary. Both girls rode happily in Kalani's Kia. The car was nice and cool, which was perfect for the hot day in Southern California. Music was blasting from Jaylee's phone.
"That moment when we twin unexpectedly.." Jaylee pointed out, looking it between herself and the girl driving. Kaylee slowly pulled into a plaza where the closest Starbucks was. She turned her car into the closest empty parking space, then shut it off. Kalani looked at what she was wearing, then what Jaylee was wearing.
Kalani had on high waisted red jeans with three little gold buttons. She had a white loose tank top on, revealing her waist and stomach. Underneath that was a red bandeau to cover up her chest. Her shoes were red and white Nike high tops. Gold bracelets circled both of her wrists, with gold earrings in her ears. Lastly, her hair was styled simply, half up-half down, and held together with a red bow.
On the other hand, Jaylee wore navy jeans that were folded up on the bottom. Her tank top was similar to Kalani's, only black. A dark blue bandeau was under it. Jaylee wore black ankle boots. Black bracelets hung from either wrist, while Jaylee's signature diamond earrings were in her ears. Her purple hair was down, letting it flow behind her back.
"We just have amazing telepathic powers.." Kalani joked, while taking her phone and unplugging it from its charger. Jaylee grabbed her tan leather purse, whilst Kalani took her black leather purse. Both girls got out of the car, heading to the Starbucks. "So what are we doing after this?" Kalani questioned, holding the door open for her friend.
"I don't know. Wanna just hang out here?" Jaylee asked, leading the way to the counter to order. Kalani agreed, standing besides the purple haired girl. "What do you want?"
"I don't know.." Kalani's brown eyes scanned over the menu above them two. "Mm, just what we normally get, I guess." Kalani spoke, leaving to reserve a table in back. Jaylee was left to order the drinks and paying with the gift cards that she had.

Jaylee's PoV
Kalani left to get us a table. I ordered our drinks and paid quickly. After, I made my way over to my best friend. She was sitting in our normal table near the back of the little cafe. Her bangs covered her face as she lowered her head to read something on her phone's screen. I walked over to Kalani and sat in the seat across her.
"What's got your attention?" I asked her. My friend didn't even bother to look up at me. She shrugged her shoulders, and typed away. "You watching what I think you are?" I think I literally saw her face turn red in embarrassment.
"No.." I laughed at her sheepish reply. Kalani rolled her eyes like usual. She pulled up a video, turning it to share the view with me. We watched the video for a couple minutes, before Kalani left to get our drinks. "Here you go." Kalani set my drink down in front of me and I thanked her.
We watched a few more videos on her phone. Kalani smiled seeing the figures on the small screen move and sing. I smiled as well. Ever since our first time seeing this band, we've been near obsessed. "I actually think this is a good song." I spoke, glancing at Kalani.
"Yeah, compared to their covers its pretty good." My best friend agreed. Her brown hair bounced in her faced. "Hey, I'm gonna head to the bathroom. Then we can cut out and go some place else." Kalani offered.
"Sure." I nodded seeing my friend walk away from me.

