*********Hayley's POV*********
3 months. 3 months away from the boy you loved. the distance was driving you crazy. you couldn't take this anymore. luckily tour was coming to an end, but it was a month away. one more month, just one month until you could see him again. you just hoped it would hurry up.
it was just getting dark outside. the sky were turning from blue to shades of orange and pink. the house was quiet being your dad left for some retreat thing with some people from his work, so hes been gone for almost a week and wasn't scheduled to come home for a few more days. you had had the house to yourself for a while and the only thing you did was lay around and think about niall. you finally decided to do something useful and study for your chemistry exam next week. the sky was now pitch black and your eyes were starting to get heavy from the boredom the assignment was bringing you.
you woke up to the sound of niall singing. you weren't that surprised because you always fell asleep to the cd niall sent you, but when you hit the button on your laptop to turn it off, it kept playing. you eyes shot open and you tried to comprehend what was happening. you clicked on your computer and you still heard the faint guitar strumming and singing of that beautiful irish voice. you looked around your room as your eyes adjusted to the darkness, then it hit you. you slowly crept to your window and looked into the darkness. you turned on your light and in the middle of your lawn you saw niall, standing there with guitar in hand singing without a care in the world. you rushed outside in your pajamas to get to him. you grass was covered in dew and you moon shine down onto the both of you.
*********Niall's POV*********
i couldn't take it anymore. the distance between us was to much for me. i had to see her, like now, and thats exactly what i was going to do. so i got on a fight and flew here and starting playing "i wont give up" by jason mraz on her front lawn. i honestly didn't care about what here dad thought. i would do anything to protect this girl and besides she said he was getting better, so what did i have to loose right? i started playing and singing, and it took her a while to figure out i was here. i was starting to get worried that i would't be able to get her attention, but soon enough her bedroom light flicked on and and i saw her beautiful face for the first time in almost 3 months. her face lit up when she saw me and she ran outside.
i swung my guitar around my back and she came running towards me. she jumped into my arms and i twirled her around. i was the happiest person in the world. i had my girl and thats all i ever wanted.
*********Hayley's POV*********
the space between you and niall slowly started to disappear. your lips came closer and closer until the finally made contact. you were instantly on cloud 9. it was like the first day you had ever laid eyes on him. everything was perfect and all the feelings were stronger than ever. distance really did make the heart grow fonder. goosebumps rose up on your skin and you smiled as he kissed you over and over again. it was like a scene out of a movie. the moonlight shined down on the two lovers as the passionately kissed in the cool fall evening.
Y:" Niall, what are you doing here?"
N:" i couldn't stand being away from you, i love you Hayley"
Y:" i love you to niall"
you gave him a quick kiss as he held onto you. you giggle as he looked into your eyes looking like a love struck idiot, it was so cute. he noticed the goosebumps on your arms and wrapped his jumper around you. he then took your hand and led the way to your house. you brought him inside and to your room.
N:"so wheres your dad"
Y:"some retreat with his friends, i've been alone for almost a week, he should be back in like 4 days"
N:"all the more time to be with you"
Y:"what about you? what about tour?"
N:"well we were changing cities and the boys saw how much i missed you so i kinda just left"
Y:" Niall?! you can't just leave, you have to work"
N:"it was an impulse decision, for you"
Y:"ugh its so hard to stay mad at you"
you sat on your bed and pulled your guitar on your lap, niall did the same with his and you both strummed along to more than this. you strummed through most of the cords until niall stopped and you gave him a confused look
N:" this is all wrong"
he stood up and a thousand things crossed your mind. what did he mean by 'this is all wrong' was he talking about your relationship, was he leaving, was he giving up, what? you couldn't get your head straight, so you just looked at him trying now to show what was going through your mind at the moment. he walked over and placed his guitar on the stand and came back over to your bed, he sat down and scooted over behind you. he wrapped his legs around you and placed on hand on each of yours and rested his head on your shoulder
N:"ahh, much better"
you continued to cuddle and play for a while until your fingers started to cramp up. you laid your guitar down and laid on your back. you took a deep breath as niall ran his fingers through your long brown hair.
