Sukuna removed his hand from her cheek. He fell silent for some minutes. He was staring at the floor. His wife's smily face was popping in his mind. Yes, he is just a cursed spirit who is forcing her to stay with him. He knew it and also knew that everything is removed from her mind. But he just can't let her go, after all the grief he had. "A Cruel Cursed spirit, right?" He said, his voice was low, like a whisper. Kaori looked at him and nodded, "Yep. Right!" She rolled her eyes. But she couldn't ignore the hint of sympathy in his voice. He chuckled and nodded. "I failed again" He muttered to himself, she raised her eyebrows, "What?" She asked. Sukuna looked at her and again turned his gaze away, "Failed in love life like before" He said, and sighed. She got confused, does cursed spirit have feelings for another? She was feeling a bit uneasy but asked anyway, "Can you explain me? What are you trying to say?" He closed his eyes and leaned back on the couch, "In past life, I didn't care about you and now in present life.....You don't care about me.." He clenched his fists, he continued, "If you think I don't care about you, so that isn't true. I do care about you. I thought I would be lonely for the entire life....But I was wrong. You're still alive in modern days." He smiled a bit. She was shocked, cause as long she know, cursed spirit doesn't have emotions at all. But here is he, speaking to her like a human. She also felt familiarness in his words, like she has heard before, but where? She ran her hand through her hairs while speaking, "I think...I've heard something like this before..." She looked at him. Sukuna was surprised, they just met few hours ago so who would tell her something like this...? He asked, "Who told you like this?" She closed her eyes and try to think where she heard like this... After a while, she opened her eyes and said, "I got it!" Sukuna's curiosity grew and he asked, "So tell me" She started to tell him, "I've heard this in my dream...I don't remember it properly but there was a wooden house where a tall...Muscular man...With tattoos on his whole body and face...He was saying something like this..His voice was same like you as I remember" His eyes widen in surprise, he realized that this was one of their moment from Haien Era. The man she is talking about was he himself. And the wooden house must be their home. He spoke, "The man you're talking about was me in your past life. I've said those words to you...Means you didn't forget everything." She was out of her mind, she look at him with disbelief, 'You....You both looked same..." She said quietly.  Sukuna asked, "Can you tell me more about your dreams...Like anything?" He was hoping that he would remember some more if she has remember this. She thought for a moment before speaking, "Yeah...I guess I have..." She told him about a temple like house, a place which was filled with various flower trees. Sukuna realized that it was all from past. That means she can regain her memory. While she was explaining, he was admiring her. She was still same as like her past life. Feisty, stubborn, Beautiful...He was thinking how cute she would look if she wears a kimono like before. When he told her that was some memories from past, she was surprised. It sounds so unrealistic but it's true. "You're....You're my husband" She said.. He nodded, "Yes. Finally you understand it. I'm sure you will regain you memory sooner or maybe later." He patted her head gently. She was looking like a small kid when he was patting her head.
