“Oh Ric,” Caroline mumbled in her sleep lowly, “More. Please.”

A loud noise rang out in the background as she sat up quickly as a loud gasp escapes from her lips. She looked around her room slightly paranoid when she started to wonder if her mother heard her talking in her sleep. Caroline knew that her mother would bug her to death until she told her everything about the dream. She sat there quietly then smiles softly when she heard her moving around downstairs. Caroline slowly took a deep breath relaxing while sliding her legs over the side of the bed while trying to wrap her mind around the kinds of dreams she has been having about Alaric. She slowly slipped out of bed while getting ready for school as she hoped her mother was gone before she went downstairs. Caroline stood at the top of the stairs still as she listens for any sign of life downstairs. A soft smile stretched across her lips when she did not hear a peep, and then quickly made her move to grab her things then outside to her car.

Caroline slowly parked her car in her parking space at school not really remembering the drive from her house to here. Her mind kept racing from all of her dreams she had been having at night for a month now. This did not even include her daydreams she has had about him in all of his classes as well. Caroline grabbed her backpack, purse, duffle bag, and car keys before climbing out of her car, and then makes her way to her locker hoping that this day will end without anyone asking her what is wrong.

“Morning, Caroline,” a familiar voice said from behind her back while she stood at her locking gathering the books she needed and putting the rest up.

Caroline slowly turned around after closing her locker to see Elena, Stefan, and Bonnie all standing there smiling at her.

“Morning, guys,” Caroline said while smiling back softly trying to hide the nervousness in her voice.

“Why are you so nervous for, Caroline,” Stefan asked her once he caught a hint of nervousness in her voice while wrapping his arm around Elena’s slender waist.

“I am fine, Stefan. I promise,” Caroline answered while thinking about how she could get these dreams to stop, “Well, we better head off to class. I will see all of you in history at the end of the day.”

After finishing her words, Caroline turned around and walked off as quick as she could to get away from them. She knew that they would continue to question her, and she was not really ready to deal with that just yet. Especially since she does not really know what is really going on with her right now.

The time had flown by faster then she had expected it to be. For she found herself sitting in her seat in Alaric’s classroom with her mind going into overdrive suddenly. Her thoughts all came to an immediate stop when she saw him walk into the classroom. However, her heart started to slowly beat a little faster once he started talking. Caroline sat there smiling softly while staring up at Alaric before her thoughts slowly turned into another graphic daydream without notice.

Caroline was sitting there helping Alaric grade some papers to help him catch up. Once she had finished them, Caroline stood up with them in her hand then walks over to him placing them on his desk. She had let him know that they were done, and that she will see him tomorrow in class. However, Alaric’s hand caught her arm turning her around face him before softly pressing his lips against her kissing her sweetly. But before she should finish the daydream, she heard the bell ringing in the background. Caroline lightly jumped once she had come back to what was actually happening.

She gathered all of her things heading out the classroom door knowing that she has practice to get to. All of Caroline’s thought vanished once she felt a hand on her shoulder. She turned around to see Alaric standing there in front of her.

“Yes, Mr. Saltzman,” Caroline asked him slightly confused as to why he had stopped her?

“You will have to stay after school to do the test that you had forgotten to do in class,” Alaric stated while pulling up her blank test paper as it stared back at her.

“I will do it after cheerleading practice, sir,” she slowly nods as he headed back to his desk to grade more papers.

Caroline reached her locker as she put all her books away and grabbed her duffle bag for cheerleading practice. She gasped lowly while jumping some after she shut her locker and turned around to see Bonnie, Elena, and Stefan standing there. Caroline found it slightly annoying that where ever Elena was Stefan was right beside her, but she had learned to shrug it all away.

“What has gotten into you, Caroline,” Bonnie asked with her arms slightly folded across her chest?

“That is a very good question, Bonnie,” Elena replied before Caroline could get a word in, “since she only seems to act like this in Mr. Saltzman’s class and no one else’s.”

“You have a good point there, Elena,” Stefan chipped in as well before Caroline could explain herself.

