After the strange situation between Niall and I at the dinner party, I awkwardly decided to take a taxi back home.

Harry, obviously was too busy flirting to actually leave so I just let him stay along with my aunt and uncle, whom called me about twenty times just to make sure that their niece arrived home safely.

Now, though, it had been the next day and I was currently sat in the classroom beside Liam. The professor hadn't been here today, so students in the classroom were technically free to talk for the sole reason that nobody had listened to the substitue, sadly. And I was honestly even surprised that Liam wasn't listening either.

"So," Liam smiles, leaning his scruffy chin on the palm of his hand, "Have you got any plans today?"

I returned a smile at him. Liam was too good for me, and I knew it. He was sweet, caring, and right now he was wondering about my future plans for today. I could only hope that the reason was because he wanted to spend more time with me as a person. Although, I wasn't who and what he thought I was.

"Nope," I replied. "I don't. Do you?"

Liam shook his head, and scratched at the side of his face. He nervously smiled at me. "I was...wondering if you'd consider going on a second date with me? I really like you, Mona, and if you'd let me, I want the opportunity to spend more time with you."

The insides of me were nearly squealing as I witnessed Liam confessing this to me. I felt like a school girl, once more. And indeed, I was lucky for someone like Liam to take some sort of interest in me.

"Of course!" I cried in excitement. "I was hoping you would ask again! I like spending time with you, too, Liam."

He smiled, a look of relief rinsing his flushed face. I had no idea why Liam was nervous about asking me, when I didn't even deserve him in the first place. It was like a King asking a peasant to marry him - things like that hardly ever happened.

"Great!" He smiled, "Can I pick you up a bit earlier today? I reckon i'd want to sleep good for a test that I have tommorrow."

"What time?" I asked. Any time at all, was fine with me. As long as I had gotten to spend my time with Liam because it was all that honestly mattered.

"How does six sound?" He concentrated his rounded brown eyes on my own. They were so soft and friendly like always. He never failed to reel me in.

"It sounds perfect," I nodded, secretly screaming inside. Liam and I were going on another date.

What were we at this point? Romantically interested in each other? I'd be absolutely lucky if I were anything close to becoming his girlfriend. That title itself was making me die inside.

Rude Waiter, Niall, would definitely tease me about the simplicity of the title "boyfriend" that I was soon hoping to call my crush. Niall would more than likely make snide remarks about how I was cheating, and how Liam was a goody-goody, and much other false assumptions that he's labeled onto Liam and I's relationship. In a way it was annoying that Niall was so quick to judge. I wanted to slap the smug smirk off of his face every time he would make comments and I'd get upset.

But it was completely stupid of me to be even thinking of the rude boy who I was more than likely never going to see him again. After all, I had Liam - he was all I needed to care about.

"Mona?" Liam waved a hand over my face, a look of concern etched onto his perfectly manly features.

"Yes?" I sputtered, embarrassed.

Liam chuckled a little, the corners of his eyes crinkling at the sides. "I was just telling you that class is over now."

"Oh! I'm sorry," I shook my head from annoyance at how fast my mind blanks out.

"Don't apologize, babe," Liam sweetly said and stood to his feet. I stood with him, swinging my small book bag over one of my shoulders. "I'll see you in a bit, then?"

I nodded, "Yes, you will. I can't wait." My mind was honestly still onto the simple fact that he had called me babe, yet again.

Liam swiftly pulled me close, his arms wrapping around me into a warm hug. I wanted to melt here and possibly even die in his muscular arms. Before I could mentally sigh, he pulled away and smiled at me and I returned the smile, reassuring him that it was alright.

Nodding, Liam sent me a small wave and made his way out of the classroom, leaving me in a gaze.

"I hope you don't mind that we're going to the same restaurant," Liam says as I buckle my seatbelt against myself.

What? Why? I thought to myself.

It was bound to happen the Rude Waiter Niall would be there to ruin the mood. He would probably spit in my food, or torture me in another stomach-wrenching way. I didn't want to go back to this restaurant, but I did not want Liam to know that.

"I don't mind at all," I lie, earning a relieved sigh from my date.

Liam nervously smiles, "That's definitely good to hear. I know that last time you didn't quite fully enjoy it because of Niall, but I don't think he'll be there today. Hopefully, it'll all be good."

