"Y/n"

Upon entering the bedroom, Tahir noticed her softly caressing her feet with a frown, indicating pain. He observed her carefully, seeing her hand on her lower stomach and the other on her feet, massaging them gently while emitting soft groans

"Tumhe dard ho Raha hai"

(You're in pain)

Looking up slowly, she met his gaze and nodded, lacking the energy to argue with him at that moment. He locked the door behind him and approached her, studying her frail appearance. Wanting to spare her any discomfort, he sat in front of her and gently touched her feet, causing her to be taken aback. She had never witnessed a man showing such reverence for a woman's feet before, and her eyes widened as he began to softly massage them

"Hamaare paer mat dabao"

(Don't press my feets)

As she held his hand, he couldn't help but be captivated by her presence. The gentle touch of her hand brought a sense of tranquility to his heart. Her touch had the power to make him feel loved, and he couldn't help but gaze at her, noticing her vulnerability. Throughout the busy day, he had been preoccupied with work, but upon returning in the evening, he realized the absence of her presence in the palace had left him longing for her

"Hamaari ardhanagni ko dard ho raha hai... Ham usse dard me nahi dekh sakte hai"

(My wife is in pain , I can't see her in pain)

Gently, he begins to massage both of her feet as she gazes at him with a tender look. His words linger in her thoughts, reminding her that he coerced her into marriage through emotional manipulation. The next day, she will be confined to her room, unable to see her family, and this deeply wounds her. To make matters worse, she woke up in the morning with her menstrual cycle, intensifying her suffering

"Tumne bhi hame bahut dard Diya hai"

(You also have me so much pain)

As she gazed at him with a neutral expression, he drew nearer, causing her breath to catch when she felt his warm breath on her face. Their eyes locked, sending shivers down to her spine as she met his deep, dark brown gaze. His eyes, the deepest and darkest she had ever seen, gleamed in the moonlight

"Tumhe dard dene ka hak sirf Mera hai"

(Only I have the right to give you pain)

He spoke with a smirk, intending to provoke her, and it succeeded; she pushed him, causing him to chuckle lightly. He lay next to her, took her hand, then pulled her closer to him, leaving her surprised as she fell onto his chest and he wrapped his arm around her waist. He loosened the knot of her long skirt, causing her breath to hitch at his actions, and she gazed at him as he looked back at her with a gentle expression. She anticipated him to be forceful, but to her surprise, he began to delicately massage her stomach, sending chills through her body with his touch

"Dard kyu ho Raha tumhe"

(Why are you feeling pain)

His soft-spoken words made her uneasy, as she realized he had no knowledge about periods, having no sisters or education on the topic. Unsure of how to explain it to him, Tahir observed her tense demeanor, growing confused. He wondered why such a simple question had made her so nervous

"Ye dard har stree ko har maah hota hai"

(Every woman get this pain every month)

Tahir's eyes subtly expanded upon hearing her words, as he had experienced this kind of pain from Durgavati before. Each month, for a few days, she would refuse to train him, citing her own pain. He was unaware of the details, as no one had ever explained it to him. He gazed at her, noticing her weakened state, and then spoke

"Ye dard har stree ko har maah kyu sehna padta hai"

(Why every woman have to handle this pain every month)

"Taaki vo maa ban sake"

(So that she can become mother)

With a gentle tone, she expressed a sense of tranquility as he softly massaged her stomach, creating a warm sensation in that area. Using his other hand, he delicately caressed her face, causing her to gaze at him before speaking

"Agar maa banne ke liye tumhe har maah ye dard sehna hoga to hame koi baccha nahi chahiye"

(If you have to handle this pain every month to become mother than I don't want a child)

The woman was taken aback by his words as he gazed at her with a loving expression. He wished she wouldn't weaken every month, but rather preferred when she asserted herself like a fierce lioness. Witnessing her vulnerability pained him, while she looked back at him in disbelief. He was the first king she had encountered who didn't desire a child solely to spare his wife from pain