Y:"niall?"
N:"yeah babe?"
Y:"what happens from here, like how are we going to make this work?"
N:"well, tour is almost over, and after that, im all yours"
Y:"but you live in London, and i live here"
N:"hey look at me"
you lifted your head off of you pillow and looked straight into Niall's eyes. he took your hand in both of his
N:"you and me against the world, remember?"
Y:" you and me against the world"
he brought his lips down to the back of your hand and placed a gently kiss on the top of it. you spent the rest of the night cuddled in niall's arms. your buried your head into his chest while the smell of his cologne filled your nose. he rubbed small circles on your back with his thumb and sang to you. you felt your eyes get heavy and as much as you wanted to stay up with Niall, you couldn't keep your eyes open anymore. eventually, you let it overwhelm you and fell into a deep sleep.
you woke up the next morning to a sleeping angel. you rolled over and rested your head on a pillow. his soft blonde hair fell lightly over his forehead and his chest rose and fell in perfect harmony with yours. he looked so peaceful when he slept and you wouldn't even think about waking him. he looked so tired the night before and he could use a good night sleep. his arm moved slightly up your side and pulled you closer. you smiled realizing that even in your sleep he wanted to make sure you were right next to him.
his eyes fluttered open as his eyes adjusted to the sunlight. when he saw you, his face lit up and you saw that braced smile that you loved. you propped yourself up on one elbow and ruffed up his hair with one of your hands
Y:"morning sleepyhead"
N:"morning gorgeous"
he leaned forward bring your lips together with his. he smiled and pulled your towards him so your head was on his chest and you could feel his heartbeat. he leaned his head on the top of yours and whispered "i love you Hayley"
***********Later That Day***********
it was a sunny afternoon and you and niall decided to get some fresh air. so you walked downt he road hand in hand until you reached the local park. it wasn't much of a park, just a grassy field with a bunch of trees and a couple benched scattered around. you were sitting on the ground wrapped in niall's arms admiring the beautiful weather. you were talking about everything from tour to school and everything in between. niall started to lean in and just than rain started pouring down from the sky. typical, you were having a perfect day with your boyfriend and the rain decided to get in the way.the sun shined through the rain casting beams of sunlight though the trees. you and niall quickly got up and ran under a tree trying to hide from the rain. you both laughed and tried to catch your breath as you leaned against the tree. Niall placed on hand on the tree and the other on your waist. he looked you deep in the eyes and started to close the gap between you. you were going to have fun with this though.
you placed your hands on his abs and pushed him away making a dash away from his yelling "CATCH ME IF YOU CAN!" while trying not to laugh to hard. you heard him yell "really hayley?!" over your shoulder but you just kept running. you turned your head to look back which you probably shouldn't have done. he was quickly catching up to you and soon had both of his arms wrapped around your waist spinning your around in a circle. he gently placed you down and you turned to face him placing both of your hands on his shoulders. is hair was matted down on his head as drops of rain ran down his face. he moved a piece of hair out of you face and looked deeply into your eyes. you stood on your tippy toes and crashed your lips to his. he immediately responded deepening the kiss. when you both broke away you were smiling and gasping for breath. you pulled your self towards niall and brought your head to his chest. he wrapped his arms securely around you as you both looked out towards a rainbow forming in the sky.
you both walked home laughing at how you both acted like complete idiots around each other. you each had one arm wrapped around each other and you walked through puddle after puddle on your journey home. your close were soaked and you hair was damp, but nothing mattered as long as you were with niall.
you both turned the corner to your house and you stopped dead in your tracks. your jaw dropped as you saw what had happened
N:"Hayley? whats wrong babe?
H:" Dad?"
