We all go back to the defence lobby my heart pounding as I was nearly convicted of a crime I didn't do...I know I don't kill him although I couldn't remember a thing.
"I-I am sorry Miss Summers..." I look besides me and I find Miss Drew looking at me with a sorry look on her face.
"N-no don't worry! It's ok I'm fine I know it must be a hard case considering I can't remember what happened....But don't give up until it's over right!?" I say excitement in my voice. As I remember what a very close friend of mine would always say.
"Ah.....She says that a lot as well." I hear Mr Morix mumble to himself indeed I know who he was talking about after all he was her boss and the reason I came to the U.S. was to see her.
"Right! I promise Miss Summers I will do all in my power to get you a not guilty!" Miss Drew says
"Haha thank you very much!" I smile back at her. I guess the real trial starts here. I know a lot about trials because of a few friends of mine and there mum and dad being a big part in the court house.
"DEFENCE AND ACCUSED THE TRIAL IS ABOUT TO BEGIN PLEASE MAKE YOUR WAY BACK TO THE COURT ROOM!" The bailiff shouts and hopefully for the last time today.

"Court is now back in session for the trial of Miss Summers." Every time he says my name I feel a chill go down my spine.
"We will have Miss Rose testily about what she saw." Miss Bloom calls out.
A young girl who was about 24? I would guess walks up to the stand she has short purple hair and green eyes. She has a hat on that has lots and lots of different flowers on and a cream office jacket and skirt with a black blouse underneath. She has had on black heels with cream bows on.
"Name and occupation Miss." The Judge asks.
"Flower Rose I'm a florist." She looks pretty grim for someone called Flower.
"Miss Rose please tell us about what you saw." Miss Bloom asks of the witnesses she doesn't get a response just a role of the eyes. RUDE!
-Cross Examination-
~Flower Rose - What I saw~
"It was about 10:30pm and I was walking home when I passed the garden of the court house."
"I herd some people talking rather loudly so I found a hole in the fence and looked in."
"I saw some people one holding a gun."
"Then one fell down and then another."
"Thank you Miss Rose see Miss Summers is obviously the killer!" Miss Bloom shouts a hint of a smile on her face.
"Well wait until after the the cross examination and we will find out." Miss Drew defends me. But it is a Prosecutor's job to find the defendant guilty so I don't have a grudge against Miss Bloom for accusing me.
-Cross Examination-
"It was about 10:30pm and I was walking home when I passed the garden of the court house."
"HOLD IT!! Why were you walking past the court house?" Miss Drew asks wow she has a loud voice like someone I know.
"I was walking back from work if you must know some times I have to stay late to get my work done you know." Miss Rose says looking bored.
"R-right please continue." Miss Drew backs off. Miss Rose is VERY RUDE!
"I herd some people talking rather loudly so I found a hole in the fence and looked in."
"HOLD IT!! What do you mean by loudly?" Miss Drew questions she's epic!!
"Well they were particularly shouting
my poor ears and if the thunder wasn't enough!" Miss Rose says taking off her hat and holding it in her arms.
"I saw some people one holding a gun."
"HOLD IT!! Wait by some how many do you mean?" Says Miss Drew
"Well...hehe I'm not going to tell you I'll leave it up to your imagination!" She says smiling.
*slam*
"WHAT?! I-I demand you tell the court!" Miss Drew says slamming her hands on the desk.
"Your honour! Miss Defence Lady is being mean!" Miss Rose says acting all innocent.
"Miss Drew stop being mean to the witness." The Judge says sternly HOW DARE SHE MISS DREW IS'NT BEING MEAN!
"....Sorry your honour. But I would like to know how--!" Miss Drew try's to speak but is cut off.
"HOLD IT!! Isn't it obvious?" Miss Bloom shouts well I guess she means me and Mr Dub...
"Pfft can I carry on?! I've got places to be people to meet!" Miss Rose says angrier on her face.
"Yes you may witness." The Judge says.
"Then one fell down and then another."
"HOLD IT!! Can you explain Miss Rose?" Miss Drew asks taping her finger on the desk it must be what she does when she's thinking.
"It's as I said! There were two people then another came along then there was a crash one fell then a bang another fell and the other ran away!" Miss Rose shouts....Wait what?!
"OBJECTION!! Wait witness hold it right there what about this extra person! And about this crash!?" Miss Drew says and the hole court room is stunned wait...There were three people?!
*slam*
"W-w-wait what is this madness?! WITNESS EXPLAIN!!" Miss Bloom slams her hands on the desk.
"W-what?! I just said! There where two people one woman one man and one of them had a gun. They where shouting something to do with a Sprit King?! Or something then the man with the gun pointed the gun at the woman which is a disgrace! But before he could shout another man came along screaming my poor ears... And then crash! A lightning strike hit a tree! I was terrified! A branch or something fell and the woman dropped to the ground. And the man with the gun said something like "I wanted to kill her" and was about to run when the man who came running said he had to arrest the man with the gun! But then...boom.....he shot the man who came running...his life was lost. I couldn't stay any longer and I ran away." Miss Rose explained
"...Then the man who had the gun must have put the gun by the woman who must have been Miss Summers to frame her for the crime...So the killer... Must have run away." Miss Drew finished off I guess there is a run away killer out there....like that other case.
The court room goes silent. I-I guess I'm NOT GUILTY! "W-what....I-I lost! W-where is the killer!? Where is he?!" Miss Bloom speaks up after a long silence.
"That we don't know Polly. But one thing we do know is that Miss Summers isn't guilty. Your verdict if you will!" Mr Morix calls out.
"Very well...I find Miss Elina Summers:
Not Guilty!" The confetti comes down on the court room showing the end of the trial!

"Thank you thank you thank you thank yoooooou!!!!" I yell once we get back into the defence lobby.
"N-no problem Miss Summers" Mr Morix says acting as cool as ever.
"Congrats Miss Summers!" Miss Drew smiles at me! Wow she smiled!
"Oh right I got a present for you! You see....I like taking photo's and I am a photographer! And in the trial you both pulled some amazing exasperations so...Ta da!" I pull out two pictures one of Mr Morix and one of Miss Drew.
"Hahaha you look great Sharon!" Mr Morix says.
"Yes Miss Drew's face of shock is amazing!" I smile back.
"Ahaha thank you." Miss Drew blushes a little but I wasn't quite sure.
"Hahahaha" and the room filled with the sound of happy laughter.......Which was to be soon turn into cries of pain and an evil cackling....Not that I knew it at the time but I would become a big part of all this....All at Morix and co law offices would.....A big part of the Sprit King.
-Later on...
I was happily skipping out of the court house after saying my fair wells to Miss Drew and Mr Morix. When...."ugh...m-my head...."
My head started to hurt why...Well I had just remembered what had happened the night of the murder...Who is this Sprit King and why was I a big part of it all?
I continued to walk out the court house when I saw a person I remember going down the hall............Roberto?

A man walks into the room dressed in all black apart from something on his head. ".....Miss Bloom?"
Miss Bloom looked behind her. "Yes what do you want?"
The man replied. "We have a slight problem."
"......What is it Shield?"
Turnabout Thunder: Case closed
