Harry's pov:
"Look" Robert pointed...
I looked strait ahead of me and I could not believe my eyes. There are palm trees and houses. But we were still so far off in the ocean the site was just barely noticeable.
"How long will it take till we get there?" Alan blurred out. "Um-mm" Robert stuttered. "It looks like we might not get there till dark, at this rate we'll be lucky enough to make it to land.
Especially how bad the boat is." Robert said. "Aww man! How are we going to make it" Alan cried out. "We'll be fine Alan if we stay calm, jeez don't make a big deal out of it or I'll push you off the side."
Robert's sass came out. "Okay guys, do we have paddles or something. I will just get us there myself." I said. "I'll help you" Robert said.
"Okay me too..." Alan pouted. We made some paddles with the polls from the sail and a few pieces of the broken boat.
We started rowing hoping that we would make it. I held on to my necklace praying that I would see the beautiful girl that stole my heart.
Violet's pov:
I woke up from the bright light of the sun covering my eyes. "Hey Albie," I pushed her arm. "Wake up."
Once when she started to move I stood up and started to walk upstairs to my room to get dressed. "Hey Vi wait" Albie came running after me. "Vi your eyes... they're so dark..."
"Wh- what do you mean." I said nervously. "look in the mirror." I walked over and Albie was right. Under my eyes were so dark. I looked like I was a zombie.
"OMG! I look horrible.." I yelled touching my face. "What happened last night." I said. "Well we did go to bed really late. Or really early in the morning." Albie chuckled. "Okay let me take a shower and maybe that will wake me up."
I walked towards the bathroom and turned the shower on. When I was done with everything and got dressed I ran downstairs to bring Albie with me outside.
"Hey Albie do-" Albie cut me off by grabbing my arm and dragging me outside to the ocean. "Are there any more letters?" She yelled. "I dunno, I don't see anything..." I said bowing my head in sadness.
"Harry would never wait this long to send me something... I just want to see his cute little name at the end of the note... I'm sorry Albie, I am just..-" "Don't be sorry Violet, I understand."
"I know you just want to hang out with me, I know you don't want to hear my sob story." I added. "Vi calm down, its really okay. If we ever see them in the future I can see that cute Alan guy.." Albie winked. "Yeah, but he would never come to see me."
"Sure he would." Albie said. "I don't want to make this all about me, okay. How about we go out to breakfast." I asked.
"Yeah sure." we walked down to the local café shop and ordered some strawberry croissants and tea. "MMM these croissants are so good!" Albie almost choked on her first bite. "I know."I said while laughing.
"I'll pay for break-" "No no no... I thought of the idea, so I pay." I cut Albie off. "Okay, but just this one time miss Young." Albie pointed at me. "Yeah yeah..."
I payed for breakfast and left a tip and we walked out the shop. "So where to next?" Albie asked. "well we can see a movie, or go shopping," the list goes on and on. "How about we just go swimming in the ocean.." Albie pointed to the water. "The most obvious thing on a beach."
She laughed. "Oh yeah and that." I laughed. "Cmon let's go" we ran back to my Aunts house and quickly got in our swim suits. Albie wore a pink spaghetti strap bikini with sparkles and I wore a purple ruffled bikini top "Do you think this one is too... revealing?" Albie asked looking in the mirror.
"HA! No, just look at all the other girls around here. They are practically almost naked! You will be fine." I said. "Woah Vi, you little Victoria secret beach model" She smirked.
"Oh what ever, I am DEF-inatly not a Victoria secret model." after we were done rambling on and on we put some sun screen on and walked outside. "I think i'm going to tan a little bit before I get in." Albie said. "Okay I think I'll join ya"
We laid down on our towels in the sand. I layed on my stomach and Albie layed on her back. "I just realized we go back to school next month..." Albie said. "WOW really. Well I can't believe that we are in the same classes" I playfully poked her stomach. "Yeah I'm super excited!" It was about half an hour and I decided to go in the water.
"Wanna join me?" I asked Albie. "Sure." we ran towards the water. "It's too cold." Albie squealed. "Oh cmon it's not that bad." We were having a good time when my brothers ran outside screaming. "Oh great" I said rolling my eyes.
"Hey Violet!!" I tried to ignore them by pushing them back into the water. "Hey what was that for.." Cane said. "You couldn't come in till later..." I said. "You have the whole ocean."Jack said waving his arms.
"I'm just going to tan again." I said. I laid back down on my towel and closed my eyes. "Violet are you okay?" Albie asked.
"Yeah I'm fine just annoyed with my brothers." "Okay you just never get that mad." Albie said. "Hey! Guys we're going out to get some ice cream, do u guys wanna come?"Mom yelled from the back door.
Albie and I both sprinted to the door. Even though we are both older teenagers we still get really excited about anything, even when it comes to food.
We both put dresses over our bathing suits and started walking out the door with my family. This time instead of driving we decided to walk to the shop since it is a lot closer to the house.
