It had been four days since we moved here, we all finally got used to the time difference and we were finally unpacked and out house was now a real home. my room was redecorated in to a blood red walls with black fluffy carpet and pictures of my old friends and some of my family stuck on part of a wall
It was now 5am on a Sunday since I and I was up and getting dressed, I pulled on some tight running shorts and a sports bra but I didn't bother putting on a top over it I'd only get too hot
I pulled out my running shoes from my medium size walk-in wardrobe and held them in my had so I wouldn't make too much noise walking down the stairs. before I left I made sure to grab my iPod holder that straps around my arm and my iPod attached to my headphones, I then snuck downstairs and grabbed a bottle of water before writing the word running and signed it on the pad of paper
I walked out the back door which lead on to a decking with a table and chairs, I say in one to put my shoes on and then put in my headphones and started to play my up work out songs and leaving in a light jog
I had ran for around half an hour and was now started to loose my breath a little but I wasn't sweating and that was alway my goal when I work out, if I don't sweat or I'm not in a little pain I didn't gain any thing
I wasn't sure where I was running too but I was running along the streets and I had only seen a couple early birds and no one else. I saw the entry to the woods and took it, running in woods was more fun and a better work out since you have to watch where your going, jump and dodge things, it helped
After around d twenty minutes I was sweating, I had seriously underestimated how many logs and branches there were to try and not get injured by. I saw something move out of the corner of my eye and as I looked I was soon taking a trip down to the floor as I failed to notice the tree stump sitting on the floor
I hissed a little as I sat up and looked at my knew which had gained a lot of dirt on it, I wiped it away and noticed I was bleeding from a gash on the knee I landed on, I pulled out my headphone as the music was distracting me from my new injurys
I sighed as I gently tried to rub some dirt off the cut but it didn't work that well so I have up and used a near by branch to help me stand up "fucking bruised my ribs too by the pain" I muttered to myself as I brushed more dirt off my body but was careful to do it lightly on my ribs since they were pulsing and felt like someone was squeezing me tightly there
"Fuck sake....damn woods" I picked up my bottle that was nearly empty and started walking in the direction of my house, I had been explore king in the word and found a way through the woods to my house and it lead right in to my back garden
As I started limping because I twisted my ankle too and I heard a small noise, it sounded like a growl? I looked around too see if there was any animals around but I didn't see anything so I thought I must have imagined it. After a long pain filled twenty minute walk back I was finally in my garden and so I walked in to my house through the back door to find my parents in the kitchen, mum was cooking what smelt like raspberry pancakes and dad was sitting at the table with a newspaper and a mug of coffee
"Honey, are you okay?" I looked over to my dad as he took in my crazy appearance and as he said that my mother turned and looked also, she gasped at the sight of me
"I went running and I fell over a tree stump and feel over, I'm fine though just a little bruising and a cut is all" I limped a little towards the fridge and pulled out some more water
"Are you sure? You look like you had a fight with the dirt while you were at it" my mum chucked at my dad's joke but I narrowed my eyes and walked away from the pair
After I showered I went to my room and pulled on some black leggings that were sliced in to strips down the side of my leg and then pulled in my olive green Ramones top and then simply slipped on some black fluffy socks
Just as I was about to check my phone for messages, a bundle of hyperness in fireman Sam pjs can bursting in to my room and hid behind me "Cian? What are you doing?" I asked and I twisted my body to try and look at him
"Shh! Mum is trying to get me to bath!" He looked up at me with an overly frightened look on his face that I chuckled at
"Where is he? I saw him come this way? Is he in here?" My mum breathed out heavily as she looked like a crazy woman standing in the doorway holding either side of the wall, this happened almost every time mum tried to get him to have a bath
"I think he ran up to your room? I saw him run past my door" I said as I stood still so I'd be hiding Cian, he had learnt how to stand behind me without getting caught at all. She ran off and stomped up the stairs as she tried to find him again
I simply turned around and looked at his smiling face "you have to at least shower" as soon as I said that his smile soon got whipped away and he have me a small glare "I will let you use my lemon shower gel if you shower before mum gets you to bath?"
