Hey guys! I just wanted to say beforehand, this is going to be a LONG multiple part series, so get ur blankets and Nutella ( btw it's kinda sad but I'm allergic to Nutella but I love it sooooooo much...Ikr Lolz ) so buckle up your invisible seatbelts so we can get on with the ride XD. AND BE PREPARED OF MANY CLIFFHANGERS😘.

"Hey have you been studying for the big test we have to take when we get back from the break?" I ask Mac as I take a bite of my french fries.
"...Maybe...?" She says starting to make a playful look on her face.
"Of It's fine! Don't worry about that now! We have apartment hunting to do!"
I roll my eyes, exasperated.
"You only want your own place 'cause Jax is getting his. I mean that is the reason for everything else that you do." I say
"No it's not! I have my other reasons too!" She almost shouts.
"Oh yeah? Like what?"
"Umm.....uhhhhhh....."
"See I told you." I say confidently.
She stays silent and gives me the death stare from across the table where we sit at McDonalds binging on junk food.
"Whatever," she says as she rolls her eyes and laughs it off. "Anyway I need you to help me find a good place since you've been living alone so long."
Suddenly her face slackens and her eyes widen (she always feels bad when she brings up my past.) "I'm so sor-" I cut her off with a hand and a smile. I don't know why she thinks that I'm sensitive to that topic.
It's fine.
I'm used to it.
It's my life, and it's a good one.
"Come on Mac you should know by now that the topic doesn't bother me, and it never has!" I say
"I'm sorr-" she starts to say but I cut her off for the second time.
"STOP!!! You apologize like every 5 seconds! And most of the time it's for nothing!" I scowl, annoyed.
"I'm so-" she stops on her own this time when she realizes I'm glaring at her.
"Anyway we better get going if we want to make it back home before sundown." I say. It's around 6:30 at the moment because we procrastinated and went clothes shopping before we did anything else. I know. Not the most responsible idea.
"Okay! Let's get going!" She said cheerfully as always.

"Welp. That didn't work." She says to me with a surprisingly neutral face.
"Oh well, we can come look another day. I need to get back home and cook dinner and practice for my next performance." I tell her.
We had already made it to my building after failing to find a good place. But then and got distracted talking.
"Yeah, yeah. I know." She rolls her eyes.
"Whatever weirdo. I'll text you in the morning."
"Hey! I'm FABULOUS!"
"Later." I say
She giggles "Bye bye!"
I turn to walk in to my apartment building but not before I see her skip off in the other direction with her skirt flipping back and forth and her bouncy red curls bouncing as she does.
As open the clear glass double doors and walk strait past the front desk with my head down and go inside of the elevator. I try to about people that live here as much as I can so the adults don't recognize me at my performances.
So for some unknown reason when I hit the elevator button that will take me to the top floor, it was sticky like soda spilt on it or something,so I naturally wiped my hands on my black ripped jeans.
As I walk out of the elevator door and start down the hallway, I hear clanging and other noises coming from one of the rooms.
It's the room next-door to mine.
Confused I decide to knock on the door. This room has been empty for a while, I wonder if they are doing construction work in there?
I hear the words 'be there in a minuet!' Being yelled from the other side of the door and then another crash. Concerned, without realizing the door was unlocked, I ran in to see if what sounded like a teenage boy yelping childishly in surprise, was ok and not hurt.
The sene plastered in front of me was a very odd sight to see.

With a spilt soda can next to him.
