With a fatigued look, y/n nodded slowly as Kalyani had gathered everyone to address certain women-related issues in Hind. Despite being aware that y/n was menstruating, Kalyani insisted on her presence, leaving y/n with no choice but to comply, knowing the discussion revolved around Hindi women
Chandrika observed y/n clutching her hand, feeling angry due to Kalyani's actions. Y/n lacked the energy to engage in any conflict at that moment. Chandrika signaled Tahir, who was near the main door, to look in their direction. Tahir initially appeared confused, but then noticed y/n sitting beside Chandrika with her eyes tightly closed, realizing she was in pain. Despite the presence of other women, Tahir prioritized his wife above all else
Tahir approached them, causing Chandrika to smile. Kalyani was taken aback by Tahir's presence, but his subsequent action surprised everyone. Tahir lifted Y/N in a bridal style, and she gazed at him, feeling exhausted and frail. Seeing his wife in such a state pained him, and he had been preventing her from walking since yesterday when he learned about her weakness due to blood loss. He glanced at Kalyani and spoke
"Hamaari ardhanagni ki sehat thik nahi hai, vo kisi bhi chiz me shaamil nahi hogi jab Tak unki tabiyat thik nahi ho jaati. Ve sirf aaram karegi"
(My wife's health is not well, she won't participate in anything until her health got well. She will only take rest)
Kalyani's eyes filled with darkness upon hearing Tahir's words. He publicly commanded her, causing her to feel humiliated in front of the other women and royal maids. As the queen of Hind, she held a higher position than him, a mere prince, and he had no right to defy her, even if it concerned his wife. She glared at him with intensity and responded
"Ham hind ki maharani hai ham Jo aadesh denge vo y/n ko maanna hoga"

The audience was stunned by Tahir's words as he indirectly threatened Kalyani. Y/n stared at him, noticing his anger, as he warned his father's second wife, fully aware of the potential consequences. Tahir's disregard for others stemmed from his disapproval of Kalyani's authority over his wife. He believed that if y/n were in good health, she would not have obeyed Kalyani's commands, but since she was unwell, he felt obligated to shield her from harmful individuals
"Hamaare khilaaf jaane ki saza tumhe zarur milegi"
(You will get punished for going against me)
"Ham bhi dekhte hai kiske me himmat hai ki vo tahir singh chauhan ko saza de"

Tahir's smirk was evident as he confidently walked away, cradling y/n in his arms. This sight infuriated Kalyani, causing her to angrily hurl a vase to the ground. Achyut, dressed as a soldier, smiles as he takes in the view before him. He had assumed that y/n was not being treated well and was handling everything alone, but he was mistaken. Tahir is willing to fight anyone for her, as Achyut witnessed him rushing to y/n's side when he saw her in pain. Achyut is aware that y/n is currently on her period, a time when she becomes particularly vulnerable and her brothers used to shower her with care and attention

Kalyani, with tears streaming down her face, expressed her deep humiliation as the women around her mocked her, labeling her as nothing more than Tahir's father's wife. It was evident that Tahir had no respect for her and failed to treat her as the queen of the hind. Rawal Singh, filled with anger towards Tahir, acknowledged that he had never regarded her as his mother, but he should have at least shown her the respect befitting the queen of hind. By humiliating her in front of everyone, Tahir had essentially humiliated the king himself

Rawal Singh contemplated his feelings towards his eldest son, acknowledging his anger but realizing he couldn't bring himself to punish him. Despite promising his wife to look after Tahir, he had failed to fulfill that promise adequately. Kalyani let out a bitter chuckle upon hearing her husband's words, then approached him with a pained expression
"Tahir hamaari izzat isliye nahi karta kyuki usse pata hai... Aaj bhi uske pita ke liye uski maa hi ardhanagni aur maharani hai"
(Tahir don't respect me because he know that till now his mother his wife and queen for his father)
"Hamaari baat kabhi nahi maanti to unki baat kyu maani aapne"

Tahir gazed at y/n, gently soothing her pain by caressing her belly, while she lay beside him. She rolled her eyes in response to his words, too exhausted to reply, causing him to sigh. Despite her poor health, she showed no respect towards him. Tahir had instructed the royal maids to assist her with meals and bathing, wanting her to avoid any difficulties. She simply stared back at him, noticing the intensity in his expression
"Tumne Aaj Jo Kiya uske liye Maharaj tumhe rajya se baahar nikal diye to"
(What if Maharaj throw you out of the kingdom after what you did)
"Tumhaare liye vanvaas jaane ko taiyaar hu"
(I am ready to go in aisle for you)
With a smile on his face, he gently kissed her forehead, causing her to tightly shut her eyes. His words lingered in her thoughts as she struggled to distance herself from him and develop feelings of hatred. However, he persistently pursued actions that would make her fall in love with him. Although they didn't partake in the traditional seven rounds around the sacred fire, he fulfilled all the promises that a husband typically makes to his wife

She had lived like a princess with her father, and now she would live like a queen with him. Tahir pledged to support her in all her endeavors and shield her from any harm

Looking at him with a perplexed expression, she inquired about the reasons behind his love and decision to marry her, despite knowing that she would only harbor animosity towards him. She made it clear that she would never truly consider him her husband. Tahir simply smiled upon hearing her words, pulling her closer and placing his hand on her waist, leaving her slightly taken aback. He then spoke in his deep, husky voice
"Jab tumhe pehli baar dekha tha na to hame laga ki tumhe hamaari maa ne bheja hai .. hamaari zindagi me roshni bharne ke liye... Tum chaand ho hamaari"
(When I saw you for the first time I felt that my mother have sended you to fill ight in my life... You're my moon)
Y/n gazed at him silently upon hearing his words, which she had heard countless times before from others comparing her to the moon. Despite her face having a moon-like glow, she despised her appearance due to being a concealed princess. Her beauty had become a burden after a certain event, causing her to detest being likened to the moon. However, upon hearing it from him, she inexplicably felt a stirring within her. Tahir stare at her with a smile and said
"Aapko ek khushkhabri de"
( Can I give you a happy news)
"Maa banne vaale hai aap"
(You're going to be a mother)
Y/n smirked as she glared at him, but he playfully pinched her waist causing her to groan in pain. She retaliated by harshly biting his shoulder, only to be surprised when he didn't flinch but shocked her with his words
