Im sorry to say that he has a Alzheimer disease.. The doctor explained
I cant do anything but cry..
Alzheimer- is a type of dimentia that cause problem in Memory, thinking and behavior.. There is no cure for the disease which worsen as it progresses and eventually leads to death..
Something flashback on my mind so thats why Yuri always forgot about those precious days..
Im crying while holding his hands...
[The next day]
After class I went to the hospital to visit Chii..
But when I arrived there Chii is gone I only saw a letter..
Dear Yama chan,
Sorry if I didn't tell about my disease because I don't want you to get worried.. from now on I want you to forget about me because I will going to forget you even if I don't want to.. Maybe I know you today but what about the next day.. so pls forget about me and I find someone else don't find me.. Just always remember that I love you and be happy..

Ryosuke finally found Chii but Chii already forget about Ryosuke..

Ryosuke take care of Chii he spent those days with him..

Chii I just need to fix something I am going to leave you for a while but I will be right back.. He said and kiss Chii's forehead..

When Ryosuke came back...
I'm sorry Mr. Yamada but Chii past away just a week ago.. And its the only thing he left the nurse said and gave a book to Yamada
He open the notebook and saw a sketch drawing of his face and there's a letter written under it..
I sketch Yama Chan's face so If the time came that I forgotten him I have this so I can recognize him again..
Ryosuke's tears fall down..

Today is their 1st Anniversary
He light candles and put flowers beside his grave..