“I am fine, guys,” Caroline snapped back at them for their questions were finally starting to annoy her, “And I don’t even know nor care what you three are talking about. Now if you excuse me, I have cheerleading practice to go to!”

Bonnie, Elena, and Stefan looked at each other their shoulders after Caroline pushed through their barricade heading off towards the girl’s locker room. They all shrugged their shoulders knowing that something was up, or she wouldn’t have been so defensive about it.

“You don’t think that there is something going on between Caroline and Mr. Saltzman, do you,” Bonnie asked Elena since he resided at their place?

“There isn’t anything new going on with him, Bonnie,” Elena answered her friend trying to reassure her that there is not anything going on.

“She is probably have dreams and stuff about him,” Stefan stated without even thinking, “most high school girls develop crushes on one of their male teachers. I am sure it is harmless. How about we leave Caroline alone about it all.”

With that said, Bonnie and Elena nodded in agreement with Stefan, and they all left the school along with deciding to not bug Caroline anymore on the subject.

“Hey coach,” Caroline said in her normal cheerful voice as she walked past her and into the girl’s locker room.

Caroline sat down on one of the benches there for a moment as she placed her face in her hands. Why was she having these kinds of dreams about Mr. Saltzman for? They were wrong, but why did she really enjoy them so much for. She always took showers in the mornings, but never cold ones like she has done the past month. Caroline shrugged  the thoughts from her head as childish behavior, and had gotten dressed for practice. She then looked up to see the note on the door stating that cheerleading practice was canceled today.

“This is just great,” Caroline mumbled to herself as she looked down at herself in her tank-top and short shorts.

A low groan passed through Caroline’s lips as she had gotten up after picking up her duffle bag not really caring to change back into her school clothes. She headed back to her locker wanting this day to end as soon as it could. Caroline grabbed her purse and back pack out of her locker after putting the books she had to do homework from in it. She stood there for a moment resting her head against the locker beside hers before closing hers.

“Looks like I have to head home to do some stupid school work instead of practice,” Caroline whispered to herself as she turned around and headed towards the front door.

Caroline stopped quickly once she turned the corner trying to avoid smacking into Alaric. A loud gasp escapes her lips when she felt their bodies collide against each other. However, her cheeks turned a soft shade of red when she looked up to see Alaric’s face in hers.

“I’m sorry, Mr. Saltzman,” Caroline said apologetically as she stepped back from him.

“It is alright, Caroline,” Alaric said with a smile on his lips.

“I should be more careful next time,” she said while slowly nodding her head.

“Are you leaving,” Alaric asked her as he slowly folded his arms across his chest as the smile fades away and a frown takes its place.

“Well, I was until I smacked into you, sir,” Caroline said reassuringly as she tried to remember why he would ask her something like that for.

“Are you forgetting about something, Caroline,” he asked her while slowly moving his hands to the front pockets of his jeans.

“Umm...,” Caroline stood there for a moment not sure what he meant by the question, but then it hit her, “Oh! The test! I was just looking for you.”

Caroline hoped in her mind that he would believe that lie she had just told him.

“Sure you were, Caroline,” Alaric said as he motioned for her to follow him, “ You would have gotten an ‘F’ on it if you walked out the school doors. Just so you know.”

Caroline sighed deeply knowing that he would have done exactly that, and then called her mother about it. Then there would have been a parent/teacher meeting about me. And that would have brought on tons of questions from her mother that she didn’t really want to deal with right now. She had placed her backpack, duffle bag, and purse on one desk, and she sat at the one beside it after pulling out a pencil. Caroline quickly turned her phone on silent placing it face down on the desk with the rest of her things.

“I am sorry, sir,” Caroline said as Alaric placed her test on the desk in front of her.

“I know you are, Caroline,” Alaric replied as he took his seat behind his desk, “now take your test.”

Caroline sat there for a moment staring at the test as she made herself regain her thoughts. She swiftly moved through the test once she had made herself focus on it and it alone. Caroline had put her pencil back up then picks her test up, and walks over to Mr. Saltzman’s desk placing it on the stack of ungraded tests. She turned around and started to walk back to the desk when Alaric’s voice rang in her ears as she felt his hand on her arm. Her heart slowly started to race, and her cheeks started to turn a little deeper red.

