I blushed a looked at him, gosh he was such a sweet guy. I had so much to drink that I ended up falling asleep on his lap...
I woke up on with my head on Rikers lap, no one else was in the room and Riker was still asleep with his head resting on the arm of the sofa.
I smiled, looked at my phone, oh wow, it was 8am on saturday morning, I quickly got up tried to get to the door quietly but Riker woke up. He quickly stood up and grabbed my shoulders and turned me to face him.
I smiled "Hey" I said
"hey" he said back smiling
"OH you're awake! Here drink this" Rydell handed me a cup of coffee and smiled, "can you join us for breakfast?" she asked
I looked up at Riker who was looking down at me smiling.
"Sure" I said
"Awesome" Riker grinned
"Alright, we are going to a spot downtown in like 15" Rydell said
"Oh snap, I got to go get ready" I said
"Okay I'll come get you, when we are ready to go" Riker said
"Alright, sounds good oh apartment 516" I said as I ran out the door
***Rikers POV***
as soon as Elyse left and the door closed I was grinning from ear to ear.
Rydell saw me and nudged me and said "Go get ready lover boy" I quickly ran to my room and got changed and brushed my hair and teeth.
15 minutes later the rest of my siblings were ready to go, we got to the elevator they went down to the parking garage and I hit floor 5 to grab Elyse from her apartment.
I got out of the elevator and turned the corner to head down to apartment 516, Elyse was already on her way down the hallway, oddly I may add. It looked like she was dancing backwards down the hall,
I decided to quickly back up around the corner and watch her adorably dance all the way up the hall
***Elyse POV***
I quickly got changed and was heading up to the elevator room to wait for Riker
I was pretty happy and me being my dorky self decided to dance down the hallway in my coral Hawaiian print dress and wedge sandals.
I was dancing backwards down the hall and turned the corner and was face to face with Riker. who was trying to hold back his laughter.
Living with a brother and Luke my first instinct was to punch him in the stomach, so i did.
"Hey don't judge me, just because you are dancing with the stars material, doesn't mean you can laugh at me for having fun" I told him.
He laughed wrapped his arm around my shoulder and led me to the elevators/
"Elyse you are one funny girl" he squeezed my shoulders, I laughed and looked up at him smiling down at me.
Gosh, how did I get so lucky I thought to myself, I am now friends with a world famous band. This is crazy.
Riker and I got into the elevator and headed down to the parking garage to meet up with the rest of them.
"Yo Ms. Morgan!!" Rocky yelled from the drivers seat.
"Rocky we have been over this, call me Elyse" I laughed
"Okay fine, Elyse, we don't have enough room to all fit in one car, do you mind following us" Rocky asked
"ya sure no problem" I said with a smile, grabbed my keys in my purse and headed towards my car,
"I'm coming with you girl!!!" Rydell yelled climbing out of the middle of the backseat.
"I'll come too!" Riker said as he jogged to catch up to Rydell and I.
"alright but since you called last, you have to sit in the back seat Riker" I laughed
"well, okay fine, the backseat can't be too bad" Riker retorted
"Oh just wait" as I got to my car and unlocked my retro volkswagen bug opened Rydells side first and then folded the front seat down and gestured for Riker to hop in.
"Oh god, I retract my earlier comment" he said as he scrunched into the backseat.
I laughed and pushed the seat back "alright lets get this show on the road" rydell said and turned up my radio which was playing the CD Jenna in my class gave me.
Lets not be alone tonight- played loud through the speakers,
Rydell and Riker made eye contact and then started laughing.
I was blushing so badly "Hey now, I get judged for listening to jonas brothers now I'm getting laughed at for listening to your music??? The CD is from Jenna, that contest winner from my class, she thought I need to listen to it so I did" I laughed at the two of them
We were following Rocky who was driving Ross, Ellington and Ryland. We finally got to the restaurant and the group of us were walking down the beach to the restaurant and Riker and I were at the back he grabbed my hand as we were walking
Something about his hand holding mine, it just made me feel so safe. Oh and his smile made me so happy.
Rydell caught us holding hands and smiled and took a photo of us. she then showed me, gosh it was a gorgeous photo, she put her phone back in her pocket as we entered the restaurant and they seated us on the patio over looking the beach and right next to the side walk.
Riker and I sat across from each other closest to the sidewalk Rydell was beside me with Ellington across from her. and Rocky, Ross were across from each other and Ryland was at the end of the table.
The waitress took our drink orders and left us to talk.
I don't know why but I got all brave and started to play footsies with Riker.
Riker seemed to like it as he smiled at me and rubbed his foot against my leg and kept it their.
The waitress came back with our drinks. as Riker was talking to me a fan on the side walk snapped a photo of the group from afar and let out a squeal and ran after her friends down the sidewalk.
"Oh, you guys must be used to that" I said and took a sip of my water.
"Oh ya, but it still is kind of fun" rocky said from the other side of the table.
all of a sudden Rikers phone started going crazy, it was vibrating and ringing and beeping. I have no idea what was going on.
