Motorbikes ╲ Summary
Things are different. Gideon knew that when he left his house, things were different when he did find something he loved doing. Doing stunts in movies, meeting new people, doing fun things that made him the way he was.
Gideon then met Hailey. A sweet girl who loved designing clothes, she was somebody who was liked by everyone. Everyone wanted to be around her. Gideon especially. He found himself wanting to be around her more often than he should have. And he did, they both fell into the hole of young love, giving each other a chance.
Yet Gideon knew he couldn't answer all the questions she had for him. His family, his life, how was it all? He would push those questions, saying "oh, well, I don't know, things are a bit complicated" which Hailey understood. She didn't want to push Gideon, she loved him. So she stopped asking. He met her family, and at first they didn't seem to like him but slowly, they started to adore that man.
One day, Gideon had to go. He had a plan with Scotty and Lucy, to blackmail his father, to get some kind of money. He had to lie to Hailey, he wouldn't want that, God wouldn't have wanted it but he did. Hailey understood and bit her farewells, hoping that Gideon would be okay back in South Carolina with his stunt job opportunities, leaving her alone.
Soon after, his plan of blackmailing didn't go as planned, Scotty and Lucy getting injuries, with Lucy saying she had enough and left, and the threats of Scotty who told Gideon that he needed the money. Gideon had to go back home, so he took Hailey with her, to make it seem like he was coming home with news that he was a man, somebody who found a path.
Things were different, and things went way out of hand...
