I have seen Aarohi quite a lot these days, I even asked Asher if she was his girlfriend where he made it clear that she's his bestfriend. Well he also told us that she's off limits.
She is beautiful!
(At dinner)
I was sitting beside Aarohi while all of us were talking and eating, "what!! You and I are in the same class?" And Aarohi nodded her head while eating.
"Then, guess I need to attend classes more often!"
"Seems like someone is interested in having my fist in their face", Asher said while glancing at me!
I was holding my heart dramatically, " you don't trust me? *Sniffs You will always be my first love, I'm not betraying you, my love" passing kisses in the air to Asher.
"Such a dramabuzz you are", he said totally fed up.
Aarohi was laughing, "you guys never told me ,you are interested in each other?!"
Me and Asher looked at eachother before saying, "shut upppp".
And we all laughed, it was nice talking to her.
She was good with everyone.
Don't dhruv, Asher's gonna bury you alive!!
And that's how the night ended as we bid goodbye's.
"Bye Aarohi, I'm gonna miss you"
"Bye dhruv, it was nice talking to you guys", she waved her hand and went away.
Asher dropped her at her dorm !
So finally I'm gonna attend my classes huh nice!!
Here we are, In the bustling streets of the night market.
It is always our favourite thing to be here.
While the cold breeze embracing us, our hands find each other's naturally, fingers intertwining like a perfectly scripted dance.
As we navigate through a Maze of stalls filled with aroma of sizzling street food, exquisite handicrafts and the vibrant glow of lanterns.
This is perfect!
"Kabir!"
He looked at me noding to continue, I said
"I'm hungry " , while my stomach is growling
He chuckled while grabbing some spring rolls, which was super delicious.
We were strolling through the stalls ,where an oxidised silver jhumka caught my eye, it was super pretty and beautiful, thinking who's gonna be that lucky one to put them on , I started moving again.
And suddenly Kabir wasn't beside me, while I was searching for him, he came behind me with a cotton candy.
He knew I love cotton candy!
I grabbed it from him with smile radiant in my eyes and started eating, that is when Kabir bent down to eat the cotton candy from the other side ,which caught me totally off-guard.
My cheeks must be as red as tomato now!!
"It's sweet Myra", he winked and smiling at my burning cheeks.
" I'm not giving you this", with that I ran away from there giggling happily!!
And then as the night crept in , we brought some kebabs, pizza and ofcourse sparkling water for ourselves to reach the hill top for stargazing!
"Kabirrr stop!! I can't walk anymore" , I said in a dramatic tone.
While Kabir, "well, I can help you but" he said while he had this mischievous smile on his face.
I playfully rolled my eyes at Kabir's mischievous grin. "But what?" I asked, knowing he was up to something.
"Well, I can help you, but..." Kabir's voice trailed off as he handed me all the food bags, his eyes twinkling with mischief.
Before I could protest, he swiftly scooped me up into his arms, causing me to gasp in surprise. Wrapping one arm securely around my waist, he held me close while effortlessly carrying the bags with his free hand.
"Kabir, put me down!" I exclaimed, faking annoyance but secretly enjoying the unexpected attention.
Ignoring my protests, he smirked and leaned in closer. "Only if you promise to stop with the dramatics," he teased.
I couldn't help but laugh at his antics. "Fine, I promise," I replied with a grin.
With a chuckle, Kabir carefully lowered his lips to mine, stealing a sweet, spontaneous kiss. Time seemed to stand still as the world faded away, leaving just the two of us wrapped up in the moment.
When we finally pulled back, I couldn't help but smile up at him. "Okay, you win," I admitted, feeling my heart fluttering with affection.
Kabir grinned back, his mischievous smile softened by the warmth of our connection. "Always," he whispered, walking towards me with love in his eyes.
As we sat on the hilltop, the city lights below twinkled like stars on Earth, complementing the real stars above.
"Cheers", said in unison as we sipped our sparkling water feeling the cool night air against our skin, with the distant sound of crickets.
I was staring at the city lights, when Myra said, "acha listen, why do I feel like Asher was jealous when dhruv was flirting with Aarohi?, did you see that??!"
"And also did you feel like something is going on between Ishaan and Amaya?! Like, they act like they hate eachother but then idk, what do you think?!"
"Wait are you trying to play cupid to them", I said laughing ," trust me ,stop reading those novels of yours, then you'll be fine."
Myra rolled her eyes saying, " firstly it has nothing to do with my novels, and secondly you need to trust my instincts, they'll end up together and you just watch!!", said pointing to my eyes.
"Whatever!!! I'm so in love with my girl ,that I'll agree with her even if she says pigs can fly" saying I took the bottle cap ring and fake proposed her placing it on her ring finger.
She loves it!!! I've been doing this for a while each time I get one , she is totally, utterly in love with me!!
What did I do to deserve such a sweetheart like her!!
"Thank you for choosing me Myra, Thank you for staying, Thank you for loving me, I have no idea what would I do without you" , I genuinely said looking in her eyes.
"I love you" ,she said not breaking the eye contact!
"I love you more!"
"But I love you more", she argued for which I said, " you are shorter than me so you can't love me more than I love you, so now shut up!"
"Finee!! Okay tell me would you love me if I was a worm?", she asked with curiosity evident in her face
"yess I will"
"Will you.." , I stopped her in between and said, "I would love you even if you are worm, even if your nose is crooked, even if you are a crackhead that you already are, okay?"
She smiled happily like a kid , and then I took out the box from my jacket and gave it to her
" Waittt!! No , you got me those jumkas?!!!""
" Ofcourse, you looked at those jumkhas like you look at me" * with love!
She jumped on to me hugging me, "I lovee thissssss!"
And suddenly she looked at my face saying, "wait I got you something too"
She opened her bag and gave me a flower bracelet tying it to my hand she says, " I've made this one for you, that rubber band of mine, you don't remove it at all , look at it, it's too tight on your hand, I don't want that to suffocate you, so from now on put this on" ,she says proudly!!
Thats my girl!!!!!
"You know what, I love you!"
"I know" she says !!
