AUTHOR'S POV
Dhaara was sitting in her living room it was day time but there was not enough brightness in the living room and no tube lights were switched on she saw he's coming towards her....and she remembers that day and wanting to escape it she tries to run but she can't move from her place knowing what's coming for her next..
"Nahi...nahi...." She murmurs looking around but there is no door to the room...and suddenly she feels a tight grip on her hair..and she winces in pain....and soon there comes a tight slap on her cheek ..so hard that she stumbles backwards even though she was sitting
"Mumma....papa....sunooo koi hai.." she calls out but all she can hear is those filty words he's speaking to her and those slaps which are getting hard with every hit...and soon when she sees a burning spoon his hands she screams....
"NO....." Dhaara wakes up gasping& breathing heavily and sees her surroundings and realises it was nothing just another nightmare ..it's not until then she realises that she's been crying
Soon she checks the time to see that she's already running late ...she gets ready in a hurry and leaves for her college after having her breakfast but not before texting him a good morning message and telling him how late she is and probably would be able to talk in the evening
When she enters the class just before the class was about to begin..she saw Kashish looking at her in relief and disbelief
"Aaj bhi kyu aayi hai...mat aati nah college" Kashish said in a sarcastic tone (why have you come today...you should've taken a leave today also)
"Arey, chill..i was not well that's why I was on a leave" Dhaara explained
"Other than that also... you're so lost like you barely text or call and always on your phone I see you being active on social media for hours ..where are you so busy girl!?" She asked Dhaara with a genuine concern
"Agh... nothing I'm just swiping reels uk that's so time consuming you don't even realise how many hours have passed since you're swiping " she replied or actually LIED
Later on when the class got over... Harsh came to her asking
"Hey, how've you been?" He asked Dhaara
"Hi, I'm fine...all good with you?" She said plainly
" Yeah... it's just that you've been taking a lot of leaves so I just wanted to ask you if everything's fine but i didn't have your insta ID" he asked trying to sound worried
"Well I don't think you need my ID since you already follow me from ur fake ID ...'skx_pradox' " Dhaara answered innocently with a hint of sarcasm
Harsh was speechless as he wasn't expecting her to say something like that and here Kashish was watching the whole scene with curiosity.. soon the next teacher came and everybody settled down ..
LATER IN THE EVENING
After getting home Dhaara couldn't wait to talk to him..so she started texting him

Hey just got back...such a long day dude...how was your day!?
After waiting for 5 minutes she couldn't hold in the urge to talk to him and messaged him again
-DHAARA-
Enough of this working..now come online as fast as you can..
You busy!?? atleast leave a message how long will it take for you to get free
Arey you mad that I was busy and didn't even leave a message in between...
Look I'm sorry ...i was really busy with this stuff and then there was an asshole who wouldn't stop with his nagging..
Before she could type anything more his reply came
