Quirk: Telekinesis & (?!?!?!?)
Telekinesis: Telekinesis ables Rika to controll everything at her will, with enough focus of course. This quirk allows her to controll things, even down to an atomic level, to her liking. Because of this, she can manipulate the state of.. well, anything really, with the exception of any living beings (humans, animals). Be it water, fire, air.. you name it, she can control it. Her quirk also gives her the ability to create force fields and barriers by binding the atoms together. She could also create and release powerful blasts using her quirk. She could also use her quirk to levitate/fly by controlling the wind/air around her. Of course there's also the basics of Telekinesis which is moving things around. This quirk runs on energy. She can harness energy through different sources (electricity, lightning, her own energy). The more energy she uses, the more powerful her output is.
Drawbacks: If Telekinesis is overused, the user can get nosebleeds, and even faint. This is due to the fact that her quirk mostly runs on her energy. The more of her own energy she uses, the more she exerts herself. In extreme cases, she can fall into a comatose-like state, and experience some memory loss.