"Ham apne dushman ke bacche ki maa kabhi nahi banenge"

(I'll never become the mother of my enemy's child)

As she gazed at him, he smiled at the sight of his lioness growling with her dark gaze. He adored the way her dark blue eyes looked at him. Softly kissing her neck, her eyes widened in surprise. Pushing him away, he chuckled before she tried to get up, but he held her waist firmly, causing her to glare at him and speak

"Aap dard me hai.. abhi aaram kariye"

(You're in pain, take rest for now)

The woman attempted to rise, but the man compelled her to lie on top of him, gently stroking her exposed waist. She released a sigh, refraining from resisting him for the first time, as she was already weakened by the blood loss from her body

"Sabki acche se talaashi lo"

  (Check everyone properly)

Shantanu commanded the soldiers to promptly nod and begin inspecting the individuals entering the kingdom. The royal maids, following Shantanu's orders, were examining the women, as they could not refuse his commands, being their beloved prince. While humming a tune, Shantanu's attention was caught by a woman clutching a piece of cloth tightly to her chest, arousing his suspicion

Approaching the veiled woman, he was instructed by the royal maid to unveil her, but she refused, leaving him perplexed. Standing before her, he watched as she hesitantly lifted her gaze to meet his, her face still hidden behind the veil. With suspicion, he cautiously lifted the veil, causing her to flinch as their fearful eyes locked

"Khubsurat"

(Beautiful)

Shantanu's mind was consumed by a single word upon seeing her, prompting her to swiftly retreat with a frightened look, leaving him to simply watch her. Observing her trembling hands, he felt remorse for startling the innocent woman, allowing her to depart as she bowed to him. He gazed at her vanishing form with a dark gaze

"Ye itni dari Hui kyu thi"

(Why she was scared)

Gently, he watched her vanish before his eyes, then glanced down to find a lovely silver anklet. It must belong to her, as he had never seen it before. Delicately, he picked it up and examined it closely. The anklet was adorned with tiny ghungroos that produced a soothing melody. He smiled softly as he tucked it away in his pocket, leaving the royal maids astonished

"Isse kya ho gaya hai aaj"

(What happened to him today)

Aadi directed Tahir's attention towards Shantanu, who was quietly sipping alcohol and lost in thoughts about a woman he had met earlier. Tahir observed his younger brother's eyes filled with various emotions, especially as he gazed at the moon, indicating he was deeply contemplating about someone special

"Prem ho gaya hai usse"

(He had fallen in love)

Tahir's gentle smile caused Aadi to choke on his drink, prompting Shantanu to turn around and observe his two elder brothers. Aadi appeared bewildered while Tahir continued to smile softly, adding to his confusion. As Shantanu stood up, an anklet fell from his pocket, leading both Tahir and Aadi to smirk knowingly. Shantanu was taken aback as he quickly retrieved the anklet, while Aadi simply smirked and made a comment

"Kaun hai vo jisse tumhe Prem ho gaya hai"

(Who is she with whom you fall in love)

"Hame kisi se prem nahi hua hai, usne ye gira Diya tha isliye hamne utha liye. Jab vo hame dubara milegi ham usse ye lauta denge"

(I didn't fall in love, she dropped this and I picked it up. I'll return it to her when I'll meet her again)

Shantanu's expression was devoid of emotion as he spoke, causing Tahir to smirk. He approached Shantanu and casually placed his arm around his shoulder, causing Shantanu to gaze at his older brother. Shantanu was aware that he could deceive anyone except his elder brother, as Tahir had a knack for detecting lies

"Agli baar jhuth bola to yahi se phek denge"

(If you dare to lie again than I'll throw you from here)

Shantanu swallowed nervously upon hearing his words, while Aadi simply chuckled. Both of them were delighted that their younger brother had finally found the love of his life. Shantanu gazed at the anklet in his hand, his mind filled with thoughts of the woman. He longed to see her again and discover her name