6:50 PM
We all finished our ice cream and walked back to Aunt Nan's house. "Hey Albie come with me upstairs in my room" we both ran upstairs and I closed the door. "Whats going on Vi?"Albie asked.
"Nothing I just wanted to get away from my family, I feel like I never talk to you..." I said clearly not telling her the real reason what I was feeling on the inside. "Wh- what are you talking about. We talk all the time" Albie laughed.
I didn't respond, I didn't want her to be annoyed with me complaining and continuing to talk about Harry and so I grabbed a deck of cards on the desk.
"You want to play war?" I asked. "Yeah sure!" We played for a while and after a good 30 min of war I was laughing really hard because I lost and I couldn't breath so I got up and opened the balcony windows.
"YAY! I WON!" I kept screaming. "Yeah yeah you just keep -" I cut her off when I saw a total complete mess on the side of the beach from the corner of my eye. "Hey look!"
I grabbed Albie's arm and I took her to the balconey. "Why are they here? And who are they?"Albie asked. "I don't know, but they are not aloud to be here. This is private property."
I climbed down the fence and Albie followed. "Hey! You guys can't be here!" I yelled. The three boys were yelling at each other and rambling stuff on the broken boat. "Hellooooo..." I said.
We got closer up to the boat. "Hey this is private property you can't be here." I repeated. "Hey okay miss we are-" the blonde one got cut off by the curly haired one.
"Excuse us miss," the curly one waiting. "Oh-um. Young."
"Oh miss Young. I apologize for this but our boat crashed and we will need some time to get the boat from outta the sand."
"Okay can you just give us some time please." The other one with dark hair said with sass. "FINE just don't let my Aunt see you!" I pointed to them.
Clearly I was annoyed so I grabbed Albie's arm. "Cmon Albie let's go!" We Started to walk up to the house. I looked back one more time and I noticed that the tall one with curly hair had something similar around his neck.
"ALBIE DO YOU SEE HIS NECKLACE!" I screamed in a whisper. "OMG! YES! IS THAT..." I looked at her and I sprinted from where I was. At this moment I didn't care if I was crazy. But crazy in love with this boy. "Hey!" I yelled.
"WAIT!" They got their boat out from the sand and started to sail away. "Wait! Don't leave yet!" I yelled. "Oh hey guys hold up." The curly one said. "Yes miss Young." 'omg! He is so polite! '
"Uh-um." I can feel my cheaks start to burn. "A-re y-ou...Harry?"
He looked me strait in the eyes and smirked. "V-iolet" I nodded and he took my hand and pulled me on the boat. I've never been this close to anyone that I had feelings for.
"Violet, I - there are no words to describe how happy I am to see you. For the first time!" I smiled. "I know Harry and I'm so happy to finally meet you. You look even better than I imagine." Harry laughed.
His smile was so beautiful, his laugh was deep and his teeth are so white. I could just watch him all day. "You are more beautiful than I imagine." Harry rubbed my cheek.
"Okay Harry are you going to introduce us to your friend?" I know it must have been Robert that said it by the tone of his voice."
"Oh yeah" Harry said while still looking deep in my eyes. "Boys this is Violet."
"Well I guessed that." Alan said. My cheeks filled with heat by his words.
I looked over to Albie and motioned her to come over. She was unsure but she ran. "Boys this is my best friend in the whole world, Albie."
Albie said hi and waved, she was really nervous but still cool. I smiled and stood by Harry and looked at Alan who was basically druling over to Albie. I laughed. "Uh so Albie my name is Alan." He shook her hand.
"Omg! You are Alan! Its so nice to meet you!" I could tell that everything was going to go perfect. "Harry does Robert have a girl?" I asked. "Oh yeah, he has a girl, but she is away for right now modeling in London." Harry replied. "Oh wow!" I said.
"Hey, how about we take the girls out for a night boat ride?" Alan said. "Okay, let's do it." At this moment I didn't care if I get into trouble. I just care about Harry. The sun was almost down and all you could see over the horizon was the beautiful mix of pink and orange and purple where the sun was.
"You know Harry I found your necklace and I wore it for the past few days." I said. Harry smiled.
"Oh, well I never said I wanted it back." Harry smiled as he put the necklace around my neck.
"This necklace is important to me and I feel like I can trust you to wear it." I couldn't help the smile over my lips. "Harry I- I feel honored to wear this." I looked into his beautiful crystal clear blue-ish green eyes. Wow, this boy is an angel from heaven.
"Violet I want you to know how grateful I truly am to see you, I've never met anyone that is as beautiful as you." His words almost made me want to cry with joy. "Harry I am so glad that we talked before or else we wouldn't be here."
"Me too."We both looked out the ocean and looked at the beautiful navy blue sky filled with stars and the light of the moon.
We all talked for a while when all I remember is falling asleep into Harry's arms, he layed me down on the ground of the boat and I could feel his warm body heat come close to me to keep me warm throughout the rather chilly night.
This was definitely the best night in my life. Especially being here with the one and only person that I truly love.
