I was watching Mira-san cook and I felt myself drool.

It smells sooo good~

"You're really good in cooking." I complimented, watching the food move around the pan.

She chuckled.

"Why not get married?" I smiled and she frowned.

"Not until I find my brother." She sighed, flashing me a faint smile.

"Oh. I'm sorry." I moped, and she pats my head.

"It's okay. I don't mind." She smiled, gleefully.

"It's unusually hot, today. Don't you think so?" I asked, changing the topic.

"Now, that you've mentioned it. You're right!" She agreed, smiling gently.

"How about we do something fun?" I suggested and she smiled.

"How about we go swimming, after lunch?" she recommended and I nod.

I told everyone our agenda for today.

They happily agreed.

Right after lunch, we went straight to rooms and changed to our swimwear.

I wore a two piece light blue bikini, and mini shorts.

Natsu was waiting outside my room, and scrutinized my outfit.

From head to toe.

He looked away, and there was a light tint of pink on his cheeks.

"Change into something else." He ordered, firmly.

I raised an eyebrow at him.

"Go and change, or I'll burn it." He commanded, and I eyed him in disbelief.

Then, he sighed and softened his gaze, looking at me.

"Please?" he asked nicely.

Whoa.

The great prince just said 'please'.

That's something you don't hear every day.

"Why?" I questioned, curiously.

He shrugged.

I crossed my arms, and tapped my foot impatiently on the floor.

Waiting for a decent reason, to change my outfit.

"I don't want you to get eye-raped by the other guys. So, please? Would you just change?" he groaned in frustration.

"Fine." I grumbled in defeat.

I walked back inside the room and pulled a white loose shirt.

Walking back to the door, I showed Natsu the piece of cloth.

"Would this suffice, Natsu-sama?" I teased and he blushed.

"I told you not to call me that!" he roared, flushing.

I chuckled and went back inside the room to wear the loose shirt, in a snap.

He looked at me briefly, then flashed a wide toothy grin signifying his satisfaction.

We walked side by side towards the pool where everyone's relaxing.

"Let's go for a swim!" I smiled and he nodded but sat on a beach lounge chair.

Traitor.

We were all enjoying ourselves, and Erza suggested to play volleyball.

"Who wants to play?" Erza asked.

Jellal instantly stood up to side with Erza.

Soon enough, people got scared to play with her and Jellal.

Only Mira-san stood up, looking excited, decided to play.

"Anyone wanted to play with me?" Mira-san asked, nicely.

Laxus stood up, casually, and nods.

The four positioned themselves to play.

"Whoever loses, will cook dinner!" Erza declared, Jellal standing beside her.

"Fine by me. I always cook dinner." Mira-san smiled.

"Exactly. But, it has to be a feast, today! Plus, a strawberry cake." Erza drooled.

"Sure. If I win, I want seafood." Mira-san responded, looking fired up.

The two started to play.

What shocked everyone was both transformed to their original forms.

Wings were spread.

Even their partners, looked intimidated.

Damn.

They're taking this food thingy bet seriously.

They started playing, and it normally takes 10 minutes before a ball goes down.

That's not normal, considering they're inside the pool.

The elements would hissed at their partners, if the ball didn't get caught.

"You're not trying hard enough!" Erza growled at Jellal, and he was shaking.

For an angel, she looked like a demon at that moment.

Some instance that Laxus wasn't able to catch the ball, Mira-san would throw a glare at him.

"Don't you know better than to catch a tiny ball?" Mira-san hissed, and she looks like the Queen of the underworld, herself.

It was a rather scary sight.

After taking the whole afternoon playing, the game finally ended.

Problem was...

Mira-san lost.

She literally cried after the game, blaming Laxus of their loss.

Laxus, on the other hand, kept comforting her and promised to help her with the feast.

So, there they are now.

Cooking for our feast, tonight.

Everyone decided to spy on them.

Mira-san was baking the cake, and instructing Laxus on what he needs to do.

Laxus, a man of pride, stubbornly follows her commands.

While Mira-san was mixing ingredients for the cream, Laxus accidentally trips off on an onion that fell on the counter and landed on Mira-san.

They both landed on the floor with cream covering both of them.

Laxus on top of Mira-san.

Mira-san raging, Laxus tried to calm her down by explaining what happened.

Then, she started giggling.

"You look ridiculous!" Mira-san laughed, pointing at Laxus who's more covered with cream than her.

Laxus sighed in relief, but eyed her seriously.

But, then, he couldn't help but laugh too.

Laughing with the contagious giggles, Mira-san created.

Didn't I mention that they're on a compromising position, right now?

Laxus stopped laughing and took a cream from Mira-san's nose then licked it.

"Delicious." He smiled at her, and she blushed.

