THE RENOWNED BUSINESS MAN MR. KULDEEP THAPAR IS BEEN ARRESTED IN THE CHARGE OF MURDER
The news channel is flashing the same news from 24 hours it been three days since this incident, Anika didn't wait till morning and arrested Kuldeep Thapar on the same night when she got the pen drive. It has all the information about Thapars and their illegal business, smuggling of drugs and a lot more. Today they have to be presented in the court, it was 7.30 in the morning, Anika came out of her kitchen and kept the plate on the table which has Poha in it, her phone rings at every 10 minutes, she wasn't able to eat properly when someone snatched her phone.
A: Bhavya it's important, please give it back
B: Bhabhi these things can wait but you need to eat properly otherwise Shivaay Bhaiya will scold me for not taking care of you
A:(smiled) Whatever happens, Shivaay will never scold you

Bhavya smiled, Shivaay has to visit Delhi urgently, he tried his ass off to delay the meeting but ultimately went for two days and is returning back today itself. He asked Bhavya to keep a check on her as Gauri is busy with her exhibition.
B: You get ready, did bhaiya called?
A: Yes, he will be coming straight to the court
B: But bhabhi media will be there
A: I and Shivaay has decided not to think about media, like this we won't be able to stand for each other which is not worth it

Anika smiled and went to get ready, she worn her uniform and made her hair into a bun neatly. Taking her gun from the drawer placing it on her belt, wearing her watch, she was all ready to face the day.
She came out from her room, took her service cap and moved out with Bhavya to the court. She got into her jeep and the driver started the engine.

She was about to go inside the court when stop listening to the siren of the police van she turned and found Anika's jeep to stop, she removed her shades and smiled at her. Shaking their hands she said
A: ACP Anika
M: Maya Deshmukh
A: The world knows you ma'am you don't need the introduction
M:(smiles) The world knows your stories too
A: It was a pleasure meeting you ma'am
M: Don't call me ma'am, maya will be okay
A:(nodded) Thank you for taking this case Maya
M: Anika we might be wearing different uniforms but our aim and motive is the same, we need to get these bastards behind the bars
The media was busy clicking pictures of the two boss ladies talking while the police van arrived, taking the Thapar, Randeep accompanying them. All looked at the thapar while Abhay's eyes were set on Anika, just because of this lady they are in this situation. They were dragged inside the court room, Maya left to do the preparation. Randeep and Anika stood there
R: Where is Bhavya?
A: I dropped her at her home, I don't want these scumbags to know my family members
Deep: Fair enough
A:(tensed) Every thing is ready, right?
Randeep kept his hand on her shoulder giving her strength
Deep: Everything is in our control, don't worry
Anika exhaled, while a car stopped in front of the entrance and there come her peace, her home, her love, she smiled looking at him and media going wild. Shivaay's bodyguard Khanna made sure to keep them away from him, he walked upto Anika and Randeep, giving hug to him, he then held Anika's hand and stood in an angle which doesn't let the reporters know what he did. They talked for some minutes when Randeep got a call, he excused himself and went to attend it. Anika suggested that they should talk in the room besides the main gate of court. They walked in, the room was silent, with huge shelves, files and papers kept covered with dust. She was about to fix the chair for him to sit, removing the dust, when he stopped her by holding her hand, she looked at him. He can see her tensed face, while she can see his tired eyes as he didn't slept for two nights due to his work. He pulled her into a warm hug, they closed their eyes feeling home and contented.
A: You didn't sleep, right?
S: You didn't rest, right?
Again there was silence, after sometime Anika said
A: I won't tell these bastards go out without handcuffs
S: I believe you my lady, you will do what is right, they will suffer
They parted, Shivaay kissed Anika's hand
A:(concered) Shivaay, go and take some rest, I will come after the hearing
S: That's not a problem I can stay
He knows how important this is for Anika, he is tried but still he wants to be there by her side.
A: I know that Jaan, but I can handle this and even Deep is here you don't need to worry
Randeep enters the room to call Anika for the hearing and made Shivaay understand that everything is under control, he should go ad rest. Shivaay went back to OM and Anika left to the court room.
The court room echoes with the whispers of people, the journalists, as the people involved in it and big personalities and the judge appears. All stood in honor of him. He sat and gave permission to start the argument. Anika saw who is defense lawyer and was shocked, Randeep came forward and said in a low voice
R: Is that Veer?
A:(tensed) Who else can it be, I knew it, he will take this case

The argument started, both the lawyers were debating on the case while Maya presented every proof which was sufficient to put the father and son behind the bars.
M: Your honor, the proofs which are presented in the court are attested by the ACP Anika herself, even though we have the CCTV footage in which Mr Abhay is a pointed gun on her
Judge: Defence wants to cross question?
V:(smirked) With your permission sir
J: ACP Anika please come in witness box
Anika clutched her hand, she knows what is coming her way, she looked at Maya, she gestured to have patience and do as the judge says, but seeing her tension Maya requested,
M: Sir, I need to have a word with ACP Anika
J: Permission granted
Maya went to her and asked her,
M: What is the matter Anika?
She took a deep breath and looked at Randeep, he gestured to her to tell her the truth, she told her the whole situation which astonished her for a moment
M: I will handle him, don't worry, just be confident as you are
Anika nodded and moved to the witness box. She stood and faced him with a dangerous look, her eyes had the same fire which she used to have, he thought, he asked something which confused the whole room but shocked Anika
V: So, Miss Anika.....
A: It's ACP Anika Sir
V:(chuckled) Fair enough, now it's ACP Anika, so tell me ACP, I have seen your track record, smart, intelligent, determination and dedicated towards your duty, various encounters, you have achieved so much when are you planning to start a family?
People whispers
J: Order! Order! Silence in the court please
M: I object your honor, this case is not about ACP Anika, it's about a girl who has been raped and murdered brutally

Applauds were heard in the court, Maya smiled as she nailed it while Randeep is proud of his queen.

J: Order! Order! Silence in the court please
Anika said in a low voice which is only audible to him
A:(angry) Don't do this Veeranshu, don't use him for your own benefit
Veeranshu's jaw clenched, he held the wood of the witness box and said in the same tone

Anika's blood boils, but she needs to control her self because of this case.

A: This is my personal life Sir and I am not interested in discussing it in the court room
Veeranshu bang his hand and shouted

It's high time, he has crossed his limits no one has been audacity to talk to her like this, Randeep was about to hit him when Maya stopped him, sensing the situation tensed Maya stood and approached Veeranshu

J: Permission granted
Veeranshu gave a last look to Anika and left to his chair, Maya went near her and gestured to her to relax
M: ACP Anika, please tell the court are you in a relationship with Mr Oberoi?
Anika looked at her confused, people talked, Randeep prayed to God to help his Queen, Veeranshu smiled evil
A: Maya?
M: Anika you need to say the truth, now it's not only about you but Shivaay and Meenakshi both
She took a deep breath and closed her eyes recalling the night of her anniversary, when she was with Shivaay on the yacht
Anika and Shivaay were sitting on the top floor of the yacht, he was sitting peacefully taking her in his lap, playing with her fingers, talking randomly, when Anika said,