Will's PoV
Cole's car pulled into a parking spot in front of a Starbucks. It was the day of our concert and our afternoon practice didn't start for another couple hours. So Dana suggested we get some coffee. None of us really rejected the idea, so Cole offered to drive. Cole turned off his car and opened his door to exit. I turned to get out of the passenger's seat. Dalton, Gabe, and Dana hopped out of the backseat.
We placed our sunglasses on, hoping we wouldn't run into any fans here. The five of us made our way inside. Dalton was the first to get to the counter, so he could order. Cole and Dana ran after him. A smirk formed on Gabe's face as he looked at me. He tilted his head, motioning me to hurry up. I moved to go after my friends, but I bumped into someone. "Shit." I muttered a low curse.
"Hey-!" A feminine voice spoke up. I looked down to see a girl that came to about my shoulder in height.
"I'm really sorry." I apologized, hoping she wasn't a fan of IM5. And if she was, I hope she didn't recognize me. I saw her puff her cheeks a bit, giving a small pout.
"Ah, it's fine." Her voice was high, and she seemed like a bubbly person. "I'm sorry too." She sighed a bit and smiled up at me. She was quick to nod her head and move past me. I shrugged my shoulders and met up with my friends.
"Will, what do you want?" Gabe asked me. I shrugged, telling him to get me whatever he had gotten. Gabe nodded, turning to order again.
"So, who was that girl?" Dana questioned, bumping shoulders with me. I gave him a confused look. "The one in the red?" He tried to clarify.
"Oh, I accidentally bumped into her." I replied.
"Who's her?" Dalton and Cole jumped into the conversation with devilish smirks. I looked at them with my eyebrows raised.
"Will bumped into some girl and didn't even talk to her." Dana explained.
"So you didn't even apologize?" Gabe asked, stepping up to us as well. I rolled my eyes at them.
"Of course I apologized." I told them. We all walked to find a place to sit. As we headed toward the back, there was a girl with purple hair sitting by herself. A purse was placed on the chair across from her, as well as another cup of cofffee. I briefly wondered if she was friends with the other girl I bumped into.
Cole sat down on one of those really comfy cafe chairs in the corner of the cafe. Dalton and Gabe were quick in claiming the other two chairs. So Dana and I pulled up with two wooden chairs.

Kalani's PoV
I was heading back to Jaylee. Her head was down, staring at her phone. I already knew that she was on Pintrest, so I didn't bother asking her. Instead I took my coffee, and tapped her shoulder. Jaylee looked up from her phone, revealing headphones plugged into either of her ears. I tilted my head toward the door. "Come on." I motioned, grabbing my bag on the chair across from my best friend.
"Yeah." Jaylee responded, taking her half empty cup and purse. I lifted up my nearly full cup of coffee and we headed out. We got into my car and I shoved the keys into the ignition.
"Where to?" I asked. Jaylee plugged her phone into my charger. She gave me a lazy little shrug. "What?" I asked, raising my eyebrow.
"I'm tired." She whined a bit. I laughed, not bothering to hold it back.
"Weren't you the one that wanted to go out?" I wondered, thinking back to this morning. Jaylee pouted and glared at me at the same time. I think I laughed even harder.
"Shut up." Jaylee muttered. Her pout grew bigger, as she turned her head away from me.
"Well, there is the mall.." I suggested thoughtfully. "How many more hours till the concert?" I asked. Jaylee looked at her phone for the time.
"Umm, seven hours." Jaylee whined, leaning back against the headrest. I scoffed a bit.
"Well, I guess we'll have to find ways to amuse ourselves for seven hours." I spoke, pulling away from my parking spot. We pulled out and away from the Starbucks. "Remind me again, why did you make us leave early?"
"Shut up. I wanted to do something." Jaylee responded, crossing her arms. I laughed at her, continuing to drive around until we knew where we were going.

