Diana stares in awe at the room before her. Bottles and viles line every shelf, filled with strange colored liquids that bubble and fizz. The room is dimly lit, an ancient lamp hanging from the center of the room. But the one thing that catches her attention is the book on a short colomn in the center of the room, right under the lamp. Diana hesitates. "What's gonna happen if I take it?" she thinks cautiously. She takes a deep breath before snatching up the book in her hands. She waits a few seconds, and sighs in relief. She tries to walk out of the room when the door suddenly slamms shut. Diana freezes in fear. She's paralyzed.
Then, the floor starts to shake, and she hears a groan from the floor boards when she falls through the floor, the walls crumbing around her.
The cottage is collapsing.
