I know some rich kids who have certain regulations to follow, but Drew doesn't have to follow any. The only thing he doesn't financially have under control is his allowance, that's it. But what about his health?
Drew most likely has no idea why he's even that spoiled. He prolly just accepted it without knowing the full truth. In truth, his father most likely spoils him so hard because of his medical health.
I added this in because it just prioritizes Drew's wealthy love life. Like Zoey is fr using him while Drew still doesn't realize why he has her, and the money tbh. He perhaps js thinks he's lucky, but uh...well..yk
Idk 'bout y'all, but a lot of wealthy kids have a hard time convincing their parents for stuff. On Drew's side of the line, he claimed it wasn't hard at all to convince his dad whatever he wanted. This immediately alibies my theory.

I know damn well y'all aren't immediately fed after eating a sandwich. Notice how Henry and Liam ate everything off their plate, and Drew didn't? Don't be going in the comment all like, "He JuSt dOeSn'T eAt HeAlThY!1!1!1" Bffr, his favorite food is steak.
And besides, take a closer look at this:
Now notice he only ate the apple, 1/2 of the sandwich (there are crumbs on the plate), and now he's full? I also know for a fact he didn't get fast food or sum shii earlier bc why would he even get school lunch? So don't go saying he just didn't feel like eating everything. You can't change my mind. This is a symptom of gastric cancer.

Drew got awfully pale at some point in the series. We all know his actual skin color, but wtf.

This is the gacha life color pallette. Notice how Drew's real color is on there? Rosy could've used his actual skin color, but she didn't. I know Rosy created tmf before gc existed, but she should've changed Drew's skin as soon as she could. The fact that she didn't do it just proves my point again.