"Deal!!" He ran out my room and I heard the bathroom door a slam shut and a few seconds later I heard the shower going
It was easy to get him to shower since he loved my lemon shower gel but he hated bathes because My mother hated the lemon smell so he had to use strawberry instead
I quickly jumped on my bed and grabbed my phone, I replied to my bestfriends messages and then put my phone on charge before reaching under my bed and grabbing a notebook I had there for drawing while in bed
I let my hand doodle as it drew whatever came to mind and it so happened to be the forest I was running in, I drew it in my point of vision and as I grew closer to me it got blurry so it made it seem like I was running fast past them
I was drawing for a while making sure I shaded well and didn't miss a detail at all. It wasn't long before I heard my dads foot steps come down the hall and stop outside my door but I'd didn't look up, he knew I knew he was there so he simply spoke
"In going to the grocery shop, come with me beta?" That was another name he had called me since I was always there to help and always did things with my dad, I was a daddy's girl
I nodded at him and finally stopped drawing and left it on my bed as I got up and walked to my wardrobe and pulled out some black combat boots out and put them on, when I got down stairs my dad was already standing at the front door playing with his keys
"Come on then beta" he said as he left with me in toe and got in to the car.
"So kiddo, how is your knee?" He asked as we stopped at a red light, as he said that I touched it gently and winced a little as it burnt
"It's okay, it was just dirty so I washed and put a plaster over it, it hurt like a bitc-" my dad warned me about my swearing but I just laughed at him " it hurt, I also made my ankle stiff too but with a bit of stretching it should be fine"
He nodded at me and pulled away and drove the way I assumed was the way to the the grocery shop "I'm proud of you Astro, you have really taken this whole fitness thing seriously" he said as he patted my knee in affection, he quickly shot me a sad smile "he would have been proud of you"
I smiled at him as my heart fluttered a little and my stomach dropped at the mention of him, I knew he would be proud and every day when I do exercise and train with dad he is the reason why, he had taught me how to be strong and how to fight and even do a little mixed martial arts
I sighed as we pulled up to the large Walmart that seemed a bit out of place, I jumped out and trailed behind my dad as we got a trolley and started strolling down the Isle
"Hey can we get pop tarts? You never get us get them in England cause they were too expensive? They arnt here!" I said as I pushed the half full trolley to where the pop tarts were an started looking at the flavours they had, they defiantly had more then England did
"Johnson?" I turned around and saw a older man that was around my dad's age standing there with a large smile on his face as he looked at my dad, he looked like he was important as well as that's what kind of vibe I got
"Jack! How have you been?" My dad replied as he have the man now named jack a hug quickly before the started talking like old friends
I wasn't interested in who this guy was so I decided to carry on choosing the flavours I wanted, hmm maybe Apple? But then Cian loves apple and would eat them all...I will get apple and the s'mores one so he won't touch the others
"Hey? Astro?" I jumped when I felt my dad's hand slide on to my shoulder and give a slight squeeze, I looked up at him and have him a confused looked "I have been calling you? I wanted to introduce you to my childhood bestfriend, jack wheelan"
I smiled at him as he smiled at me and stretched his hand out for me to shake, which I took without hesitation since hesitation showed weakness "it's nice to meet you Mr wheelan" I said as I made sure to give a strong grip but have a polite smile
"Quite a grip you have there love, I can already tell your stronger then you look" I smiled at him more and felt my dad's arm slide across my shoulders while he chuckled
"Of course she is! I'm her farther" I silently chuckled at him, he was always so confident. "honey, why don't you go and find the fresh fruit and veg and I will meet you at the check outs" I looked up at him and simply nodded and left with the trolley
After I picked up the fruit and veg I met my dad at the check outs just like he had said but this time he was alone, after we paid we loaded all the bags in to the boot of the car and then were heading home

Later that night I was setting the table for dinner as my mum cooked and talked to my dad about seeing Mr Wheelan at the shop today, I didn't see the fuss about him but I wasn't going to complain
We quickly all sat at the table after mum brought the steaks over along with the mash and vegetables, after we had our food mum and dad started to make a deal with Cian about his vegetables...he was such a frustrating child sometimes
I looked up at him from my plate where I was pushing peas around on my plate, he met my eyes and quickly signed with his hands that he hated vegetables, I sighed and signed back that if he didn't eat them our parents would be mad, he simply shrugged his shoulders at that
