Jakes POV ~ the call an the crash
I had came back from school an the boys decided to come over too we were playing FIFA an Jordan was losing against William I was sat down laughing at them both " your a cheater " Jordan whined " dude its a game if I cheated then I would have a red card " William replied back my phone went off which was next to William he passed it to me " its Emma " he said with a wink " hello Em " i said " jake " that's all she said an I heard her inhale a deep breath " ouch fuck " she said with griited teeth " Emma? are you okay " I asked concerned " jake I have been in a car crash I have no idea what to do an I don't want to die like this " she said trough gritted teeth " what?!! you have been In a car accident? " i screamed " what Emma she's In a car accident? " William said " yes now fucking help me " she hissed an the line went dead
" Shit we have to find her an help her " William said I quickly got up an we all went to my car " but where is she " I questioned myself " call her again " Jordan said she answered but stayed silent " Emma where are you?! " I said after a while she told me she's in the shortcut " am I dead? " she said " no Em your not your alive look your talking to me an am alive " i said quickly " its going dark " she said you could hear the pain in her voice " pass me the phone all talk to her " William said an I passed it back trying to get their asap thank god I lives near the shortcut " hey Em we are literally around the corner so don't pass out " he said we got their I quickly took the keys out an went running to her
it was so bad Emma's car was small a massive land rover had crashed into her right at the front their was no one in the land rover an I went running to Emma " Emma!! " I screamed but she had passed out I looked at her she had pieces of glass sticking out of her hair an their was blood running down her face she had a massive red bruise on her jaw an she had some glass in her perfect skin her hair was all over her an her phone was dropped in her lap she was so pale " fuck how what are we going to do?! " I screamed we couldn't open the door or get her out it would just be worse then we heard sirens
I stepped back an looked at everything again Emma's car was smashed their was glass everywhere their. was smoke coming from her engine her air bag was out she had bruising on her neck where her seatbelt was but where is the other person who crashed into her am sure they would be hurt too I looked at Jordan an saw he was taking pictures of everything an I mean everything right now he was taking pictures of Emma their was nothing that we could do to help her
an ambulance came followed by two police cars they went over to the car an tried opening the door so they could get her out and onto the wretched but they couldn't it was jammed one of them claimed onto the car an looked trough the broken windshield to see if he could get her out " no we can't she's stuck where going to have to call the fire department the police went of an told them trough the radio
the ambulance people well one climbed in next to her an checked her with out moving her " she's still breathing she's passed out " he said an officer had came over to us " I would like to ask you boys some questions an I would like your answers honest to help so we know what happened and know what were dealing with " he said we nodded
" did you whiteness the crash? " " no sir " " so how and why are you here an could you also tell us her name and address if you know it " " her name is Emma she called me when I was at home telling me she has had a car crash an asked for me to help her she told me where she was an I came as soon as possible " I said an I had told him her address an mine an our names " an what is your relationship with Emma? " he questioned I thought about it if I said I was a friend they wouldn't let me stay with her " am her boyfriend " I said in a rush he nodded
the officer had walked away an their was a fire engine they got out with a lot of tools an speed walked to the car they had opened the door an stepped back to let the paramedics do their job they had put her onto a stretcher " is anyone going to come in the ambulance? " one of them asked " yh her boyfriend is " the officer said an nodded for me to go " follow the ambulance an scratch my car your dead " I said passing the keys an going into the ambulance
they had put an oxygen mask on her an they were all over the place then I heard the sirens go off indicating that this is serious I started to panic what wrong with her he said she's alive I sat their an held her hand it was cold I ignored everyone an got lost in my thoughts this was so bad she was so bad the state she was in
soon we had arrived an they rushed out with her stretcher I nurse came up to me " am sorry sir you can't go in but you can wait outside the room " she said with a smile I just nodded an sat down on a chair then I saw the boys they came up to me " is she okay? " Jordan asked " I don't know " I said whilst rubbing my face
" what about her parents " Jordan said " their out of town for two months " I said " shall we call Maria? " William asked " yh she is her best friend " I said William pulled out his phone an called her " hey Maria can you come to the hospital yh well tell you when your here " he then hung up " she's on her way "
half an hour later Maria rushed in with Connor " why am I here an where's Emma? " she asked in a rush " Jordan show her the pictures " I said theirs no point trying to explain it he handed her his phone an she stared at it in confusion " omg is that Emma " she screamed we nodded Connor took the phone out of her hands an gave it to Jordan " is she okay? how did it happen? why did she call you not me? is she dead? " she said the last question in a whisper Connor just hugged her whilst she cried
we all stayed quite sat their in silence Maria had stopped crying an she was asleep in Connors lap we had been waiting for 4 hours then Maria's phone went off " its Rachel we can't tell her she'd have a panic attack " she said whilst answering it " hello yh Emma's with me her phones dead me an Connor had an argument so she came over as soon as possible an when she was going to call you her phone died am okay were just eating ice cream she's at the toilet right now an nope she didn't bring any eggs she's going to stay at mine for a while whilst I recover its so sad my heart hurts an she said that if you want to go home you can okay bye " Maria hung up " now that's sorted we just need to know what's wrong with her " she said with a sigh
a nurse came out " is Emma's relative here? " she asked " yh am her sister " Maria said standing up " will you follow me please " they nurse said an the went off somewhere
Maria's POV
I followed the nurse to a room " am just going to tell you what's happened an what's wrong with her okay " she said I nodded my head " she's broken her left arm, an two of her ribs one on the left an one on the right she's got stitches in her head from her cut an also her stomach the bruise on her jaw is just a bruise an she's been put on painkillers she will feel very sore an right now she's asleep an also she has some other bruis but she will be okay " she said with a sad smile I thanked her an went back to the boys " so what did she say? " jake asked I repeated everything the nurse said to me
" how long will she be out for? " Jordan asked " 1- 2 days " I said " me an Connor are going first okay " I said an the boys nodded Connor held out his hand for me an I took it an we went into her room their was a monitor by her beeping she was in a hospital gown an she had wires connected to her I went up to her her face was so pale she had a big purple bruise on her jaw an she had stitches in her head wow that's all I could say I didn't even want to touch her " come on babe let's go " Connor said wiping away some tears from my cheek
Jakes POV
Maria walked out with a tear rolling down her cheek with Connor by her side kissing her head she looked so broken I stood up an nobody got up with me I guess am going in alone my heart stopped at the sight of her how could she look so relaxed but be so hurt on the outside I sat by the chair beside her an held her hand it was so cold I watched her chest rise an go back down the only noise in the room was the machines beeping I moved her hair out of her face an trailed my hand down her jaw
" I thought you was dead you know that I had no idea what to do when I got their it felt like my whole world was falling apart I have no idea what I would of done if you was dead I I I think am in love with you " I said am I inlove? I kissed her fore head an left jordan an William went next
" where of to get something to eat want to come with? " Connor asked I just shook my head " do you want anything? " Maria asked you could tell that she had been crying by her voice the way it cracked " nope " I said getting comfortable on the seat which was impossible
after a while the boys walked out an some nurses went in " I wonder who did it? " Jordan said " maybe it was a drunk driver " William said " no a drunk driver would never be smart enough to jump out of the car when it was about to crash " I said everyone just stayed quite after that even when Maria returned nobody talked