It was finally time for the concert that Jaylee and Kalani were looking forward to. They began leaving at five. It was a pretty long drive to the Staples Center from Riverside. So now Jaylee was driving Kalani's car to their destination. Kalani was in the passenger's seat, fixing her makeup. Both were still dressed from the outfit they had on this morning, so there wasn't much to fix.
"Are you excited?" Kalani questioned. Jaylee peeked a quick glance at the brunette haired girl.
"Yeah, I am." Jaylee nodded with a bright smile on her lips. Kalani grinned, feeling a bit giddy herself.
"Well, good. I have something to show you when we get there." Kalani responded. Jaylee's face scrunched into confusion. "Ah, ah, ah. I'm not saying a thing." Jaylee was cut off before she could get even a breath out. The said girl huffed, continuing to drive down the freeway.
Not long after that, the two girls had exited the freeway and quickly made their way to the Staples Center. Despite the traffic on the streets, they two girls were surprised that they got there as early as they did. It was only six thirty, which was pretty fast. "Come on, we better get in line before any more people get here." Jaylee turned her attention to the growing line of fans outside the door. Kalani rolled her eyes and discreetly smirked.
"Yeah, let's go." Kalani sped walked toward the entrance of the Staples Center. Jaylee looked at the girl in confusion. "Just shut up and follow me." Kalani cut her off again. They got to a security guard that stood at the front of the doors. The girls standing at the front of the line glared, but Kalani just ignored them. "I'm Kalani. I have two Backstage tickets on hold here. I was told to come straight to the door."
"Yes. You're down here." The guard spoke in his deep voice. He pulled two badges that were attached to his clip board. The man reached out to hand them to Kalani. She smiled, taking the passes. "Go on in." He motioned to the front doors.
"Thank you." Kalani nodded her head, handing one of the tickets to Jaylee. She took the purple haired girl's arm and dragged the girl inside.
"You-wait-how-I-?" Jaylee was struck with confusion. She stared at the beaming brunette.
"Surprise." Kalani smirked, continuing to walk inside. She turned, grabbing something from her bag. When she pulled it out, Jaylee was shocked to see that it was their video camera. "I got us Backstage passes, and permission to interview the boys for our channel after the concert." Kalani grinned cheekily.
"How-?" Jaylee spoke in wonder. Kalani shrugged, with her smirk still very much present.
"My uncle knows people and were able to get me exactly what I needed." Kalani explained briefly. Jaylee decided not to question and just go with it. The doors opened and more security guards appeared to lead people to their seats. "Come on, our seats are this way." Kalani lead, looking down at her ticket. Jaylee followed, holding onto her friend's arm.
Kalani and Jaylee made their way to the fifth row of seats. They looked at each of the number on the chairs and came to their spots. It was directly in the middle, with a perfect view of the whole stage. "I don't understand how you got us so close." Jaylee shook her head with a wide grin spreading across her lips. Kalani shrugged, wrapping her arm around her best friend's neck.
"I'm just that amazing." Kalani smirked. The Staples center was becoming louder and louder. Seats around Jaylee and Kalani began to fill up with other people.

Dana's PoV
The boys and I were backstage. It was almost time for the concert to start. Like always there was a thudding excitement in my chest. Adrenaline began to pump and I started running through the song and routines in my head. Cole and Dalton were together, raiding the snack bar. Gabe was getting his microphone fixed and Will was still getting his makeup done.
"You okay Dana?" Cole asked. I looked at him. Dalton was besides Cole. Both had a plate of food in their hands. I smiled at my two friends.
"Yeah, just going through everything again." I answered honestly. Dalton placed a hand on my shoulder.
"You'll do fine, like always." He told me. Dalton was always saying stuff like this. He's always really encouraging. I nodded at him in thanks.
"You worry too much." Cole had laughed at me. I was about to retort, but Gabe's voice cut into the conversation.
"It is fixed!" Gabe declared. He stepped up with his mic set up around his ear. He gave us a short glance, before his eyes landed on me. "Running through everything again?" He questioned.
"What's so wrong with that?" I questioned my friends. They shook their heads.
"Nothing, you're just overthinking everything." Cole spoke up, placing a piece of fruit into his mouth. Dalton and Gabe silently agreed.
"Hey guys." Will came up to us, having finished his time with the makeup artist. "What's--Is Dana worry too much again?" Will smirked, turning to look at me.
"What is this? Gang up on Dana Day?" I asked them. My friend's laughed at me.
"You guys ready?" Our manager questioned, stepping up to us. "You're on in five." He told us. We all nodded in response.
"Yep, ready as usual." Dalton and Gabe replied. Our manager nodded back at us. He looked at something on his phone, then looked back up at us.
"After the concert is your meet and greet. Then after that, some girls requested an interview." He told us.
"Who girls?" Dalton wondered.
"Don't know. Some random girls wanted an interview for their Youtube Channel." He shrugged turning to walk away.
It was time for the concert.

