Summary → Just a short little writing of what Tom does for reader when she's on her period.

"Okay, what don't you have?" Tom asked as he scanned the cupboards to make sure you had your usual care package for your period.
"Just need chocolate." You grumbled from your place on the couch.
"You sure? Got pads, tampons?" He asked as he went to grab his keys and wallet.
"Yeah, got all that stuff stocked up. You don't have to go and get me chocolate, I'll be okay."
"Will it make you feel better?" He asked as he slid on his shoes.
"Well yeah but you don't have to make a special trip." You said. He was so attentive when you were on your period, you found it one of the most endearing things about him.
"If it makes you feel better, I do." He said and just as he was about to head out he suddenly stopped. "Oh, one minute." You furrowed your brows as you watched him disappear into your bedroom. You stroked Tess who was curled up next to you. Tom reappeared a few minutes later with a handful of stuff and you laughed. "Here. This will have to do until I get back."
He suddenly threw your favourite teddy at you and stretched his arms as he opened the blanket he'd brought. He suddenly jumped in your direction, startling Tess and making you laugh as he wrapped the blanket tightly around your frame. Tom nodded to himself as he made his way into the kitchen. What was he doing? He returned a minute later, hot water bottle in hand.
He unwrapped you briefly before pressing the hot water bottle to your stomach and kissing your forehead as he wrapped you up tightly in your blanket again. "I love you." You said as he leant down to kiss your lips. "I love you too darling. I'll be back before you know it." He said and off he went.
As soon as she heard the door close, Tess stood up next to you. She pawed at the blanket and you laughed as you opened it up and let her curl further into your side, instantly falling back to sleep. You and Tess now snuggled warmly under the blanket. You put on your favourite TV show and waited for Tom's return. Half an hour later, he made his way through the door.
"Chocolates for the princess." He announced as he handed you the bag full of all sorts of chocolates and making you laugh as he bowed.
"You're so goddam cheesy Holland."
"It made you laugh!" He defended "How's the cramps? Are they okay? You can't take anymore pain killers for at least 3 hours." He said as he checked the time on his phone.
"They're bearable." You replied honestly. Tom disappeared again before returning moments later, a gift bag in hand.
"I got you something." He stated proudly as he presented you the bag, you smiled as you took it off him.
"Tom, how many times? You can't keep just buying me stuff." You scolded him.
"I promise it wasn't much but I saw it and I couldn't resist, I think it'll be a good replacement for your current one."
You opened the bag and inside was what looked like a stuffed toy cat. You furrowed your brows as you took it out and examined it further. You smiled, it was a microwaveable one.
"Thank you, Tommy." You said and he smiled triumphantly.
"Closest we'll ever get to having a cat." He said.
"Nah, this little guy will change your mind." You teased. As if she could hear the talk of cats, Tess suddenly sighed loudly in her sleep. Tom smiled.
"She in there with you?" He asked.
"Yeah, as soon as you left. You know what she's like when it comes to blankets." You laughed.
"Nah, I think it's just you she loves. I swear she's your dog now." He laughed again. "Room for me?"
"I suppose I could make room." You teased as you opened the blanket again, maneuvering Tess towards one end of the sofa, she grumbled but complied when she realised you were following. You opened the other side of the blanket as you made room for Tom and he plopped down next to you. He moved so his back was against the arm of the couch and pulled you into his chest. This somewhat upset Tess as she huffed and stood back up, making the blanket fall to the floor, she moved closer to you and settled again as Tom grabbed the blanket and threw it back over you all. His hands instantly moved the hot water bottle and teddy as he replaced them with his own hands, rubbing your stomach gently.
"See it's not the blanket she loves more."
