"I BELIEVE THAT WE WILL WIN! I BELIEVE THAT WE WILL WIN! I BELIEVE THAT WE WILL WIN!" We pulled up to the stadium and saw all the fans outside.
"Let's get that star ladies!" Jill said.
I put my headphones out and grabbed my bag, exited the bus just before Hope and Carli.
"Y/N!" Fans started screaming. I waved to them and stopped sign some jerseys before I had to leave.
"USA! USA!" The continued to chant.
I put shorts on and started to put my cleats on.
"Got your shinguards?" Whitney asked.
"Yes mom." I said tying my cleats.
Everyone laughed. I put my warm up shirt on and my headphones. We walked out onto the field and started to stretch.
Tobin and Amy held hands and jumped on the pitch together. I closed my eyes and put my headphones down and walked to the field and stepped on and took off running. "Let's go!" Ali yelled running by me. I caught up to Tobin.
"Last new kids jump." She said.
"It wasn't a new kids just, cause it wasn't all new kids." I said running away.
After warm ups we went back to the locker room.
"Y/N any words of wisdom?" Jill asked.
I smirked. "Yes." I stood up. "Don't fuck it up." I said looking at the team.
"BOO!" Kling threw a sock at me.
"No seriously. We've had a great tournament. We've won all our games. So let's win this one." I looked at Christie who was in the locker room. Abby and Lauren were next to her.
"Guys!" Sydney came into the room on her crutches. "I made it!" She said out of breath.
"Sit your Canadian ass down I'm talking." I said walking over to her.
"Let's do it for Syd." I said looking down at her. "Win this whole thing for this one right here." I smiled.
"And for you." Kelley said. "For you and Syd. Our fighters."
We hudled together.
No One's POV:
Everyone watched as the US team and the German team walked out of the tunnel and onto the field. Germany led by their captain and the US led by theirs.
The anthems played and the pro American crowd sang their hearts out.
"Captains." The ref said. You walked over to the ref for the coin toss. Then ran to your team.
"We're shooting in this direction." You said pointed towards the goal in the sun. "Just like last time."
"Let's bring it home!" Kling screamed.
