Kai tore off another piece of pizza with his teeth as he watched television, starting to chew on it as a few crumbs toppled onto the couch cushion. Today was his day off from work, which would explain why he was still dressed in the clothes he had slept in the night before and why he had done nothing but sit for the past three hours.
"Hyung, I'm back," Sehun announced as he opened the door that he just unlocked. Kai barely spared him a glance and small wave, not wanting to miss a second of the show he was currently watching. "What? Now you're too lazy to even say a proper greeting?" he said once he noticed Kai sitting on the couch, setting his keys on the counter and hanging his coat over the chair. There was no response from the elder for a moment, as he was too wrapped up in the show to hear him.
"Huh? Did you say something to me?" Kai asked, finally turning around and looking at Sehun when a commercial came on.
"No, I didn't," Sehun said, not in the mood to repeat himself.
"Oh, okay," Kai said with a small shrug, turning back around before standing on his feet and bringing his dirty paper plate over to the trash can to throw it out. "Where's your girlfriend?" he asked with the faintest of smirks on his lips, earning himself a glare from Sehun.
"He's right here," Luhan replied for Sehun right as he was about to tell Kai off. Kai snickered as he watched Luhan take his shoes off by the door and walk over to join them in the apartment's small and quaint kitchen. "How much longer are you going to tease me about that?"
"Um...until gay marriage is legal in Korea," Kai said, making Sehun roll his eyes and Luhan shake his head.
"Don't listen to him," Sehun said. "He's just jealous because I can have a relationship that lasts longer than an hour."
"Oh, that one hurt," Kai said, sarcastically clutching his heart. "I'm serious, that hit me right in the feels." Sehun rolled his eyes, silently commending himself despite Kai's sarcasm. "I told you before, dude, you can make as many hooker jokes and insults about me that you want, but I'm never going to care because I enjoy what and who I do."
"Oh, please," Sehun said. "How can you say that when you literally have sex with random people for a living?"
"Well, for one thing, it's easy," Kai said. "All I have to do is fuck people until they are sexually satisfied and then I get paid more than you do in an entire month. Secondly, it's nearly impossible to get emotionally attached, which means that I don't have to go through all that romance and commitment shit that having a stable relationship requires. And thirdly, it's one of the few jobs out there that doesn't require a high school diploma." Sehun and Luhan just looked at each other, neither of them impressed by Kai's explanation. "Speaking of that," Kai started to add, looking at the new text message on his phone, "I have to go to work."
"I thought you had a day off today?" Sehun asked, his words suggesting that he actually cared.
"You can never truly have a day off when you work in my field," Kai said, grabbing a coat off the hanger. "Gotta keep the boys happy."
Sehun rolled his eyes again. "When do you think you'll be back?" he asked.
"I don't know." Kai shrugged. "Maybe in an hour or two. Or maybe tomorrow morning. We'll see where the river takes me. Later, lovebirds." Sehun let out a heavy sigh after the front door shut with a loud slam, dragging his hands down his face.
"He needs to be stopped," he said, his eyes and words directed at Luhan.
"Agreed," Luhan replied, nodding his head slowly. "Did he even take a shower?"
"I don't even know," Sehun said as he threw his arms in their a little, earning a disgusted face from Luhan. "I can't with him anymore."