“May I ask you something, Caroline,” Alaric asked as she turned around to face him once he had stood up?

“Yes you can, sir,” Caroline replied as her nervousness started to show even more when she caught her bottom lip between her teeth chewing on it gently.

“Why do you seem so distracted in my class all the time for the past month,” he had let go of her arm while noticing her red cheeks and seeing how nervous she was around him alone.

“Distracted? Me,” Caroline stated not really sure how to answer his question since it meant telling him about her sex dreams and fantasies she had been having about him, “I have been so busy with cheerleading practice, that my mind is never here these days. I’m sorry, Mr. Saltzman.”

A low chuckle escapes his lips as she felt even more nervous since it did not sound like he believe a word she said to him just now.

“I’ve done talk to your other teachers, Caroline,” he said after regaining his composure,” And you don’t do anything like you do in my class. Is there something or someone in here that is distracting you,?”

Is there someone distracting me in here? Caroline’s mind slowly began to wander off into more fantasies about him, but she shook her head to remove those thoughts in her mind.

“There isn’t, Mr. Saltzman. I promise,” she answered while smiling softly trying to hide how truly nervous she was at this time from him.

“Alright, Caroline,” Alaric answered as he looked down at his desk in thought for a moment then looked back up at her, “I will still have to let your mom know how distracted you have been in my class the past month.”

“Please don’t, Mr. Saltzman,” Caroline begged him not to tell her mom, because she knew that would open the flood gates of hell.

“The only way I don’t have to tell her, is if you tell me why you’ve been so distracted here lately. That way I can move you where ever I need to, and do whatever I can to keep you focused in class,” he stated while nodding his head some.

Well, here goes nothing, Caroline thought to herself. The worst that could happen is that she would get a new teacher.

“You are the distraction, Mr. Saltzman,” Caroline said as she saw a shocked look on Alaric’s face when he heard her words.

“And how am I a distraction to you, Caroline,” Alaric asked her slightly confused by her words.

“Well....I...Ummm...I’ve been having some not so appropriate dreams at night and even daydreams about you, sir,” Caroline finally admitted to someone about her secret sadly it was to the one they were about.

Caroline had hung her head down keeping her gaze on their feet as she felt her cheeks really heat up after she felt someone’s fingers underneath her chin. She looked in front of her once she felt them lift her head up to see Alaric’s eyes staring back at hers.

“That is a natural thing that some high school girls go through, Caroline,” Alaric stated while smiling softly, “Even some college girls go through that too. So you don’t have to be afraid about it.”

“But....,” was all Caroline could get out because her words was interrupted by Alaric’s lips pressing softly against hers.

She knew that she had to stop him, because this was wrong for them to do. Especially in the school. What if the principal or another teacher came by, and saw his lips pressed up against mine. Suddenly Caroline figured this was just another fantasy about him, so she just went along with it. Besides the classroom doors don’t have windows in them, and automatically lock on the outside. Plus, she knew that Mr. Saltzman keeps his blinds closed all the time. Even if this was real, no one would ever see it.

“I’m sorry,” Alaric apologized to her after pulling back away from her, “I shouldn’t have done that to you, Caroline.”

“Then why did you do it for, Mr. Saltzman,” Caroline asked while looking at him quizzically.

“Impulse or something like that,” he answered then walks over towards the door to let her out.

“I think there is a deeper reason then impulse, sir,” Caroline stated while nodding her head with her arms folded across her chest staring at him.

Alaric stopped in his tracks when he heard her words. Oh how right she was about it, but he could not let that get to him. He needed to be strong, and not give into what his body wanted more then anything.

“I don’t know what you are talking about,” he said trying to draw the attention away from him.

Caroline rolled her eyes at his words as she walked over and stood in front of him. Wondering what all he has been hiding that he refuses to discuss to her about. But before she could come up with any ideas, she felt the cold hard wall against her back with his lips against hers once again. She felt the passion and lust in his kiss knowing that he must of had the same things she did about him, but towards her instead.
