Chapter 10
Niall's Point of View
I heard a 'click' noise. I slowly opened my eyes and saw the 1D boys, except me, duh, Eleanor and Dani gathered around Valerie and I. They were all taking pictures. Valerie woke up and saw them.
"Guys!" She mumbled, annoyed.
"What are you guys doing?" I asked, even though I already knew what they were doing.
"Um, taking pictures of you guys...cuddling." Zayn said, snapping a picture of Valerie and I when he said 'cuddling'. They could be so annoying sometimes. She stood up and walked out of my little 'room', with the girls following behind her. The boys stayed with me and talked about the tour. Lou also told me that Luke liked Valerie.
"What?!" I asked, giving him my full attention.
"Yup, I know right, that's how I reacted the first time I found out." He chuckled, we looked at him with blank expressions on our faces, telling him to tell us more.
"So, Luke went to El and I's house and we talked about him liking Valerie." He finished off, looking at Luke's seat/bed to see if he was awake and listening. He was asleep, phew!
"For reals?" Harry asked.
"Yeah." Lou replied. Then, the stewardess gave us a glare. We all knew what she was thinking; they better get to their seats or else. The boys got the hint and walked back to their seats/beds. I took out my phone, it was 8:47 AM. Ugh! I tried to go back to sleep but I couldn't, knowing that someone else likes Valerie. Ugh! I can't think of anything else but that. I looked back at Valerie's seat/bed. She was on her phone, tearing up. No one else seemed to notice because the girls went back to their boyfriends. I'm pretty sure Valerie was on Twitter. I bet the fans are giving her hate, again. Our fans could be so mean sometime. I immediately went to her. I pulled her into a hug as she sniffled against my chest. We stayed like that for a bit. We pulled away. I felt so bad for her. She doesn't deserve this!
"Are they giving you hate again?" I asked, wiping a free tear, rolling down her cheek. She nodded her head without saying anything. I took my phone out of my pocket and clicked on the Twitter icon.
"Why? Why do people give other people hate? You guys have made me proud, all of us proud when you vote for us and all, but when you give hate to the people we love and care about, were not so proud. I feel like you've all let me, us, down. I'm obviously talking about @Valerie_Hood . You guys have been giving her hate lately, a lot. Why do you guys do it? I just hate way you guys treat and talk to a person you don't even know." I tweeted.
Her phone buzzed, notifying her that someone had mentioned her in a tweet. She didn't dare to look at her phone, she was probably thinking that it was a mention from a fan, giving her hate, but after a couple seconds of temptation, she checked her phone. She read my tweet and gave a weak smile. She looked up at me and hugged me. I hugged back, of course.
"Thank you." She mumbled as we pulled away.
"No problem!" I said.
"How many more hours?" She curiously asked, getting comfy in her little bed.
"About 2 more, babe!" I replied. What the hell? Why the hell did I call her that?! Ugh. She nodded her head, confused.
"Babe?" She asked, looking at me curiously.
"Sorry I have a habit of calling everyone that, sorry!" I answered. She nodded her head. Just as I was about to walk back to my seat/bed, I felt hands on mine. I turned to Valerie. I looked into her jade green eyes as she looked at my bright blue ones. She looked so beautiful.
"Can we cuddle, again?" She asked, looking up at me. She wants to cuddle with me?! Yay! I lightly chuckled and nodded.
We both got comfortable on the little bed. Her head was on my chest. Her hair smelt like mint. She slowly fell asleep on my chest. I think I love her, not just like, but love. I know love is a big word but I think I actually do, but I just don't know if she feels the same about me. That's what's so hard in love; you don't know if the person you love, loves you back and if they don't, you'll end up with a broken heart. I slowly start to see darkness and after a couple minutes, I was off to Dreamland.
Valerie's Point of View
I woke up, hearing the sounds of whispers.
"What's going on?" I murmured, as I untangled my self from Niall's arms. I looked up and saw everyone there. What was going on?!
"Nothing, you guys just looked really cute!" Eleanor said.
"And we also saw Niall's tweet!" Liam said, in an 'aw' tune. We laughed and Niall shifted from his spot. I played with his hair until he woke up. He woke up and saw me.
"Did you know that Niall loves it when a girl plays with his hair!" Dani informed me. We all laughed.
"Guys, we're landing in about 20 minutes, so Niall go to your seat!" Liam said, being the dad that he is. Niall looked at me and gave me a weak smile and walked back to his seat.
"Aw! Li, why did you have to ruin their moment?" Eleanor said as she playfully slapped Liam's arm. They all chuckled and went back to their seats. I pulled my phone out and played Subway Surfers, to kill some time.
"We will be landing in about 10 minutes, please fasten up your seat belts, thank you!" The intercom announced. I didn't even know where we where going to be landing. Gee, I'm a good sister! I asked Eleanor where we were going to be landing.
"L.A." She lightly giggled. I nodded my head and fasten up my seatbelt. Shit. What about Luke? This is the first flight that we weren't close to each other. I hope he's fine.