Cole's PoV
The concert was finally over. Now it was time for the meet and greet. The guys and I made our way backstage. We set up a table and awaited for girls to begin pouring in. Once that happened, the room filled with loud screams and cries.
"Oh my gosh! IM5 I love you!" Girls squealed and screamed at us. Security guards made them form a line. One by one girls came by asking for us to sign things and for pictures.
We did the same things for hours. Well maybe two hours. Finally it came down to the last couple people. We signed posters and cd's and took pictures. "Thank you so much!" A girl squealed, jumping to hug Dana.
"No problem. Have a good night." Dana smiled and laughed. He hugged the girl back. Happily she pulled away and ran off. The last two girls. And after this we still weren't done. We still had that interview thing.
"Hey, nice to meet you." I smiled at the girls. One girl had dark brown hair while the other had dyed her hair purple.
"Hi!" The brunette haired girl beamed happily. Neither of the girls jumped and squealed. They just smiled politely. "I'm Kalani. This is my best friend, Jaylee."
"Nice to meet you two." Gabe smiled at them. "Anything we can sign?" He questioned, obviously trying to finish this.
"Any pictures or anything?" Will asked as well. The brunette haired girl smiled happily.
"A couple pictures would be fantastic." She laughed this most adorable laugh ever. I guess her name was Kalani. "You wanna go first Jay?" She asked her friend. Jaylee shrugged, stepping forward. We circled around the girl and smiled for a photo. Kalani counted off, then snapped a picture with this mini Canon camera. "A funny one?" She asked with a bit of a shy smile. We complied, and she snapped another picture.
"Your turn, Nani." Jaylee had told her friend. She stepped forward, taking the camera. "How do I use this?" Jaylee wondered, looking at all of the different buttons and settings. Kalani took a quick moment to briefly show her friend how to use the device. "Okay, okay. I got it." Jaylee told her friend to come to us for the picture. Kalani stepped in between us. We smiled for a nice picture and did another funny one.
"Thanks a lot for the pictures." Jaylee smiled and thanked us.
"It wasn't a problem." Dalton had spoke up after a while.
"Your concert was great by the way." Kalani spoke with a grin.
"You two seem familiar.." Dalton spoke up again. The two girls gave him a questioning look.
"Really?" Jaylee asked. "I'm pretty sure we haven't met or anything." She spoke casually, as if we weren't famous.
"There you are! Ready for your inter- Oh! You already met." Our manager stepped up.
"Met?" Dana's eyebrows furrowed in confusion.
"These are you interviewers."
"Sorry, I thought you were briefed." Kalani apologized for not saying anything.
"Wait!" Dalton yelled randomly. "You two were at Starbucks this morning!" He claimed, pointing at the two girls. Kalani and Jaylee blinked.
"We were.." Kalani muttered, looking at Dalton in shock.
"But how'd you know-" Jaylee was cut off by the voice of Will.
"You were the girl I bumped into." Will pointed out, looked directly at Kalani. She blinked again, all eyes moving toward her.
"Oh! You were that boy?" She asked. Kalani smiled and laughed. "What a coincidence."
"Yeah, too much of a coincidence.." I stated with a teasing grin.
"Were you two stalking us?" Gabe joined in with joking smile. Jayle rolled her eyes and scoff a bit.
"Yeah right, we were at Starbucks first." She claimed, crossing her arms in front of her.
"Glad to see you're all getting along swimmingly." Our manager laughed at us. "Well Kalani, mind starting the interview?" He asked Kalani, trying to speed things up.
"Sure!"

"And I'm Kalani!"
"And welcome to another vlog of The Daily Lives of Jaynani." Jaylee laughed at the weird name she randomly thought of. Kalani looked at her purples headed friend.
"Really? Jaynani? Really?" Kalani questioned, giving her friend a look. Jaylee shrugged with a smile still present on her face.
"Oh you loved it." Jaylee claimed. Kalani denied, shaking her head.
"No, not really.." Kalani laughed, turning back to the camera. "So today we're doing something a little different."
"Yep, we have a special guest that we want to introduce." Jaylee began.
"Please welcome our guests of the night, IM5!" Kalani and Jaylee had spoke at the same time.
