Chapter 35: Additions
(AVERY'S POINT OF VIEW)
The tour was still moving along fast. It was almost time for us to fly to America. We were in Birmingham and.... It was almost my birthday...
I knew the boys would be planning something extra special, since there were two girls they all loved that would be turning twenty.
I think there was one day last week where I ran in on them planning something:
"Okay so this is what were going to do..." The rest got drowned out by my music. Little Mix's "DNA".
I jump up from the couch and start singing and dancing around: "It's in his DNA! D-d-d-DNA! It's in his DNA! And he just takes my breath away!.." I walk into the portion of the bus the boys are planning in, dancing.
"HEY BOYS! Whatcha doin'?" I said, sounding very curious. They were all leaning around a table.
"Uhhh, were writing songs... yeah. Writing songs." Zayn paused. "That's it..." The other boys nodded with weary nervous faces.
"You seem SOOO sure of yourselves..." I paused and changed the subject purposefully. "You guys should know that with our birthday next week, I don't want any extravagant presents, or parties. I'm sure Amanda doesn't either. Just know that." I smiled really big when I was done talking. I started turning around and bid my goodbye, "Later, boys."
I walked to the other side of the bus. I saw Amanda there on her phone tweeting.
"Hey Mands. What are your friends on twitt-ah saying?" I paused and looked her in the eye. She gave me the evil eye. Must be that time of the month.
"By the way, how are Doe and Nina these days? After we moved away we lost touch with them. They still doing okay? Do you have their twitters?"
She looked up at me and rolled her eyes, sighed and said, "Yes, Aves. I have their twitters. Doe's is @doedoerindaaa, and Nina's is @NinaLeaGroat. Can you leave me to peace now?" Her eyes sensed annoyance.
I sighed and got up from the couch she was sitting on and walked to my own part of the bus.
I signed into twitter and wrote a tweet: "@DoeDoerindaaa @NinaLeaGroat how have you guys been?!?! Haven't talked to youuu in forevahhhh! Tweet tweet ;)"
I got an answer in a few minuted from Dorinda. "@AveKSamuels hey!!! OMG I almost forgot about you! Lol never.. I just didn't know you had a twittah! How've you been?!?! xx"
Then an answer from Nina: "@AveKSamuels who are you again? Haha just kidding! xx. I've missed you! Where did you move to?!"
I answered both of them this: "@doedoerindaaa @NinaLeaGroat Mands and I moved to London. We have a flat there now... You guys still keeping up our oath?? Haha and still bestfriends??? xx."
Dorinda answered: "@AveKSamuels ABSOLUTLEY! We still love each other to death... And it hasn't been the same without you two! The four musketeers! Lol xx. You should come visit!"
Then Nina said "@AveKSamuels yessss! Come visit!! Same flats and everything since the last time we saw you! xx."
Then I saw Amanda join in the convo: "@doedoerindaaa @NinaLeaGroat @AveKSamuels girls.. I'm sorry we can't come visit :( were on tour with, well with a famous band... I'm sorry girls"
I added to Amanda's tweet: "@doedoerindaaa @NinaLeaGroat um, she's PMS-ing.. Don't listen to her. Haha I would love to visit you two but sadly, we are always moving place to place.. On tour with our guys (: maybe you could come to one of their concerts and meet them??"
Doe said: "@AveKSamuels @NinaLeaGroat @MandsssLovesssYouuu well maybe we will.. What band, and what city y'all in?? I want to meet whoever these guys are!"
I answered: @doedoerindaaa @NinaLeaGroat I will DM you two the info, ticket numbers, and everything... I'm so excited! The boys would LOVE you guys! xx."
I sent a direct message and talked with them until the boys' show.

Surprisingly the girls were in Birmingham the same day we were. So, they came to the show that night:
Amanda and me were at the backstage door waiting for Dorinda and Nina. Then, a girl with black hair and a brunette walked up, looking stunning as ever! Nina's long, black hair was straightened and she wore a black denim miniskirt, with a Victoria's Secret Pink tee shirt. Dorinda had her hair in some French braid over her shoulder and she wore dark blue Capri jeans with a British flag tee shirt that said: Keep Calm and Love One Direction.
I ran up to them and engulfed them both into a three-way hug. "I haven't seen you two in forever! How are things?!" I was still bouncing with excitement.
"We're fine, tell us how it is touring with ONE DIRECTION?!?!" Nina was a big, big Directioner. So was Dorinda, telling from her tee shirt.
"Amazing... Amanda and I are dating two of them..." I stared at the ground.
"SHUT UP.. NO WAY.. SINCE WHEN?!?!" Nina was flipping out while Dorinda just stood there with her mouth hanging open.
Amanda butt in, "I'm dating Harry and she's dating Niall."
Dorinda's mouth dropped open even wider. She was in love with Niall. Nina loved Zayn, but he was with Perrie.
"Okay, you guys can close your mouths. Don't want to meet the boys looking like fishes." The doubled over in laughter. It wasn't even that funny.. Must be hyped up on caffeine like normal.
They finished laughing and perfected themselves, fixing hair, adding lipgloss, re-doing makeup, stuff like that. It took a while, but finally we got inside and were in front of the boys' dressing room.
"Ready to go in girls? Ready for a change in your life?" They both stared at me and nodded, anxious.
I fly the door open and they are all there on their phones, getting hair and makeup done by Lou. Perfect, they can listen now!
"Boys, I would like you to meet two of my best friends... This is Nina Groat and Dorinda Blade."
They all looked up from their phones and smiled. Liam spoke first.
"Hey girls! It's great to meet you. Once Lou is finished with me I am giving you two hugs." His smile melted them.
Then Louis spoke, "Oh my goodness! I am such big fans of yours! I can not believe I'm meeting you two... Can we take a picture?! Please?!" I stood there rolling my eyes. He's a dork.
They ran over to him and pulled out their phones. The picture was snapped and he grinned from ear to ear.
Lou was done with my Nialler and he got up from his chair. "So, are you guys like, childhood friends of Aves and Amanda?" They nodded.
"Yeah, we are. Next door neighbors, all four of us. We called ourselves 'The Four Musketeers'." All four of us giggled.
Niall walked over to me and hooked an arm around my shoulder. "So you two are dating?" Dorinda asked.
"Yes. I love her so much." He smiled down at me.
"Um, you better. If you break her heart, I will smash you with my shovel." Nina was sassy.
We all laughed. I was going to bring up our previous break-up, but I decided to just leave it in the past. We can just forget all about that very, VERY dark time.
"We have our show in a while.. Did you guys want to watch backstage with Ave and Amanda?" Harry asked them.
They shrugged. "Sure?"
The boys finished getting ready and the show was going to start. Amanda and I gave Niall and Harry good-luck kisses, and they were off.