"Can't you two talk?" my farther said as he sighed and looked at us, I shrugged at him and sighed that I'd make a deal with him; I'd draw him the biggest poster of whatever he wanted so he could put it on his wall with his other ones, he quickly nodded and then simply started eating normally
"You two are so weird? Why do you even know sight language" my mum asked as she ate while observing us while we signed our conversation
"Well you don't know what we are talking about and it's better to use in public, also you never know when you might need it" I said as I started cutting up my steak and eating small parts of it while trying to look like I have eaten a lot, which wasn't hard since my parents were again talking about Mr wheelan
"Don't you think it's weird that he would ask you there? I mean he never really liked your choice to leave" my mother said as she finished eating
"I don't know love, we will see tomorrow. I can't see him doing anything to harm us" my farther replied as he looked at me as if thinking I'd understand what he meant
"Can I be excused now? Please" I said as I looked at the now cold food that was left on my plate, my mother simply nodded at me
After I had cleared my plate and placed it in the dishwasher I carried my body up the stairs and laid on my bed looking out the window above me at the starts that were out. I felt my eyes start to drop as I realised how tired I was
I jolted up quickly with my heart thumping erratically in my chest as a sudden noise woke me from my light slumber, I looked around a little confused before I realised that it was my phone ringing
I quickly reached over and grabbed it and answered without looking "hello?" My voice was low and sleep like
"Astro! Where are you? At home? I'm coming to pick you up. There is this party and we are going tonight!" I swallowed hard, even though I knew he couldn't get to me I was still nervous about telling him that I moved to another country
"Erm...I can't go-" he quickly cut me off "hey astro get your ass out your house now! I don't care about your parents, get out here" he was now practically shouting at me through the phone but I too was getting angry at him instead of scared
"I can't come out cause I moved! I live in another country now!" I shouted at him and then quickly hung up the phone as he started to shout abuse to me again.
I turned off my phone and threw it to the bottom of my bed before sighing. I looked at my clock as saw it was 9:16pm so I decided it wasn't too late to train a little and get my anger out
So I jumped off my bed and changed in to a sports bra and spandex shorts with some black running shoes too. after I changed I walked downstairs and walked past my living room where my parents sat watching the tv
"Where ya going honey?" I heeled my head up to look at my mum, she was cuddled in to my dad's side while he had his arm around her
"I'm just training, I didn't do it yet and I have to do it daily so I'm fitting in a quick one now, is that okay?" I asked as I adjusted my shoes ands stretched a little
She nodded to me and smiled as did my dad. I simply walked off in to the kitchen and grabbed a cold bottle of water before making my way in the basement where my new training area was, my farther normally makes me train harder in new places but I guess that can wait till tomorrow
I put my drink down on a bench and looked around....he really went all out, it was a biggish area for training in one corner there was loads of mats set all on the floors and walls too so pinning wouldn't hurt a lot, there was four punch and kicking dolls in another area and I wouldn't have to use them a lot more then using my dad, then there was simply a home gym in the rest of the space with running machines rowing machines etc
I got stuck in right away with the running machine and started running and increasing the speed, I could actually run pretty fast for a long time since I started training for that for 3 years as well as defence
After around and hour of running full speed I decided I couldn't do that anymore since my legs were starting to sting a little, so I decided to use the dolls. I was pretty excited to use these since before I had to use my farther and I never hit him hard cause I was always afraid I was going to hurt him even though I never really did
I wrapped my knuckles to protect them and then took my fighting stance and started to attack the doll, it felt so good to punch and pick the hardest I could and not be worried I was going to really hurt someone.
I love that it got my anger out fully but I just needed to practice my holds more, since I was good at attacking but my holds never held properly my dad was always able to get out of my choke holds..it annoyed me
After around two hours of sweating and using a lot of my energy I was finally worn out and had no more anger to burn. so I decided that it was time to go to bed, so after I graves my empty bottle of water and put it in the bin I climbed up the stairs to my room
I took off my shoes and quickly got changed thinking that it was now too late to shower so I'd simply do It in the morning, after I was in my pjs I quickly set my alarm for then morning and then fell asleep quickly
