You left me stranded here on this ship of heartbreak and obsession
Eventually I dropped the obsession, dropped the heartbreak
And now all I am left with is this empty, hallow ship
With nothing left to fill up all of this loneliness
I walk these wooden, creaky floor boards and feel nothing
Visions of things that could have been and actual memories start to blur
Until I can't tell them apart anymore
I live in a world of grey
I hear the waves lapping beneath me but I'm too numb to feel them
I use to feel everything

My heart use to fill up so full of love for you that I thought it burst
When I was younger, more naive, entirely more clueless
I thought if I ever lost you, I might not live a day longer
The difference between that and reality, is
Technically, I do live on
But is it really living if I can't feel anything
If this ship is nothing but the sound of the waves
And a heartbeat that was once full
But now is just a vacant shell
