Cas woke up in a motel room. Alone and naked on a bed.
"Oh god" Cas whispered to himself realizing that he was alone.
Cas couldn't remember anything that happened the night before. Once he got out of bed he quickly changed and found an Advil and glass of water on a table along with a note.
Cas,
I got you some Advil and water for the pain. I don't know about you but I'm sore. I ran out to get some pain pills. I folded your clothes and they're on a chair.

Just then, as Castiel finished reading the note, Dean opened the door.
"Hey Cas, you're up. Awesome."
"Dean..."
"Yeah Cas?"
"Did we..." Cas questioned cautiously.
Dean sighed. "Yeah, Cas, yeah we did."
"Oh." Cas sighed looking down.
There was a silence that lasted for quite some time.
Castiel was brave and broke the silence.
"Dean I understand if you don't want to see me again. Or talk to me."
"Cas I-" "I'm not done Dean. I'm coming out to you. I'm different, not normal. I'm gay. And I know your probably a homophobic eyebrow."
"Well considering the fact I'm gay as well...what's a with the homophobic eyebrow?"