I smiled to myself because of the mere fact that Liam had noticed my uncomfortableness with the whole Niall situation. But at the same time, Liam had addressed him by his name instead of calling him a simple waiter. Did the two know each other, or was Liam just familiar with Niall enough to call him by his name?

In addition to the cause of my smile, by Liam's words, Niall wasn't going to be there today. I had nothing to worry about.

"Thank you, Liam," I told him.

He smiled while looking onto the road and making a turn into the restaurant parking lot. "Ah, no need to thank me. I should be thanking you."

"For what?"

We were parked now. Liam took the keys out of the ignition for the reason that today we were not inside of a luxurious limo, and stepped out of his side of the car. He quickly jogged to my side and opened the door for me before I could do it myself.

I stepped out, my silver heels clicking against the gravel of the lot. Liam intertwined my hand with his, and smiled up at me.

"For looking drop dead gorgeous ever since the day I met you, Mona."

My heart melted at his words. And as he brought my hand up to his lips, giving the back of my palm a gentle and soft kiss, my heart fluttered ferociously. Liam was the perfect example of a fairytale prince.

I looked down to what I was wearing just to make sure that I looked like I could possibly be a princess. My fitted dress was black today, and flowed just an inch above my knees. The straps were thin, but not exactly too thin. Even though I may not have looked like a princess, I somehow managed to know that my crush would make me feel as if I were in a Disney movie regardless.

"Now let's get inside, so you can be the most beautiful girl in there," he led me up to the double doors of the expensive restaurant.

I couldn't even begin to explain how my heart felt at this time. Liam was definitely everything any girl ever dreamed of.

After we found our seats, we were almost instantly greeted by Louis. He flipped over his notepad, and forced a grin at the two of us. His turquoise eyes held sleepiness, and his lips pursed together.

"Hello, i'm Louis and i'll be your waiter today. Are you two ready to order?" He asked, forceful prep in the tone of his voice. I had a feeling that he hadn't recognized us.

"Hey, Louis," Liam nearly sang.

Louis squinted his eyes as if trying to remember exactly who Liam was, and within a few seconds his smile grew wide. "Hey, pal! You come here quite often, don't you? How've you been?"

Liam shook his head, "I'm good. Wow, i'm still quite shocked you didn't recognize me at first! Or the last time I came, either." He seemed a little disappointed, but he was still smiling.

Louis patted his back, "Sorry, bud. I'm just very busy with this job and sometimes I forget. I'll remember next time, I swear."

Awkwardly watching the two boys talk, I fiddled with the dark curls in my hair. If Louis barely had remembered Liam, who claimed to come to the expensive five star restaurant very often, he surely wouldn't remember who I was either.

"You're the girl who Niall was a bit impudent too, am I right?" Louis suddenly asked me, spinning a pen in his hands.

I nearly jumped from excitement that in fact, I was memorizable in some form. "Yes, I am."

Louis smiled, "Alright, well I can promise you that he will not be that way with you again."

I wanted to ask what had happened to Niall, but Louis laughed and insisted on taking our orders once more. He informed us, in the nicest way, that he had other tables to take orders from, and we quickly told him what we were hungry for.

However, as Louis was scribbling down what we wanted, the sound of a loud crash distracted me.

When my head turned to the direction of the abrupt sound that disrupted the entire restaurant full of snobby rich people, I couldn't believe what I had seen.

There Niall was, a tray of food dumped onto him as he had fallen onto the red carpeted flooring. I knew he had been cursing underneath his breath because I could make out the faint words. He didn't seem to care at all that he had taken the attention of almost fifty pairs of eyes, either. Instead of caring, he simply stood to his feet - tuxedo stained with red - and dusted off the remaining pasta that stuck onto his clothing.

But when eventually his eyes trailed across the room and landed on mine, they slightly widened in shock and embarrassment. I could see how red his cheeks were getting, and immediately he stomped off into the kitchen with the doors wildly swinging behind him.

When I turned around once more to see that Louis and Liam were just as shocked as i was, I let out a small cough.

Liam furrowed his eyebrows and quietly asked, "I thought Niall wasn't working today?"

Louis shook his head, "I'm sorry. Damn it, i'll be right back. Hopefully."

And just like that, Louis ran off to the kitchen where Niall had previously stormed off to.