The new client was supposed to arrive at the hotel exactly at seven o'clock, but Kai got there about an hour early, so he decided to use that time to take a shower and clean up before he met this guy. Kai had about five or six men that he classified as his usual clientele, those men being the ones he slept with most of the time. He had not experienced the thrill of meeting someone new in quite a long time, so he was actually excited for this one.
A minute before the clock was due to read seven, Kai heard the clicking of the door, prompting him to stand up and start to walk toward it. His curious eyes began to roam once he heard the door shut, his body tingling a little in excitement. Shoes clicked on the floor of the short entry way and their owner was soon revealed, catching Kai completely off guard by his appearance.
Along with his shorter stature, the man had a face that resembled that off a middle school student with big, brown eyes and plump lips that almost formed a perfect heart. Kai didn't admit it aloud, but this stranger was definitely one of the most beautiful people he had ever encountered in his whole life. It was too bad that they would probably never speak again after tonight.
"You must be Kai," he said in an unexpectedly low voice, smiling a smile that made Kai's heart almost stop beating.
"That's me," Kai replied, not able to say much else. All he could keep thinking was how naturally gorgeous this person was.
"Kyungsoo," he said, walking over to him and shaking his hand briefly. "Sorry if I kept you waiting," he added as he headed into the room that was home to the king bed.
"No, you didn't," Kai said as he followed a few feet behind him, shaking his head.
"I am fortunate enough to work at a company full of incompetent morons who like to cause delays," Kyungsoo explained as he took his black coat off and laid it on a chair. Kai couldn't help but stifle out a small chuckle at Kyungsoo's choice of words, making Kyungsoo smile although the younger male couldn't see it. "Pardon me if this comes off as too straightforward, but you're a lot more handsome than I pictured in my head," Kyungsoo commented, his eyes briefly scanning up and down Kai's clothed figure. Kai unconsciously looked down at himself and smiled faintly at the compliment.
"Well, you're a lot different than I pictured, too," he said, starting to feel more comfortable with Kyungsoo's presence, which was odd for him seeing as how they just formally met a minute ago.
"Oh, really?" Kyungsoo said as he sat in the chair to take his shoes off. "How so?"
"I don't know," Kai started. "You just look a lot more...innocent, pure maybe." Kyungsoo laughed as he took his second shoe and sock off, sliding them under the chair next to his other ones before getting back on his now bare feet.
"You know what they say," he said with a light sigh. "It's always the ones that appear innocent that you have to be aware of the most." Kai wasn't quite sure of what that meant, but he didn't say anything more about it. "So, I'm sure you already know how this works," Kyungsoo started as he took a temporary seat on the bed.
"Yeah." Kai nodded before walking closer. "I think I have a general idea."
"But before we start, is there anything you will absolutely not do?" Kyungsoo asked out of concern for Kai's well-being. That surprised Kai; no one had ever asked him that before because they just assumed that since he was pathetic enough to be a hooker he must be up for anything.
"Like what?" Kai asked, not really sure of how to answer.
"You know, like any moves or positions that you aren't comfortable doing?" Kyungsoo said, being more specific this time. "I just thought I'd take the courtesy to ask since a lot of guys probably step past your boundaries."
"I don't know," Kai replied with a shrug. "I mean, I do have my comfort zone, but I guess I'm willing to try anything you want. After all, I am here for your pleasure and not mine."
"True, but the things that bring me pleasure are what some consider taboo," Kyungsoo said, his ambiguous words bringing a baffled look to Kai's face. "And I know that not all people are into it so, I just wanted to make sure it was okay with you. If not, we can do things your way. I won't mind."
"No, I'll be okay," Kai said, shaking his head perhaps a bit too frantically.
"Are you sure about that?" Kyungsoo questioned with raised eyebrows.
"Yes," Kai said, trying to appear less fidgety. "You are in complete control." Those words made a pleased smirk take over Kyungsoo's lips.
"Okay then," he said. "In order to do anything, you're going to have to get rid of those clothes." There was a sudden lustful tone in his voice that somehow managed to make Kai's member twitch from inside his boxers. Without even questioning him in any way, Kai started to rid himself of clothes, starting with his shirt and not stopping until he was completely exposed. "Huh," Kyungsoo said, the smirk slowly starting to fade as his eyes examined the younger's manhood. "You are definitely not what I expected at all." "There, there," Kyungsoo said in a comforting tone of voice, using his free hand to gently stroke the back of Kai's head. "No need to jump like that. It might hurt now, but I promise I'll make you feel good later." Something about the way the words rolled seamlessly off of Kyungsoo's tongue made Kai even harder and even more thirsty for him.

Kai gave the elder a small and faint smile, clicking off his seat belt in the process. "I guess I should pay you now," Kyungsoo said, snapping out of the small trance he was in. "Is a check okay? I forgot all about stopping to get cash."
"Yeah, a check is fine," Kai said, a hint of disappointment in his voice. He knew once the money was out, it was officially the end; he was never going to see Kyungsoo again. Kyungsoo finished writing it out and filling in all the necessary blanks and carefully ripped the check out of the book, handing it off to Kai afterward. "Thank you," Kai said with a weak smile, briefly glancing at the piece of paper before folding it and shoving it in his back jean pocket.
"No, thank you," Kyungsoo said, the smile on his face only managing to put an even bigger damper on Kai's mood. He gave him one last in return and then exited the car, peeking his head in the still opened door to say goodbye.
"Bye," Kai said.
"Bye," Kyungsoo replied. Then, Kai shut the door and walked inside, glancing back at Kyungsoo a couple times before disappearing inside. Kyungsoo chuckled and smiled to himself as he pulled the car back into drive, knowing that this was definitely not that last time he would see Kai. Looking into the mirror closest to him and over his shoulder, Kyungsoo checked for any incoming traffic and pulled out onto the road once it was clear, taking off down it right alongside the other cars.
"You're back," Sehun said as Kai walked in, an invisible rain cloud hanging over his head. "I thought you said that you wouldn't be back until tomorrow morning."
"No, I said that I'd see where the river took me and it took me back here," Kai said, correcting Sehun as he shed himself of his coat, hanging it back up.
Sehun furrowed his eyebrows. "What's your problem?" he asked. "Did something bad happen while you were out?"
"I'd rather not talk about it," Kai said with a heavy sigh as he plopped on the couch. Sehun, deciding it was best not to bug him anymore, shrugged it off and continued preparing dinner for them. Kai lifted his butt off the couch a bit to pull the check out of his pocket, examining it with gloomy eyes. He just happened to flip it over and knitted his eyebrows when he saw a small sticky note attached to the back, tearing it off so that he could read the words more clearly.

"The innocent ones?" Kai mumbled to himself, his eyebrows furrowed even more know. That's when a smile slowly began to creep its way onto his lips, realizing exactly what that meant. It meant that there was definitely going to be a next time.