He slowly leaned into her, and planted a kiss on the tip of her nose.

"Y-Yeah..." She flushed even more, but smiled at him sweetly.

Right after that, Laxus finally decided to stand up and offered to a hand for her to stand up.

She gladly took it, and they looked at each other's eyes, briefly.

Then, they went back to their main task, like nothing happened.

Laxus, clearly dropping his pride to follow her orders, decided to cook happily together with Mira-san.

Right after cooking, Mira-san called on us for the feast.

The meal tasted extra tasty, this time.

It was extremely delicious, and Erza looked ecstatic eating her shortcake.

A feast filled with love, indeed.

The next day, I woke up early to grab some books from the library.

There she was, my best friend, silently reading a book.

"Good morning, Levy-chan!" I chirped, happily.

"Good morning, Lu-chan!" she greeted back.

We chatted for a while, until two boys walked in.

Natsu walked in, which is something I'm used to.

Gajeel, on the other hand, surprised me as he casually waltz towards Levy-chan and I's table.

Natsu sat beside me and looked at the book I grabbed, earlier.

Gajeel sat next to Levy-chan.

Levy-chan glared at him, and Gajeel ignored it.

She didn't yell at him, like she normally does.

That got me thinking.

Is this a normal habit they do every morning, that's why she's used to being beside him today?

I shot Levy-chan a smirked, and she blushed.

"It's n-not w-what it looks like!" she explained, defensively.

"Whoever made a comment, about what it looks like?" I gave her a sly grin and she flushed, even more.

"Oi Shrimp, didn't you call me to grab a book or something?" Gajeel stated in a boring tone.

"Y-Yeah... I need your help grabbing a book on the other side of the library." Levy-chan huffed, in a pretense annoyance.

"Why ask for Gajeel's help?" I asked curiously, and she turned her head towards the other direction.

"He's one of the people who wakes up early." Levy-chan stated, calmly.

"Couldn't you fly with your broomstick?" I countered, and she blushed.

"I didn't think of that." She mumbled and I chuckled lightly.

"Alright. Alright. I'll leave you two, alone." I grinned mischievously at her, and her entire face turned red.

"LU-CHAN!" she growled and I stood up then grabbed Natsu's hand laughing my ass off, running away.

Then I stopped in front of the library's door and hid in a post.

"What are you doing, Luce?" Natsu chuckled.

"Spying. Now, shush!" I whispered and he hid beside me.

We spied on them and we giggled.

Levy-chan and Gajeel kept on bickering, but they looked like they enjoyed each other's company.

"Can you grab that light brown covered book?" Levy-chan asked.

"Almost all books are covered in light brown on this corner, shrimp." Gajeel grunted and Levy-chan huffed.

She stomped her feet, looking like she regretted not having her broomstick there, and grabbed a high chair to reach a certain book.

Gajeel turned his head, blushing, and grumbling something underneath his breath.

"What are you saying?" Levy-chan asked, annoyed, still tiptoeing towards the book she couldn't reach.

"I said, why the hell are you wearing, yellow polka-dots panties for?" Gajeel asked, blushing fiercely.

Levy-chan blushed and, trouble was, her balance started to fail her.

The chair started to sway and she was about to fall.

Gajeel caught sight of it and started to panic.

He was about to catch her, but she landed on him already.

Both bumping each other's head.

"That hurts, metal headed jerk!" Levy-chan yelled.

"Well, yours hurts more! You're head's freaking heavy! I'm not sure if your brain literally eats your books to make it that heavy, despite being a midget!" Gajeel growled, while rubbing his head.

There was silence.

Then, tears started to fall on Levy-chan's eyes and Gajeel freaked out.

I was about to run towards her, when Natsu stopped me and shook his head.

He smiled and gestured to watch.

Gajeel sighed in defeat.

"I'm sorry. There. I said it. You don't have to forgive me. It's not like I wanted you to, anyways." Gajeel apologized.

OH MY.

He just apologized.

Levy-chan looked taken aback, too.

Her eyes softened and she smiled at him.

Gajeel leaned in clumsily in front of her, and kissed her eyes that's still filled with tears.

Levy-chan froze, then blushed fiercely.

"That's an apology gift." Gajeel pulled away, looking at the ground, while scratching the back of his head.

"You're forgiven." Levy-chan smiled, the most wonderful smile I ever saw her wear.

Then, Gajeel looked up to her in disbelief.

"Seriously? I'm forgive- Uh... yeah..." he cleared his throat.

"Not like you had to or anything... But, yeah thanks..." Gajeel looked away, but he was smiling.

I turned to Natsu, smiling at me, and I smiled at him.

We looked at each other with knowing looks and we high-fived.

A blooming feeling springs in the middle of summer.
