Ok so I have two diffrent ways to draw NeKa this one and an other one the will be in the next part so neka is the twin sister of tails she has two tails but she is Bada** kinda like shadow but a little happier lets do a pros and cons list!
Pros:
She looks kinda how her personally is bada** but happy
Cons: she is tails twin but she looks nothing like him!