The landing was a bit rough. It was bumpy too. I grabbed my hand bag and walked to Calum and Luke.
"Are you okay?" I asked Luke. He just nodded his head and walked by me. Was he trying to ignore me? Is he mad at me about something? I shrug it off and walked by Calum.
By the time we were in the baggage carousel area, everyone was hyper and energetic, so was I. We all skipped to the baggage carousel and got ours luggage. We all found ours, grabbed it, and walked out. The instant that door opened, the flash started and the screams got louder. Niall grabbed my hand and pulled my through the crowd. The fans were screaming so loud, my eardrums probably broke.
Eventually, we spotted 2 black Range Rovers. I was guessing that one was for 5sos and the other was for 1D. I let go of Niall's hand and started to walk to the car that Calum was getting into. I felt hands on mine as I walk towards the door. I turned around and it was Niall.
"Hey, Calum, can Valerie ride with us?" Niall asked Calum.
"Sure!" He said. I looked at the 2 body guard and they nodded, reassuring me that they will protect them. Well, that was sorta their jobs but whatever.
Niall pulled me to the other car and threw my luggage in the back, with the others. The boys have already taken a seat and there was a body guard so there was no seat left for me, or the girls. Louis looked at Eleanor and tapped his lap. Eleanor took the hint and sat on his lap. They were so cute.
"Come 'ere babe." Liam said, tapping on his lap. Dani got in and sat on his lap. They were cute too.
"Where do I sit?" I asked.
"Well, you wild have to sit on either Niall's or Zayn's lap." Harry said.
"Whatever shall we do?" Niall looked at me and smirked. Zayn was sleeping. How can he sleep with all the fans screaming and yelling?! I got in and sat on Niall's lap. He hugged me, making my back hit his chest. Harry started to drive. I wish I could do this with Niall all the time, like hug him, cuddle with him, and kiss him. Aw, that would me called a miracle. He doesn't even like me.
"You guys look so cute!" Eleanor squealed.
"Not as cute as you and Louis!" I squealed back, mocking her. Everyone chuckled as Harry drove off to the hotel.
After a couple minutes, Dani leaned towards my ear.
"You do know he likes you." Dani whispered in my ear, but Niall didn't hear it. His attention was on the window. I looked at Dani, obviously confused.
"Yeah, he does, he just won't admit it. Every one here knows it." She, again, whispered but a little louder this time. Niall took his eyes off the window and looked at Dani. She smirked.
"What were you guys talking about?" Niall whispered to me, still hugging me back.
"Oh, nothing." I murmured.
"Come on. Tell me." He begged.
"No!" I said.
"Yes!" He argued.
"Make me!" I said, squinting my eyes at him. He squinted his eyes back. Then, he started tickling me in my neck, and stomach. How I hate being so ticklish.
"Ah, Niall stop! Hahaha no! Stop it! Niall!" I yelped as he continued tickling me. Everyone turned their attention on us and sat there with an 'awe' expressions on their faces.
"No! Not unless you tell me!" Niall continued to tickle me, ignoring everyone's stares. I shook my head, letting him know that I wasn't gonna tell him anything. He continued tickling me.
"Niall! Stop it." I laughed.
"No! Just tell me!" Niall replied, still tickling me. Ugh!
"Fine, but you have to stop tickling me first!" I offered. He stopped and smirked at me. I stayed silent and smirked back. After a couple moments, he started to tickle me, again.
"Tell me!" He begged. I rolled my eyes and nodded my head.
"Fine." I said and he stopped.
"We were taking about you!" I finally blurted out. He looked at Dani and Dani did the peace sign. I giggled and Niall turned back to me.
"What was it about?" He questioned.
"Um." I slowly said, looking at Dani. She nodded her head, letting me know that I could tell Niall.
"Well, Dani said that you liked me." I finally said. He blushed. Did he actually like me?!
"Oh, don't act like you don't!" Dani said, breaking the silence. Niall just looked out the window again. Did he not like me? But he was blushing!
"Can you turn on the radio?" I asked Harry, getting bored.
"Sure!" He replied, turning the radio on. Best Song Ever came on. I feel like every time we turn on the radio, that exact song comes on.
We all looks at each other and we were all thinking the same thing; SING!
As if we could read each other's minds, we sang our hearts out, not caring if we were off key.
"Maybe it's the way she walked!" We all sang.
"Straight into my heart and stole it!" We all belted out like teenage girls.
After a couple minutes of singing, belting out the words, and laughing, we arrived outside of a hotel. We all got off the car and I went to Calum. Good thing there were no fans, yet.
"Hey!" He greeted.
"Sup." I replied.
"Are we staying here?" He asked.
"No. We're just taking a shower then we're done tour. Of course we are, you dimwit!" I sarcastically replied.
"I hate your sarcasm sometimes!" He rolled his eyes and took his luggage out of the back.
"Let's go!" Niall bellowed, with my luggage, and his, in his hand. Oh, I forgot that my luggage was in the other car. I went to him and tried to take it from him but he wouldn't let go.
