Your voice had died off from the ecstatic question to a hushed whisper, causing Kano to take a look at the marshmallow and then back to you. Surprise, surprise. He had taken notice that you were blushing madly and glancing around the room fleetingly. Why were you behaving this way? It was merely a silly old marshmallow.
You kept your hand out in front of you holding the small white confectionary sweet that you were blessed with a talent to make. You did not expect anything from him. After all, he was just a major trolling dirt bag. To both your surprise and shock, you felt a sudden movement and wetness touch your fingers as you quickly noticed that the marshmallow was gone from your hands.
Staring at your hands, you failed to realize that Kano walked off, one hand tossing his knife up and down and the other wiping off the remains of the marshmallow from his lips.
He would not tell you the truth, but those blasted large things were pretty delicious and he would not have minded sharing them with you.
Without the innocent display, of course.
