Naomi's POV
I tossed over and my mom was sitting on the edge of the bed.
"Omg mom! You scared the mess out of me." I said.
"I was just checking on you, you didn't watch the movie with us last night." she said.
"Yeah, I just don't think those business trips are all business." I said.
"Noami, he's a nice guy. He treats me look I'm a princess, and like I'm the only girl in the world." she said.
She had me thinking about Ryan for a second.
"Just give him a chance." she said.
"Nah, I gave the other man a chance and that didn't turn out good." I said getting up.
"Well, he's different. Just please give him a chance." she following behind me to the bathroom.
"Alright fine, I'll give him a chance."
"Thank you so much. I'm off to a meeting, you girls have a great today, okay." she said kissing my forehead.
"Alright tell Nathan I said hello." I said in between brushing my teeth.
"Okay." she said leaving out.
Then, I got into the shower, when I got out, I went to the closet.
I put on a long teal pencil skirt, tied the bottom into a knot and a white hoodie crop top and put in my white and black high top Adidas.
When I turned around Diamond was standing in the closet doorway.
"What the fck!" I screamed.
"You took out your hair?" she said rubbing my fro.
"Yeah, I wanted to get rid of that stuff." I said.
"Your hair grew." she said.
"I know but y'all hurry and get ready so we can get our nails done." I said leaving out.
I put my curly hair in a high bun and put on mascara then studds. And we bounced out.
We arrived at the nail shop and picked out our colors.
Then I got my nails and toes done. Gotta keep myself up.
"Those are cute." Faith said.
"Well, thank you." I said.
I had got, coffin all white nails. After that we went to the hair salon.
Diamond added weave to her hair and Faith died hers all red and I got DREADS!
And I think I looked damn good in it too.
"Oh my gosh! They look so good on you." Diamond said.
"Thanks." we left out and went to get some thing to eat.
"Guys, I really want to post a picture of us." Faith said.
"Faith you know if you post a picture of us Tray is gonna asked where we are or probably track us on GPS." I stated.
"Yeah, she's right. And there's goes our drama free week." Diamond said.
"How about I blocked him?" she suggested.
"What about Jai, CJ, Jacques, Terrance, also the others." I said.
"Fine, I won't post nothing." she said with the puppy dog face
"Okay, fine. For Christmas you can post." I said giving in.
"Good." she said starting to eat again.
Next thing you know Nate and his dumb axs crew came in.
"Ugh, look what the wind blew in." I said as he walked over.
"Why you always tripping?" he asked.
"For the second time, I'm not tripping." I said
"Whatever."
"Wassup Diamond." Dee said.
"Hey." she said.
She looked at me an I faked like I was gagging.
And she busted out laughing.
"I see your the leader of the group." Nate said.
"I run nobody. They can do what they want, I hang with independent girls. Something you probably dont know about." I said
"Oh, I know about them. I'm trying to get with one but she stubborn as hell!" he said scooting in the booth with me.
"Sorry. But she's not interested." I said.
"Who said I was talking bout you?" he joked.
"Bye Nate!" I said getting out the booth.
"Wait, I was just playing let me get your number."
"Sorry, don't have a phone." I said walking out.
When we came out a man handed us a flyer for a party.
"We should go?" Faith said.
"She's right, haven't been to a party since Kalen. I'm down."
"Alright, let's go get ready." I said getting the cab.
We arrived at the house and got ready.
"GIRLS!" my momma yelled.
"We're in here." I said
"Noami, what happened to your hair?" she asked.
"You don't like it?"
"No, I love it! It's different and you pull it off." she said.
"I feel amazing. And thanks mom." I said.
"So, what happening tonight?" she said.
"A party." I said.
"So, y'all gone leave me by myself?" she asked.
"Sorry but we'll stay in tomorrow." I said lying.
"Yeah, whatever." she said.
She left out and we started getting ready.
I put on a fitted dress that stopped by my mid thigh. I put on a pair of black and white Adidas socks and a pair of all white Nike hightops.
Diamond put on a a red Nike shirt and a white skater skirt and added a gold belt. And she put on a pair of black ankle strapped heels.
Faith put on a crop hoodie that says 'RICH' on it and some green skinny jeans with some black strapped heels.
We went in the bathroom and did our make I put on mascara, of course. And put on some pink lip stick. And kept my hair down.
Diamond put all her hair to the side and put on some red lipstick and some eyelashes and eyes liner.
Faith put on some eye shadow, eye liner, lashes and some black lipstick. And put her hair in a bun
We all put on gold jewelry pieces. And we called the cab and bounced.
When we arrived there was so many people and it was popping already.
We walked in and eyes went on us.
We went to sit on the couch but Faith axs went to the bar and Diamond was dancing with a dude.
"Here, you look bored axs hell." Nate said handing me a cup.
"I'm tired of seeing yo axs." I said.
"Well, ain't tired of seeing yours. And what a cute one it is." he said looking at my axs.
"Bye Nate." I said walking away.
"Wait, why are you always dissing me?" he asked.
"I not, I just wanna be drama free and get my mind off you guys but you're not making this easy." I said.
"Well, my bad. But with a body like yours you can't expect for guys to stay away." he said.
"Whatever. And I don't drink what other people give me. You might try and get my booty and I don't know." I said.
"Trust baby, if I want it I can have it." he said.
"Bye Nate!" I said walking away.
"NOAMI!" Diamond screamed.
"I'm right here Diamond." I said.
"I'm sorry." she said blowing her alcoholic breathe in my face.
"Look, I know you wanna be drama free but what's better than getting drunk and drinking it off?" she asked.
"Because the last time I drunk it off, I had sex with Ryan." I said.
"Well, do you see Ryan around?" Faith asked coming up with a drink.
"I agree with the rich girl." Diamond said almost falling.
"Fine." I said grabbing the cup.
I drunk until I couldn't no more! I didn't care anymore. Diamond was right maybe drinking it off wouldn't be do bad.
Later that night I was dancing and Nate came up behind me.
"Feeling much better?" he asked.
"Yes, yes I do."
"Good."
Last thing I know, we were kissing on the dance floor.