"Give it!" I begged.
"Fine, but you have to go shopping with me!" He instructed.
"Fine." I said. He still didn't let go of my luggage. I raised my eyebrow and looked at him.
"Whatever!" I said, walking towards Louis and Eleanor.
"You're still going shopping with me later!" He yelled behind me. I rolled my eyes and Louis and Eleanor laughed.
"Why are you guys laughing about?" I asked curiously.
"Nothing." They both said, giggling. I shrugged and we all walked in the hotel.
"Rooms for Stemmings!" Lou said to the guy at the front desk.
"What's Stemmings?" I asked Eleanor.
"Styles and Hemmings!" She explained. I gave her an 'Ohh' look on my face.
The guy gave Lou 6 key cards. Wow! We got 6 room? Louis gathered all of us into the elevator and we went up to floor '3'.
Ding! The elevator opened and we all walked into one of the rooms. There was only 1 bed, which meant we all had to share a bed with someone.
"Okay so what's the sleeping plan?" Harry asked.
"Okay, well, Liam and I have 1 bedroom and so does Eleanor and Louis. So that's 2 rooms gone out of the 6 rooms." Dani explained.
"Well Zayn and I always share a hotel room, so make that 3." Harry added. Zayn nodded his head in agreement. So there's 3 rooms left.
"Ashton and I will share one!" Michael informed. We all nodded. That leaves 2 rooms and Calum, Luke, Niall and I.
"Well, Luke and I can share a room!" Calum suggested, Luke nodded.
"Well that leaves you and Niall!" Harry said, winking at Niall and I. Everyone laughed. Lou gave each one of the duo a key card and we all left the room, going to our assigned rooms. I walked to the room with the door saying '321' with Niall trailing behind me. We opened the room and we saw there was only 1 bed.
"There's only 1 bed!" I said, shocked.
"Oh. What ever shall we do?" Niall asked, smiling at me.
"Well, you can sleep on the floor!" I said, jumping on to the bed.
"No, I'm not!" Niall argued. Ugh!
"Fine!" I said. We both laid down on the bed. We looked up at the ceiling for a couple minutes. I suddenly jolted up, causing Niall to jolt up too.
"What?" He asked, his voice full of concern.
"Nothin'." I said, giggling.
"So...wanna go shopping now!" I asked. He shrugged and we both got up. I decided to change into some more decent clothes.
I pulled out crop top that says "Moon Child" across it and some ripped jean shorts. I went to the washroom and changed.
I walked out and saw Niall picking out a pair of shoes for him to wear. He picked out his normal shoes that he was wearing before and I picked out my beige coloured high tops from Converse. I walked to the body mirror and looked at my outfit.
"You look great!" Niall said.
"Let's go!" I said, ignoring his compliment. I took a a small bag and placed my phone, credit card, key card, and lip gloss in it.
"After you, malady." He said in a posh accent, opening the door.
"Why, thank you kind sir." I said, giggling a bit, joining in him with his little joke. We went to the others and informed them that we were going shopping.
"Can I come?" Dani asked. Eleanor nudged her, signalling her to not go with us.
"No, Dani don't ruin Niall's date with Valerie!" Eleanor whispered but we could all hear her. I playfully rolled my eyes, grabbed Niall's hand, and walked outta there.
"So where do you wanna go?" Niall asked, as we entered the elevator.
"Well, I wanted some new shoes!" I said.
"Well, let's go to Vans or something!" He suggested as the elevator doors opened. I nodded and we both looked out he window. They were lots of fans outside.
"I'll talk to the front desk and ask if we can possibly go out the back door." He said, before leaving me.
"Wait!" I said, hurrying up to him.
"Sure." The guys said. He lead us to the back and we walked out the door. We quietly walked to the car, which was right in front of the hotel, and the fans were also right in front of the hotel so we tried to blend in. It worked.
We got on the car and all the fans heard Niall start the engine. They all turned around and saw Niall and I. Niall quickly got out of the parking area before any fans could get to us. We were driving and some of the fans were still following us. Wow! These fans are really committed!
We drove a little faster and arrived at Vans. Good thing no more fans were following us, but a few paparazzi saw us. Ugh! We walked in and we picked out shoes. Niall got plain black Vans and I picked up a Disney Vans one. He laughed at my choice.
"What?" I asked. He continued laughing. I picked out another pair of shoes. This time, it was galaxy looking. We payed for the shoes and as soon as we got out of the door, we were swarmed by fans and paparazzi. Ugh! Niall grabbed my hand and pulled my to the car.
"Those fans can be crazy sometimes." I said, buckling my self up on the front seat, beside Niall.
"Ya, I know right. One time, we were at sound check and a girl threw a bra at Harry!" Niall said, driving us somewhere.
"Hahaha. Really?" I asked.
"Yup." He said, popping the 'p'.
"So...where we off to?" I asked.
"Well, since it's 1:08 PM. We're gonna get some food." He explained.
"Well, how 'bout Chipotle?" I suggested. He nodded his head and started to drive to our destination.
