A few weeks later after all of the drama that was happening with my father that he refused to tell me about .
I just knew because it seems like everybody was breathing a little easier
Right now I was over Brandons house sitting on the couch waiting on him to bring us some snacks.
Our project was due Friday so we didn't have time to waste.
A few minutes later Brandon walked in with some chips and sandwiches.
I looked him over.
He had let his hair grow out only getting the sides cut and it lined up.
He wore basketball shorts ,a tank top that hung effortlessly off his toned body and some Nike elite socks.
"You do know that starring is rude don't you" Brandon said sitting next to me.
"Don't flatter yourself brainless " I said causing us both to laugh.
"Let's put the finishing touches on this project im starting to think your procrastinating because you like spending time with me "he said licking his lips
I rolled my eyes but I'd be lying if I said it wasn't true.
Before I could respond a man in his late thirties who looked identical to Brandon walked in.
Brandon seemed annoyed by his presence immediately .
"Hey son whos this beautiful woman you have here "he asked looking me over.
"She's a friend from school " he said dryly
"Well im sure your friend from school can talk for herself "he said looking at me again
"What's your name beautiful "he asked me as Brandon flexed his jaw.
"Laylani "I answered
"Laylani no that doesn't sound too familiar but I know your face whats your last name "he asked squinting his eyes
I guess he was trying to place my face
"Wright "I said and you would've thought I gave him a million dollars the way his face lit up
I shifted awkwardly
"Alright dad are you done you making her uncomfortable "he said sensing my vibe
He chuckled ignoring what he said
" Im going over to a friends to discuss business then im heading to a store you kids want anything "he asked eyeing me again
"No were fine "Brandon answered
"He ain't been to fond of me since his mama died "he briefly explained before chuckling
I found it weird and the tension in the room was building
"Wheres the restroom " I said loud enough for Brandon to hear
"Last door on the Right "he said as I stood up.
He dad took more time to examine me
"You picked a winner there boy "he said patting Brandons back
I have never seen Brandon so serious in my life.
He dad laughed it off once again and left out the door as I went in the back to handle my business
A few hours later and the vibe was back to normal we had just finished our project and was cuddled up watching movies.
When there was a knock on the door .
I was hoping it wasn't his father because something about him made me uneasy.
Brandon pulled me closer ignoring the person at the door
"Boy get up "I laughed
"I have to use the little girls room anyway I don't know why I let you talk me into a pop drinking contest "I laughed
He laughed too as he went to the door opening it
I walked into the bathroom and once inside I seen I had a text from Khadiyah asking me where i was and a text from Dion asking me to go out with him tonight.
I texted Khadiyah back saying I was at Brandons and I would be over when I leave and I told Dion I would have to see.
I know I needed to leave him alone since I felt me and Brandon were getting pretty serious .So that's what ill do tell him tonight that I could no longer see him unless we wanted to be friends.
After finish my texts and handling my business I walked out of the bathroom pausing hearing Brandons voice .
"So what y'all want I got my girl here so y'all gone have to go "Brandon told them.
I smiled he called me his girl even though earlier I was a friend from school.
"Who that lil thick thang with the long hair "a boy said knowingly
"Nigga pay me my money I know yo cake ass was gone fall in love nigga the bet was to fuck her and forget her you.... "another boy started but Brandon cut him off.
"Bro shut that shit up before she hear you "Brandon said angrily
"Too late "I said appearing from around the corner with tears in my eyes.I looked at the dumb expressions on him and his friends faces I felt disgusted
"Lay it's not like that I promise it was at first but I feel for you. I was gone call the bet off and everything "he said walking up to me
"Fuck you Brandon "I said bumping him on my way out.
I was almost to my car when I heard him yell
'ALL Y'ALL NIGGAS GET THE FUCK OUT "
Keyanna POV
I laid on the bed as Xavier hovered over me kissing me from head to toe.
He went to kiss my outer thighs as I arched my back letting him know what I really wanted.
He pulled me closer to his mouth licking me slowly .
I closed my eyes tight as his tongued played with me like only he could .
He sped up sending my body into over drive.
I started to shake and came all over his face watching him lick up every drop
When he finished he flipped me over and entered me from the back I gasped as he filled me up .
I arched my back and he started pounding into me fast then slow slow then fast he was sending me over the edge.
I matched his strokes and we went at it together in pure ecstasy.
He flipped me over again laying me back on my back entering me again.
"You know I love you Right "he said pounding harder
"Yes baby huuhh I know "I moaned
He leaned down and kissed me deeply while still going in and out.
"Im coming "I said
"Me too "he said and I felt him trobbing inside of me before we both came together.
I laid there sweaty and tired until Xavier picked me up and placed me in the tub sitting behind me as he washed me gently and rubbing my back.
I laid back into his chest as he continued to message me
"From this day on im going to be an even better man than I was yesterday and twice as good as I was the day before. No secrets, no street life and damn sure no cheating. You could've left me on multiple occasions but you didn't and for that I love you and I will continue to show you "he said to me
I turned around kissing him with everything I had.
I felt his man poking me in my leg as I giggled pulling away
I love this man I thought to myself as we went at it again in the bath tub.
Laylani POV
After leaving Brandons house I went straight over to Khadiyahs.
I pulled into her driveway and she met me at the door
"What's wrong why are you crying "she asked as I felt my face I didn't even realize I was crying
She let me in as I led the way to her room plopping on her bed pulling my hair into a ponytail
She walked in moments later and sat by my side.
We sat like that for awhile before I decided to speak.
"You know I was over Brandon house Right "I said as she shook her head yes
"Well I hard went to the restroom and when I came out his friends were in the living room and they were talking about..... about.... how I was a bet "I said crying again
Khadiyah looked pissed but rubbed my back to comfort me
"They said he was suppose to "fuck and forget me "and you know what really hurts I think I love him "I sobbed
I felt used, betrayed, stupid I don't know why I let my self fall for him.
For the rest of the night Khadiyah comforted me and told me that Brandon was a fool to play games with my heart.
Right before I was about to fall asleep I got a text from Dion
I guess you won't be hanging with me tonight huh lol im just playing but I hope I see you soon goodnight bae .
I smiled
And replied
You can see me tonight and bring you something to sleep in
I hit send
I forgot who I was for a minute I wiped all my tears away.
I was something before brandon and ill be something after him.
"Aye Khadiyah call up your boo we bouta have some fun tonight "I said nudging her.
She hoped up
"That's what im talking about don't let no nigga keep you down "she said going towards her closet pulling both of us out revealing dresses
Oh yeah we bouta have fun tonight.
