I'm a warrior, i've always been.
Just like he is, Darcine is the first person i've ever seen with the same fight as me, and that's just Darcine,
i've faced a lot, and obtained many royal scares as my royal position,
That red thissle is what i need out of this,

"i will always find you never think you can run away from me" he speaks squeezing hard on my chin,

He found me out here in the woods almost suspecting i was the fool who tried to escape, it's sad how he doesn't know how really slim the walls are,
i'll always know many of his secrets and yet i'd never use them, for the sake of my life and my mum's,
i never meant to think of this but it's our only way one of this days he's going to kill her, i can't allow that,
she's taking the hits, the slaps for a long time and i won't ever let that happen again, because this empress is her mother's knight,
i love her too much to not take this chance and i feel my life's on the line anyway,
i immediately run towards the opposite direction of my father, i need to find the idiot who did this, i need that red thissle, because it's my only hope of salvation, i need it,
"Hiss" i hear hissing coming from my right side up north and i quickly run further towards him,
he's in the water clearing and i quickly bend the soil west hurrying towards his side,
oh lord, he's badly injured and was knocked out immediately he tumbled down and i sigh as tears reach my eyes as soon as i see that sick branch,
i wish i could just grab it but i tell myself no Knowing i'd be teleported far away from it the second i touch it and i raise his up using the muddy soil and take him far in to avoid my father's men finding him, not a chance i know i can't lose this,
the force field might be tough enough to send him down the instant he tried to leave but not me,
i have access to forbidden texts, the same texts that has easily accessible information to how to use this red force plant to leave everina,
i have enough stolen files and scrolls to run away with the help of the red thissle and he would have too,
i know darcine, i mean everyone knows him he's the most known and powerful of all the lost boys that if he had access to information and real training he could access his potential but everina won't allow that,
the messed up leaders won't let anyone have that kind of knowledge be reachable till they find a tool to make sure and ensure he's fully under their control,
They are way to selfish to use a better system,
everina might look pure and have good rules but not all of the rules should be in power, talking from someone who's meant to inherit that power, this rulers are selfish, most of them are,
i get him down and he immediately wakes up staring up at the new location and i start to wonder if he's okay and ask him by calling his voice,
"Darcine ?" i ask him and he replies with a strange smile and a weird chuckle, i could've mistaken him for a little boy if it wasn't for all the muscles
"Wendy rose ? You're here" and i scoff,
"No psycho it's me" i literally school with him in the lost rium and he couldn't atleast learn my name, i mean i'm the only girl in an all boy's school that isn't forgettable yet it is to him,
"What are you doing here" he speaks recognizing where he is with a little help from me, "where am i ?
i inform him and immediately let him know how screwed he is,
"how did i get here ?" And i roll my eyes repeating myself
"i carried you here from the sho-" being interrupted by the guy with the one thing i would literally kill for,
"Well" i speak barely hearing myself, so i decide to go for a easy explanation
"You were caught carrying a really heavy substance as you were flying away and you were caught, now we're here" i speak easily explaining to him he's going to be beheaded without even saying it,
i immediately sense his thoughts like any other person would from his look
"incase you're wondering how you and your thissle-branch was caught my f-the head fixed up the security nothing with the red force can leave nor arrive here in everina" i speaks in a breath to the poor lost boy,
"no matter the force" i speak sadly not liking to be the bearer of bad news, whatsoever or whosoever he was running to or from is definitely gonna have to wait, he's gonna die soon and i definitely won't even try to help him, he's a stranger,
And i smile a little realizing i could get what i want
" i could help you with only a small prize to pay" i speak
"i'd just need something little in return, nothing less nor nothing more than this thissle-branch" i speak up and say this sensing the obvious doubt
" it's just the price of your life" i speak trying to push him a little more,
"The head's your-" he immediately realizes shocking me a little and now it's my turn to interrupt him,
"my father, darcine......my father" i speaks with a smile
"i'm a thissle" i admit

This is the second month of darcine's sentence and i'm paying him his second visit, fully knowing how hurtful it is in no company but your one
And the guard looks at me with pity feeling bad for my sad self, probably thinking my husband tried to run away from me and i put him in here,
that's the only story she could have access to, everyone for that matter
i feel a pit fall in my tummy as i walk in except this time he's sitted at the table staring me dead in the eye, and i hate to admit it but i prefer the strange smile more right now
"Hi darcine" i speak my voice small and he just stares at me,
"i'm really sorry if you've been feeling alone in here, only having your weights and your monthly missions to help, i mean at least you get gifts after those and i know does don't excuse the loneliness, yet i'm really sorry and i bought you sweets and i also got carrots if you didn't like sugary stuff,
i also got scrolls and many things that could help perfect your powers, it might help alot since the stuff they teach about earth and element manipulation is trash for rea-" and i'm immediately interrupted by the guy who's now a prisoner,
"why now ?" he speaks with a raised eyebrow staring straight at me, making me fully know if i wasn't soo cute i would have shit myself with guilt,
"i didn't know how" i speak truthfully knowing fully well my mind's been on the boy who i should have successfully helped,
he stays silent for some time and tosses in a carrot slice between his lips,
and i smile a little knowing fully well he's going to be a troubling accomplice and i'm definitely never telling him i gave him a wedding pardon he's definitely gonna have to skip this island after all this
we both laugh three hours later as i bloom a flower out of his ears,
