Here we go again our big day was no less than a warning alarm for me ,for the old Hailey. I wasn't able to digest even a small imprint of past on my new sheet . It was the second time I was fighting with it ,it was over my face . I had also embarrassed poor Emma and Alex ,they weren't complaining although but I was " overactive " to them I totally agree to it I was just reactive limiting to the little they knew of me . Thinking about Jack while unzipping my gown I was looking into the mirror in my eyes they had smudged mascara and my eyes were in a mirage of Jack's glare ,warmth ,scent and anger.
I wasn't blinking at all I putted my hair back to a bun back into a white tee and blue pajamas, I was very quiet today . I was not in a mood to stargaze or stay awake but to just lay down ,lifeless. Emma changed her gown and sat beside me . My mother and father were constantly checking up on me as if they had a hint .but they didn't we were in the college now they could not even think about the one percent of us there . My head had only questions and half answers . I wanted to open my quote book for once keeping my phone aside I opened a random page 103 which said : الحب هو أقوى من الموت." (Al-hubb huwa aqwa min al-mawt.) - "Love is stronger than death." It would mean so much to me ,why not ? Those tip toes of fingers touching my cheeks and the rage to destroy any entity .
Jack was a charmer I had no doubt in that but I was continously reminding myself I wasn't that kind of girl . I wasn't.. I didn't want to be ever ...once again ..I wish if he ever asked me if I wanted revenge . It was enough for today we knew we are going to called at the principal 's desk tomorrow.
