''WHAT?!'' I yell, storming out of the tent over to Teagan, absolutely slapping her across the face. This fucking stupid bitch. I can't believe I actually believed her.
''Calm down! She isn't worth your time!'' Tisha wrapped her hand around mine, pushing me away before I could break her face more. Glisten was eyeing me the entire time and as we locked eyes, I felt guilty. I let Teagan control me again, and this time I made the wrong choice. It was so obvious too. Glisten was gone for like a day, and if he wouldve been safe, he wouldve found us earlier! Not exhausted from the entire trip here! I am not even sure where he came from in the first place! All I know he was trapped by Teagan, and got out probably, cause the furniture blocking the door burned down.
''right.. uhm. It still doesn't make Teagans actions right!'' I straighten my suit and cross my arms, staring at Teagan with a stern look on my face. She rolls her eyes and grins.
''You knew what you were doing. Nobody fucking wants you here! The only reason I let you out, was because no one else did, and I think no one deserves to die because of a small mistake they did, and I thought you wouldve learned from your mistakes by now, but its clear I was wrong. So maybe go actually kill yourself before I make Dandy do it my FUCKING SELF!'' I lashed out on her, her eyes widening and she backs up a bit, running away from the scene.
I catch my breath and turn to Glisten, who was drinking water from a bottle that Tisha handed him. He didn't look at me. He was just staring at the ground, his mind blank. I scoffed and headed to my tent, closing the door and just hiding in my bed, having a small panic attack, processing everything that just happened.
After a few minutes of absolute terror and horror, Glisten enters the tent I was in. I don't meet his eyes but he sits down next to me, refusing to look at me too. It's kind of just two lovers awkwardly sitting next to each other.
''So.. that happened.'' I start. Glisten was very hesitant at talking first but he nodded, chuckling a little bit.
''Yeah.. I almost couldve died too. Glad you cared enough to not come looking for me.''
''Yeah well that was my problem, and I'm sorry.'' I place my hand onto his hand, holding it gently. He looks at it and then to me, rolling his eyes a little bit before just kissing my cheek.
''I know you got manipulated by Teagan. But. Just don't let it happen again. You kinda made me lose a whole lot of feelings I had for you before. I mean, you're willing to choose your abusive ex wifes words over your own gut?'' he says, not meeting my gaze again.
''Yeah well.. That's something I don't have a say in. I don't know what made me not believe it. I think just the pure 'yeah hes fine!' from Cosmo and Sprout too.'' I try blurting out, Glisten getting more annoyed.
''Yeah well you know the beef I have with them. They are still mad at me tripping Sprout that one time.'' he crossed his arms and I chuckled a little bit.
''Your childish for still being mad about that.'' I roll my eyes and giggle, Glisten doing a sharp turn and looking me dead in the eye.
''Excuse me? What did you say dear sir?'' he giggled and jumped onto me, us both fighting like little children on the mattress. I pinned him down, giggling, till we both realized what position we were in. I immediatly got up and blushed a little, Glisten's cheeks glowing bright red too. We just took a moment of silence and giggled, hugging each other.
''Everything alright now?'' I ask, smiling towards my lover.
''Yeah. We are even.'' he grins and gets up, dragging me outside and down the hill infront of the burned Gardenview, dancing with me for a while before crashing his lips onto mine. This caught me by suprise but I melt into the kiss and kiss him back, our tongues dancing around each other.
''I love you.'' he says. I smile and press my forehead against Glisten's.
''I love you too.''

''Okay. Ive gathered you all here to figure out what the fuck is going on with this whole Teagan drama. Glisten has agreed to give out his side of the story, to get Teagan in justice for her wrong-doings.'' Dandy started. Me and all the other toons were gathered around a campfire. Teagan was tied up with a tape on her mouth so she couldn't speak. I gave a thumbs up to Glisten and he just smiled at me.
''Glisten if you could?'' Dandy asked. Glisten nodded and smiled.
''Thank you Dandy. So. When Teagan and I met for the first time, I knew she had it out for me. right from the start..''
Glistens entire story costed us about 20mins of our time, but we all listened and felt the pain Glisten was going through, eyeing Teagan every now and then. After he was done, Dandy did a poll on what everyone wanted for Teagans punishment. Leaving her rotting in a jail cell won, and Dandy dragged her by the handle of her cup to the broken ruins of Gardenview, all the way down to the jail and throwing her in there, locking the door and throwing the key down the drain. We could all hear Teagans painful screams but Dandy came out proud.
''Im so proud of you babe.'' Astro scooted over to Dandy once he was up the hill again. Glisten turned to me and gave me a gentle smirk. I giggled cause I knew exactly what he was trying to say.
''What? You two ever just loving a homie like every normal person?'' Dandy wrapped his hand around Astro's waist, but after hearing that, Astro pulled away.
''HOMIES?! BRO FUCK YOU. WE HAVE LITERALLY HAD SEX FOR LIKE 3 TIMES NOW, AND HAVE TOLD EACH OTHER WE LOVE EACH OTHER, AND-'' and of course Astro couldn't finish that sentence, as Dandy kissed him in bright daylight.
''Yeah I know. I was messing with you. I love you.''
Astro sighed and smiled. ''Love you too idiot.''

''Soo uh. All that happened huh?'' I was leaning against a bridge, Glisten sitting next to me. We really needed some alone time right now.
''Yeah. Finally got some justice to my name. It feels good you know?'' Glisten chuckled a little and looked down and the dribbling water particles each time a fish came close to the top. He was kicking small rocks down to the water with his shoe.
''Uhm hey Glis?'' I got up and turned to face him.
''Yeah whats up?'' he asked, facing me aswell. I nervously chuckle and take his hands.
''You know.. We have known each other for like.. a few years now right?''
''righhtt...?'' Glisten said, kinda suspicious of what I was doing.
''And I feel like this is a good moment to let you know like. I appreciate and love and care about you. And I don't want you to forget it right?'' I started, trying to make it sound as romantic as possible.
''Yeah?''
''Well uhm. I feel like this is the perfect time to..'' I get on one knee and look up at him, his eyes widening.
''Glisten, you are the most awesome toon i've ever met, and I don't want it any other way than that..'' I pull out a white velvet box, opening it slowly.
''Rodger.. are you..?''
''Glisten. Will you marry me?''
